A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN FAUNA OF HEILONGJAING(CHINA)AND ALBERTA PROVINCE(CANADA)

Heilongjing(China)and Alberta(Canada)provinces are situated at the same lati-tude,with similar nature conditions.Mammals in Alberta account for 87 species and in Heilongj-ing,97 spesics,among which a number of orders,families and species are in common.Continentsof Eurisia and North America histoi cally were connected and separated for several times,sothere are a number of animal forms in common,among them the similarity of herbivores is rath-er high.The similarity index of cervidae is 0.54.Other orders with comparatively similarcompiosition are Insevtivora,Chiroptera and Lagomorpha.In two orders,there are no commonspecies.In these two regions,duc to historical reasons,a number of specific genera and specieswere formed.     

Armillaramide, a new sphingolipid from the fungus Armillaria mellea.

A new C(18)-phytosphingosine ceramide containing non-hydroxy fatty acid, armillaramide (1), has been isolated together with ergosterol peroxide from the fruiting bodies of the basidiomycete Armillaria mellea. Its structure was established as (2S,3S,4R)-2-hexadecanoylamino-octadecane-1,3,4-triol by spectroscopic and chemical methods.     

四季竹发笋及幼竹高生长规律研究

研究表明:四季竹发笋期在4月下旬至10月下旬,6月发笋数最多,9月次之。6月出笋占总出笋棵数的35.56%,笋重量占总重的39.14%;9月出笋占总出笋棵数的20.78%,笋重量占总重的17.83%。四季竹幼竹高生长表现为生长初期和后期相对缓慢,整个生长期平均日生长量12.7 cm。生长高峰在笋出土后第15~35 d,平均日生长量19.2 cm,最大日生长量25.4 cm。四季竹日高生长量方程式为y=-3.785 5 1.791 8 t-0.018 t2-0.000 5 t3。     

影响培育落叶松人工林的因素及对策

本文分析了影响培育落叶松人工林的不利因素,提出落叶松发展需要注意的问题及对策,使落叶松在培育过程中能充分发挥短期效益。     

Supercritical fluid extraction of sapogenins from tubers of Smilax china

Supercritical CO(2) fluid extraction (SFE-CO(2)) was used to extract the sapogenins after acid hydrolysis from Smilax china tubers. The influence of extraction variables, such as modifier, pressure, temperature and extraction time, were studied. SFE-CO(2) was found to produce higher yield than conventional solvent extraction. The highest yield (0.454%) of sapogenins, mostly containing diosgenin, was obtained using 35 MPa pressure, 65 degrees C and 95% EtOH as a modifier for 180 min, higher than that obtained with conventional extraction methods (0.385%).     

Deformation analysis of timber-framed panel dome structure I: simulation of a dome model connected by elastic springs

This study develops an analytical method that enables the simulation of the deformation of timber-framed plywood panel dome structures, of which strength is largely governed by the rigidity of joints. A hybrid truss structure model was employed to analyze this structure. In this model, we aimed to incorporate the mechanical properties of bolted and nailed joints, which were employed to build the structures, although the present investigation focused on the deformation characteristics of a dome in which the panel elements were connected mutually by elastic springs. The results of the theoretical analysis are compared with those obtained by experiments. The simulated results were found to be in good agreement with the results of the experiments under similar loading conditions.     

猬实植物群落外貌和物种多样性的研究

通过对国家三级保护植物猬实进行群落外貌和物种多样性研究,结果表明:猬实对生态环境要求不严,群落组成简单。3个分布区灌木层和草本层的物种丰富度、多样性指数和均匀度指数都表现为:山西永济雪花山>山西夏县泗交林场>陕西华阴华山。总结了影响猬实种群拓展的4个因素。     

木麻黄引种初报

经过5a的引种试验,木麻黄不仅能生长,而且能开花,年高生长46～170cm,胸径年生长量1.8～12.0mm,地径年平均生长量5.1～20.5mm。与乡土树种马尾松相比,木麻黄的平均高、胸径生长量是马尾松的2倍,开花株率23%。
