过湿条件下大豆不定根的发生及其生理作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
大豆是实行水旱轮作的重要作物之一,在缺乏良好排水条件的水田中实行水旱轮作时,长期涝渍所致的伤害成为大豆生长不良及产量低的重要原因.通过盆栽和大田试验在大豆生育初期进行过湿处理,调查培土或无培土条件下不定根的发生情况,揭示不定根对伤流速度,氮素的吸收运转等的影响,讨论了不定根与大豆耐湿性的关系.淹水条件下培土对不定根及根瘤的发生产生较大的影响,淹水条件下发生的不定根的量占总根重的43.1%,这些不定根提供了81.4%的伤流速度.不定根的呼吸速度为2.61 mg CO2g-1h-1,是初生根的近3倍.淹水导致全叶位叶片的叶色变淡,不定根的发生改变了伤流液中不同形态氮素的组成和全氮含量,可使下位叶的叶色维持较高水平.淹水条件下大豆的冠根比比对照小.不定根取代了受涝渍伤害而失去功能的初生根的作用,积极地进行养分和水的吸收,确保了涝渍逆境下物质生产的顺利进行.  相似文献

T cells are the dominant lymphocytes in the endometrium and are considered to play a crucial role in implantation and in the maintenance of gestation through cytokine production and immune regulation. The mechanisms underlying immunoregulation at the feto-maternal interface are still obscure for this complex system. Understanding the role of T cells is a key factor in understanding the endometrial immune system. In this study, the distribution of endometrial CD3+ T cells in bovines was examined by immunohistochemical analysis. The estrous cycle and gestation was divided into 4 stages, and the number of CD3+-positive T cells was counted in each stage. CD3+ cells were found in the endometrium in significant numbers throughout the estrous cycle and were mostly located in the subepithelial area. The number of CD3+ cells significantly increased in the early and mid-luteal phases but decreased after implantation with the progression of gestation. No T cells were found in the placentome or specifically in the tissues near the fetus, including the trophoblastic area. In addition, very few T cells were found in stromal regions close to the myometrium of the endometrium. These findings suggest that downregulation of bovine endometrial CD3+ T-cell functions is closely related to the successful maintenance of gestation in a spatiotemporal manner.  相似文献

在离体条件下,用蛋白质双向电泳技术分析水稻与稻瘟病菌在接触反应开始阶段的蛋白质变化情况,以寻找参与寄主与病原菌相互作用的蛋白质分子.结果表明有两个蛋白质与孢子或菌丝体混合后从电泳胶上消失,同时出现了另外两个蛋白质.还没确定两个消失的蛋白质是被菌体细胞所吸附,还是由于被修饰而导致电泳行为改变.上述蛋白质在抗病和感病水稻品种中都存在,是组成型的。推测它们可能参与寄主与病原菌的接触反应.另外还发现,当悬浮培养的水稻细胞与稻瘟菌的菌丝体蛋白质接触后会产生一些新的蛋白质分子,但孢子蛋白无此作用.由此推测水稻与猪瘟病菌的特异性识别反应可能发生在孢子萌发之后和菌丝体阶段.以上结果在亲和与非亲和体系中相同.文中对此现象提出了初步解释,还介绍了一个在离体条件下研究寄主与病原菌的蛋白质-细胞相互作用的简单方法.  相似文献

