Ohne ZusammenfassungWie aus dem obigen Aufsatz ersichtlich ist, sind wir in der Abwehr der Obstvirosen, die eine ernste Gefahr auch für unseren Obstbau darstellen, vom forstschrittlichen Ausland weit überflügelt worden. Während dort die angewandte Forschung auf diesem Gebiet schon seit vielen Jahren mit einem großen Aufwand arbeitet, standen deutscherseitz für denselben Zweck nur vorübergehend einige Mittel der DFG zur Verfügung. Da man andererseits in der Bundesrepublik z. Z. große Anstrengungen macht, den veralteten und heute unwirtschaftlichen Streuobstbau, der in großen Gebieten noch vorherrscht, durch geschlossene Anlagen abzulösen, sind Unterlassungen in der Abwehr der Obstvirosen doppelt schwer zu verantworten. Efficacy of low molecular weight heparin in a canine model of thromboplastin-induced acute disseminated intravascular coagulation 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The aim of this study was to test the efficacy of different dosages of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in acute DIC which was induced in anaesthetised dogs by 4 h infusions of a canine lung thromboplastin extract. In all animals during the first 2 h, development of acute DIC was characterised by decreasing fibrinogen concentrations, platelet numbers, factor V- and antithrombin activities. Two hours after starting the thromboplastin infusion, intravenous LMWH treatment in different dosages started in groups 2 and 3 to achieve plasma levels between 0.27+/-0.01 and 0.36+/-0.02 anti-FXaUml(-1) or 0.62+/-0.08 and 0.90+/-0.07 antiFXaUml(-1) (mean+/-SD), respectively, during the time period of parallel administration of thromboplastin and LMWH (group 1=control; 4 dogs/group). In this time period, changes in factor V activity and fibrinogen concentration did not differ between group 2 and the control group. This was in contrast to group 3. The results of this study indicate that an efficacious interruption of the consumption reaction in cases of severe canine DIC requires high plasma heparin levels. 相似文献

Summary We established a chromosome specific DNA library of the Aegilops markgrafii chromosome B. Eight microdissected chromosomes B obtained from a monosomic T. aestivum-Aegilops markgrafii addition line were PCR-amplified and the DNA was cloned in Escherichia coli DH5. Clones were characterized by dot blot hybridization with total Ae. markgrafii DNA. 62% of clones represented repetitive sequences and 38% low or single copy sequences. Soil texture is one of the main factors controlling soil organic carbon (SOC) storage. Accurate soil‐texture analysis is costly and time‐consuming. Therefore, the clay content is frequently not determined within the scope of regional and plot‐scale studies with high sample numbers. Yet it is well known that the clay content strongly affects soil water content. The objective of our study was to evaluate if the clay content can be estimated by a simple and fast measure like the water content of air‐dried soil. The soil samples used for this study originated from four different European regions (Hainich‐Dün, Germany; Schwäbische Alb, Germany; Hesse, France; Bugac, Hungary) and were collected from topsoils and subsoils in forests, grasslands, and croplands. Clay content, water content of air‐dried soil, and SOC content were measured. Clay content was determined either by the Pipette method or by the Sedigraph method. The water content of air‐dried soil samples ranged from 2.8 g kg–1 to 63.3 g kg–1 and the corresponding clay contents from 60.0 g kg–1 to 815.7 g kg–1. A significant linear relationship was found between clay content and water content. The scaled mean absolute error (SMAE) of the clay estimation from the water content of air‐dried soil was 20% for the dataset using the Pipette method and 28% for the Sedigraph method. The estimation of the clay content was more accurate in fine‐textured than in coarse‐textured soils. In this study, organic‐C content played a subordinate role next to the clay content in explaining the variance of the water content. The water retention of coarse‐textured soils was more sensitive to the amount of organic C than that of fine‐textured soils. The results indicate that in our study the water content of air‐dried soil samples was a good quantitative proxy of clay contents, especially useful for fine‐textured soils. 相似文献

Tomato plants harboring the ripening-inhibitor (rin) mutation yield fruits that fail to ripen. Additionally, rin plants display enlarged sepals and loss of inflorescence determinacy. Positional cloning of the rin locus revealed two tandem MADS-box genes (LeMADS-RIN and LeMADS-MC), whose expression patterns suggested roles in fruit ripening and sepal development, respectively. The rin mutation alters expression of both genes. Gene repression and mutant complementation demonstrate that LeMADS-RIN regulates ripening, whereas LeMADS-MC affects sepal development and inflorescence determinacy. LeMADS-RIN demonstrates an agriculturally important function of plant MADS-box genes and provides molecular insight into nonhormonal (developmental) regulation of ripening. 相似文献
