A New Method for Parameterized Design of Metallic Doors and Windows

According to the graphics characteristics of metallic doors & windows design and based on the research of graphics dimension restriction problems. This paper provides a new method for parameterized design of metallic doors & windows in virtue of expression solution. In this method, the restrictions of graphic elements have been changed into the parameter expressions of sizes and positions of graphic elements. Through the calculation of such expressions, the parameter driven method has been reached. Thus the parameterization of graphics can be easier and quicker than before. It can be used to setup the open parameterized graphics libraries.

Two-dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock Method Based on Internet and Its Implementing Technique

Two dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock is a NP complicated problem. Each of optimum software gets the cutting results by using proximate and heuristic methods. But different optimum methods and their optimum software may not realize perfect effect according to certain data framework. Furthermore, enterprises can not buy lots of optimum software to choose the most optimized plan. Because of such problems, this paper provides a two dimensional optimum cutting stock method based on Internet and offers the real implementing technique of such method. The experiments, show that this method promotes the general optimum effect of two dimensional optimum cutting stock greatly.     

AN ANALYSIS OF AXISYMMETRY SHELLS OF SUSPENSION CROSS SECTION BY A METHOD OF INTEGRAL EQUATION IN INITIAL PARAMETER FORM

In this paper,the axisymmetrical shells of suspension crosssection is studied by means of integral equation in initial parameter form.An example of the shells under uniformly distributed load is calculated.     

5HC-1型牧草保质干燥机的研制

采用钢丝带水平输送式结构,与混流、余热回收加热、气流翻铺等先进的干燥工艺对紫花苜蓿加工处理;并在试验的基础上,对牧草保质干燥机的主要结构及其性能参数进行研究,设计出了适合于农牧场及畜牧小区的机型.经性能测试与实践证明,该机烘后牧草品质好、生产效率高、成本低,促进了集约化畜牧业的快速发展.     

基于稻草制造钵育秧盘水稻栽植机的研究

以稻草(植质)为原料,研制出水稻钵育秧盘。在以稻壳粉与土为原料混合研制人工苗床土的基础上,按基于稻草制造钵育秧盘水稻乳苗机械栽植技术的要求,设计和试制了水稻钵育乳苗栽植机,并进行了生产性试验,证明了该项技术是可行的。     

土方机械落物保护结构动态仿真及试验

简述了土方机械落物保护结构的特点及性能要求,建立了落物保护结构受瞬态冲击响应的有限元结构动力学方程并提出了求解算法。以某装载机落物保护结构为例,建立了落物保护结构的非线性有限元模型,讨论了有限元网格划分及载荷施加方法,分析了落物保护结构的主要设计参数对冲击点最大位移及落锤速度和加速度的影响,并给出了更合理的结构。在试验台上对该装载机落物保护结构进行了落物冲击试验,试验结果和仿真结果吻合较好。落物保护结构的动态仿真为结构的设计提供了依据。     

Progress in RNA-binding protein HuR and its roles in development of hepatocellular carcinoma

RNA-binding proteins （RBP） are molecules with a variety of biological functions discovered in recent years. Among them, HuR is an important RBP, widely expressed in various tissues of the body, and is a member of the Hu/embryonic lethal abnormal vision （ELAV） protein family. It mainly affects the expression levels of target genes in the cells by regulating the stability and/or translation efficiency of the mRNA of the genes, thus participating in the regulation of cell life activities. In recent years, more and more studies on HuR have revealed its important role in inflammation and cancer. This review summarizes the functions of HuR and probes into the regulation of HuR functions. In addition, the roles of HuR in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） are also discussed, which provides important information for exploring the pathogenesis, biomarkers and therapeutic targets of HCC.     

黄鳝排尿器官的解剖学研究

应用铸型技术等方法研究了黄鳝排尿器官的解剖学结构。结果见到,黄鳝2条中肾管在中肾末端与所谓退化性腺（亦即膀胱）相连,并与该“退化性腺”之间存在着明显的通道关系,而“退化性腺”直接通于尿孔。此外,组织学的研究也支持了解剖学结果,并证实中肾管在“退化性腺”中存在着2种开口类型;单口型和双口型。研究结果为作者先前提出的有关黄鳝“退化性腺”是膀胱的结论提供了直接的形态学证据。     

高通量测序解析冰鲜刀鲚细菌群落变化特征

为了研究养殖刀鲚冰鲜保存过程中细菌群落组成及变化情况,采用Illumina Miseq高通量测序方法对冰鲜条件不同贮藏时间（0、3、6、9、12、15、18 d）刀鲚肌肉样本细菌的16S rRNA基因的2个高变区（V3—V4）进行测序,比较其细菌多样性及门、属水平的细菌相对丰度,并进行主成分分析、Heatmap分析以及特定腐败菌分析。结果显示,7组样品细菌分布于40门787属,冰鲜条件下刀鲚肌肉的优势致腐败菌属为假单胞菌、微杆菌属和气单胞菌属。主成分分析显示,刀鲚腐败前后的微生物结构存在差异。Heatmap图分析显示新鲜样本的细菌丰度最大。3组冰鲜贮藏6 d前的样品群落结构较相似。贮藏12 d时常见致腐菌（微杆菌属、假单胞菌属、气单胞菌属）占比显著提高,其细菌的多样性及丰富度最低。随着冰鲜保存时间的延长,刀鲚肌肉的细菌菌落结构产生了动态变化。冰鲜保存6～9 d后刀鲚肌肉的细菌菌落结构变化较大,研究结果可以为预测冰鲜刀鲚货架期提供参考。
