Growth,Survivorship, Air‐bubble Disease,and Attachment of Feeble Juvenile Seahorses,Hippocampus kuda (Bleeker, 1852)

Seahorse aquaculture has been a focus for meeting the demand of traditional medicine and aquarium. Feeble (poor quality) juveniles are commonly found in the commercial seahorse culture. In this study, we compared the growth and survival performances of the feeble and healthy common seahorses Hippocampus kuda. The results show that the feeble juveniles had high growth and survival at the temperature of 27–29 C and salinity of 26–28‰ with frequent feeding (≥three times a day) during first 5 wk. Through a 12‐wk investigation, we found that the air‐bubble disease could significantly affect the specific growth rate and survival of the feeble juveniles. There was a positive and significant correlation between the substrate‐attachment rate and survival rate in the feeble juveniles, and substrate‐attachment rate may be used to assess the quality of the feeble populations in the seahorse H. kuda.     

鱼胶风味挂面加工工艺的研究

研究了以鱼鳞、鱼皮及鱼鳍为原料进行预处理,提取其营养成分,然后添加到挂面中,做成一款独特的鱼胶风味挂面的加工工艺。同时对鱼胶的提取、除腥及调味进行了较深的探讨,结果显示,鱼胶挂面的光滑度及弹韧性均比一般产品更好,其口感及理化指标均达花色挂面国家标准。     

Effect of ammonia and nitrite on vigour,survival rate,moulting rate of the blue swimming crab <Emphasis Type="Italic">Portunus pelagicus</Emphasis> zoea

The effects of ammonia and nitrite on vigour, survival rate, moulting rate of zoea of blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus, were studied. A total of five nitrite-N treatments (26.67, 53.34, 106.68, 213.36, 426.72 mg/l) and a control (no nitrite-N added) were set up for the acute nitrite-N toxicity experiment; a total of five ammonia-N treatments (8.43, 16.86, 33.72, 67.44, 134.88 mg/l) and a control (no ammonia-N added) were set up for the acute ammonia-N toxicity experiment. The results showed that the vigour, survival rate and moulting rate of zoea of the blue swimming crabs exposed to over 53.34 mg/l were significantly different (P < 0.05) from the control group. The zoea LC₅₀ values (mg/l) of nitrite-N were 179.47, 76.56, 66.70, 37.49, 25.01, 25.35, 25.34 mg/l for 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84, 96 h, respectively. The vigour, survival rate and moulting rate of zoea of the blue swimming crabs exposed to over 16.86 mg/l were significantly different (P < 0.05) from the control group. The zoea LC₅₀ values (mg/l) of ammonia-N were 51.04, 39.62, 38.72, 24.43, 16.90, 13.42, 11.16 mg/l for 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84, 96 h, respectively. The zoeae are highly sensitive to ammonia and nitrite, and the toxicity of ammonia and nitrite on Portunus pelagicus decrease with development of this crab.     

花生高产栽培研究进展及我国南方花生高产途径分析

通过提高单产来增加总产是确保花生持续供应的根本途径.介绍了全球和我国花生的单产水平状况、高产纪录及产量潜力,并从高产花生的形态建成和生理生化特性、获得高产的自然条件和栽培管理措施等方面综述了国内外花生高产研究的进展,分析了造成我国南、北方花生单产差异的原因,阐述了我国南方花生进一步高产的途径.     

大豆GmGBP1基因的原核表达及重组蛋白纯化

将大豆中已克隆的一个新的SKIP基因(GmGBP1)构建到原核表达载体pGEX-6p-1上,导入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,对其进行IPTG诱导.结果表明:在IPTG浓度为0.1 mmol·L-1,诱导时间为8h,诱导温度为37℃时,重组蛋白得到表达,分子量大约为95 kDa,SDS-PAGE电泳结果表明重组蛋白主要以包涵体形式存在,用8 mol·L-1尿素对其进行溶解后经GST柱纯化,得到较好的纯化效果.     

七星瓢虫引诱剂防治棉花蚜虫的应用效果

为了有效保护利用自然天敌对棉蚜进行生物控制,利用七星瓢虫引诱剂对七星瓢虫等天敌进行诱集。试验结果表明:七星瓢虫引诱剂处理棉田七星瓢虫数量明显高于对照,蚜虫数量明显低于对照,能够很好地诱集瓢虫,并对棉花蚜虫进行有效生物控制;而且七星瓢虫引诱剂对棉花有一定的增产作用。     

五种药用植物提取液抑菌作用研究

采集石菖蒲、酸浆、矮茶子、鸡屎藤和串果藤5种药用植物,以乙醇为溶剂提取其有效成分,并将提取液分别对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌进行抑菌活性试验。试验结果表明,5种植物都具有抑菌作用,但不同植物对不同细菌的抑菌效果有差异。石菖蒲和酸浆提取液对3种细菌都具有较强抑制能力,且对高温稳定。矮茶子、鸡屎藤提取液对大肠杆菌有抑制作用,串果藤提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌有抑制作用,但其抑菌能力不及石菖蒲和酸浆2种植物。     

关于在海南岛建立树袋熊饲养园可行性初探

随着海南省国际旅游岛的建设和发展,海南的旅游业建设一路高歌猛进。本文意在为海南旅游业建设添砖加瓦,在开创新思维的角度上,科学的初步分析了在海南岛饲养澳大利亚树袋熊的可行性,并简要提出了基本的经营方法,以供研究和探讨。

以河北农业大学后勤管理工作在"节约型"方面的积极探索为起点,通过对后勤资源的摸底定性,对高校后勤管理改革提出了探索性的建议:区别化管理,分级管理,行政性管理与企业化管理要分开;企业化管理要充分运用授权机制,做到有收有放;增强监督考核机制有效性,建立灵敏的反馈机制。     

中稻3414肥料效应试验初报

在沙壤土上进行中稻氮、磷、钾3414肥料效应试验,结果表明:在该试验地条件下,中稻每667 m2最高产量施肥量为尿素23.5 kg、钙镁磷肥40.8 kg、氯化钾7.3 kg,产量为518.7 kg。
