黔东南小香鸡的品种遗传资源特点及开发利用

目的探究日粮添加谷氨酰胺(glutamine,Gln)对黔东南小香鸡免疫器官指数及肠道免疫的影响。方法选取90羽体质量相近、健康状况良好的1日龄黔东南小香鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在饲喂基础日粮中分别添加0.5% 和1.0%的Gln。饲养至42 d,每组随机选取10羽屠宰,采集血清,分离免疫器官,刮取空肠肠黏膜,用于后续测定。结果与对照组相比,0.5% Gln组黔东南小香鸡脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05),1.0% Gln组的法氏囊指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清IgA、IgG和IgM含量及空肠黏膜sIgA分泌均显著升高(P<0.05),并且空肠黏膜的MUC1和MUC2 mRNA的相对表达量也显著增加(P<0.05)。结论黔东南小香鸡日粮添加1.0% Gln可促进免疫器官发育,增强肠道黏膜免疫功能。     

复合式分离型热管在原油采出液余热回收中的应用

通过蒸汽辅助重力泄油(Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage,SAGD)技术开采稠油时,采出液温度较高,对其进行热回收的节能潜力较高,油田采用热管式换热器回收采出原油的余热,将其作为工业或生活用热具有研究价值。考虑到现场空间要求和工程设备模块化的特点,利用U形管壳式换热器、螺旋板式换热器作为分离型热虹吸热管蒸发段和冷凝段,并建立复合式分离型热管模型,分析其换热性能、循环压降、充液率及换热能力。采用新疆油田油水二次换热区的分离型热管系统验证该模型,结果表明:复合式分离型热管计算模型可行;复合式热管具备U形管壳式换热器、螺旋板式换热器的优点,换热性能强,系统换热能力可以满足实际要求,有较好的环境适应性。     

瓠瓜新品种浙蒲8号的选育

浙蒲8号是以自交系G7-4-3-1-2-1为母本、自交系J63-1-6-3-2-1为父本配制而成的耐热瓠瓜一代杂种。植株生长势较强,早中熟,以侧蔓结瓜为主,坐瓜性较好。商品瓜中棒形,上下粗细较均匀,平均瓜长约30cm,横径约5cm,瓜皮绿色,具光泽,单瓜质量0.4~0.5kg。耐高温性较强,高温期商品瓜率较对照杭州长瓜高6个百分点;品质佳,游离氨基酸总量1304.193μg·g-1,其中谷氨酸含量85.663μg·g-1;田间对枯萎病和白粉病的抗性强于对照杭州长瓜。适宜作露地栽培和夏秋季设施避雨栽培,夏秋季栽培每667m2产量2600kg以上。     

广西钦州市菠萝山不同朝向土壤理化性状比较分析

以钦州市钦南区菠萝山为研究对象，采用环刀取土烘干法及混合土样法对不同区域（东南、西南、西北）土壤的理化性状进行分析。结果表明：不同采样区域（东南、西南、西北）土壤含水量和物理性粘粒（＜0.01 mm）差异显著，东南朝向含水量及粘粒含量最高，其次是西南朝向，西北朝向最低；不同采样区域（东南、西南、西北）土壤容重、孔隙度及 pH 值差异不显著。通过该研究表明，山体的不同方向对土壤发育及水土保持有显著影响，人为干扰影响山体土壤良性发展。     

Study on DAQ System by Using LabVIEW

Dong village is very valuable for research work because of its special regional and national character and rich cultural implication. In this paper, some information about the location, form and features of Dong village is given. Then, the relationship between the culture and the settlement is analyzed, which provides a clue for understanding Dong village and will be beneficial to creating modern human settlements.     

Seismic Behavior of Asymmetric Building under Pushover Analysis

Pushover analysis is a tool to study the inelastic behavior of structures under strong seismic action. The 3D-pushover analysis was performed to analyze the inelastic lateral-torsional coupled response of multistory asymmetric structures. The symmetric frame and frame-wall systems were studied in this paper, and the capability curve of the top displacement and base shear,the story drift and the position of rotation center were compared with reference to corresponding symmetric structures. The characters of inelastic response of multistory asymmetric structures were found. The conclusion provides reference for performance-based seismic design of asymmetric structures.     

旋喷泵叶轮内部流动的全三维数值模拟

文章分析了旋喷泵叶轮流道的物理模型，建立了流道内部流动解析的数学模型，自行开发软件对旋喷泵叶轮流道内部流动进行了全三维势流分析，计算了叶轮产生的理论扬程，同时应用工具软件Fluent对叶轮内部流动进行了计算。通过对两种方法的计算结果进行比较，证明了该计算方法的可行性。     

Mechanism of Fuzilizhong decoction alleviating inflammatory damage of rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

AIM To observe the effect of Fuzilizhong decoction on the inflammatory damage of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） rats and to explore its mechanism. METHODS SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： control group, model group, high dose （20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, middle dose （10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, low dose （5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） Fuzilizhong decoction group and Yishanfu （30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）group, 8 rats in each group. A NAFLD rat modelwas established by intragastric administration of fat emulsion for 4 weeks. Then the drug was given for 4 weeks in each treatment group. HE staining was performed to observe the histopathological changes of the rat liver.The serum levels of interleukin-2（IL-2）, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were measured by ELISA. The expression of toll like receptor 4（TLR4） and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues at mRNA and protein levels was determined by RT-qPCR and Western bolt,respectively. RESULTS Compared with control group, the inflammatory damage of liver tissue was more serious, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly increased in model group（P<0.05）. However, compared with model group, the liver pathological changes in each treatment group were significantly relieved, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly reduced（P<0.05）.In addition, the changes of TLR4 and p-NF-κB p65 protein levels in liver tissue were consistent with the changes of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 mRNA. CONCLUSION Fuzilizhong decoction attenuates the inflammatory damages of NAFLD in rats by inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB p65 signaling pathway.     

多效唑对不同高度粉蕉植株的矮化效应研究

以"金粉1号"粉蕉为试材,设置4个不同植株高度梯度处理,对其进行2次相等用量的多效唑树盘淋施,并对各处理植株新抽生叶片叶间距、株高、茎基围及产量性状指标进行测定与比较分析,以期筛选出多效唑矮化粉蕉的适宜施用时期。结果表明,多效唑处理对粉蕉产量性状无显著性影响,对粉蕉营养生长有显著抑制作用,植株叶间距明显缩短,株高降低,茎干比增加。其中T2(90 cm≤株高<120 cm)处理矮化效果最为理想,收获期株高359.4 cm,较对照显著降低20.9%,茎干比较对照显著增加5.7个百分点,果指长、果指周长、株产与对照相比稍有减小,差异不显著。