In aqueous solution, the herbicide pyrazolate [4‐(2,4‐dichlorobenzoyl)‐1,3‐dimethyl‐5‐pyrazolyl p‐toluenesulfonate] is rapidly hydrolyzed to destosyl pyrazolate (DTP), 4‐(2,4‐dichlorobenzoyl)‐1,3‐dimethyl‐5‐hydroxypyrazole, which is an active form of the herbicide. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of pyrazolate and DTP on carotenoids synthesis in susceptible weed, early watergrass (Echinochloa oryzicola Vasing.). Furthermore, their in vitro effect on 4‐hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) was determined. Roots of the plants at the two‐leaf stage were soaked for 24 h into pyrazolate (5 × 10–5 mol L?1) or norflurazon (10–6 mol L?1) solution containing 0.5% volume of acetone. At the first sampling time (3 days after treatment: 3 DAT), the chlorophyll content in the third leaves of pyrazolate‐treated plants were not different compared with the untreated control, but it was decreased between 3 and 6 DAT. The declining pattern of β‐carotene in the third leaf of early watergrass was very similar to that of chlorophyll. Both herbicides induced greater accumulation of phytoene in the third leaves of early watergrass 3 DAT, and the levels were kept until 9 DAT. However, feeding of homogentisate reduced the phytoene accumulation only in pyrazolate‐treated plants, suggesting the site of action of the herbicide located in the pathway of plastoquinone synthesis. In a HPPD assay, DTP revealed to inhibit the enzyme with an IC50 value of 13 nmol L?1 and that of pyrazolate was 52 nmol L?1. In the pyrazolate solution used in the assay, some of the herbicide possibly has been hydrolyzed to DTP. From the all results obtained, it is strongly suggested that pyrazolate inhibits carotenoids synthesis and causes bleaching on the developing leaves by the similar mechanism with norflurazon, but its action site is not phytoene desaturase and is HPPD.  相似文献

Changes in the proportion of benzimidazole-resistant strains in populations of Venturia nashicola were monitored in pear orchards. Successive applications of thiophanate-methyl increased the level of resistance in the populations. When the application of benzimidazoles was stopped and other fungicides were applied, the proportion of highly resistant strains gradually decreased and the proportion of intermediately resistant, weakly resistant and sensitive strains increased. It is suggested that this phenomenon is an example of genetic homeostasis within microbial populations.  相似文献

The distal region of mouse chromosome 12 harbors the Dlk1–Dio3 domain, is essential for normal development and encodes maternally expressed noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), including Gtl2 as well as paternally expressed proteins.Gtl2 works as a tumor suppressor in several types of human cancer cell lines; however, whether this reflects its function in vivo is unknown. Deleting Gtl2 from the maternal allele (Gtl2(–/+)) results in loss of expression of Gtl2 and decreased expression of downstream ncRNAs, including many miRNAs. To determine the role of ncRNAs in tumorigenesis, we induced teratomas by engrafting E6.5 embryos (wildtype or Gtl2(–/+)) under the kidney capsule of scid mice. Some teratomas derived from the Gtl2(–/+) embryos exhibited hypertrophic growth, suggesting that ncRNAs, including Gtl2, may act as tumor suppressors in vivo. Microarray analysis of miRNAs expressed by Gtl2(–/+) teratomas revealed decreased expression of 28 miRNAs encoded by the Dlk1–Dio3 domain, low expression of embryonic stem cell-specific miRNAs and dysregulation of miRNAs involved in tumorigenesis. This study suggests that downregulation of ncRNAs in the Dlk1-Dio3 domain leads to enhanced teratoma growth and repression of stem cell markers.  相似文献

Porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) causes porcine circovirus-associated disease, and co-infection with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) severely affects the pig breeding industry. Both viruses target the macrophages in lymphoid tissues. Various porcine pathogens enter via the nasal cavity, and the nasopharynx-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT) acts as the mucosal immune system. However, the pathological analysis has not progressed. This study aimed to histologically examine the NALT of pigs with suspected PCV2 and PRRSV infections. Six pigs were subjected to necropsy, and their NALT, tonsils, and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected. Macrophages, lymphocytic depletion, multinucleated giant cells, intracytoplasmic inclusion bodies, and neutrophil infiltration increased in the NALT. In situ hybridization revealed positive signals for PCV2 in the NALT of all pigs and PRRSV in the NALT of three pigs. PCV2-positive macrophages were mainly identified in the follicles, whereas PRRSV-positive tissues were found primarily around the crypt and directly below the epithelium. Quantitative PCR revealed 108–1010 copies of PCV2 DNA/µL and 102–104 copies of PRRSV DNA/µL in the NALT. Therefore, both PCV2 and PRRSV were detected in the NALT of pigs. In conclusion, the infection and replication of both viruses in the NALT and tonsils may suppress host immunity and promote co-infection with other pathogens.  相似文献
