抗青枯病樱桃番茄品种的初步筛选及评价

对28个樱桃番茄品种的田间抗病性、植株类型、单果质量、果色、可溶性固形物含量等主要经济性状进行调查。试验结果表明,感病品种红艳发病最重,发病率为73.67%,其次是红箭、红日和金艳,发病率分别为23.33%、21.67%和20.33%,其他品种发病率都在20%以下;28个品种的果实颜色、大小、口感等差异明显,除黑宝石映泰及黄金蛋可溶性固形物含量在4.10%以下外,其他品种可溶性固形物含量都达5.20%以上。综合分析,筛选出绿天使、粉仙、红娘9号、绿圆、格丽贝、红椭圆等11个抗青枯病且经济性状优良的樱桃番茄品种,为优质抗青枯病樱桃番茄的选育和推广提供了参考。

丛枝菌根真菌接种对白车轴草耐盐性的影响

丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)可与植物共生形成复杂的菌丝网络,影响植物生长及抗逆能力。目前关于AMF对白车轴草耐盐性的影响尚存争议,本研究采用盆栽试验,研究在盐胁迫条件下(NaCl浓度为150 mmol·L^-1),接种AMF对拉丁诺白车轴草耐盐性的影响。结果表明,在盐胁迫条件下,与对照相比,白车轴草的生长与生理指标均受到抑制。盐胁迫下接种AMF后,白车轴草株高、干重、PSⅡ最大光能转换效率和相对含水量均有增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量以及相对电导率有所降低,渗透调节物质均有提高,其中可溶性糖(SS)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量分别提高了32.03%和9.42%。说明盐胁迫抑制白车轴草的生长,接种AMF增强了白车轴草抗逆适应能力,促进白车轴草的生长,增加渗透调节物质含量,提高白车轴草耐盐胁迫的能力。     

利用SSR标记构建贵州山区玉米杂交种的指纹库

对贵州山区目前在生产上正在使用的西山系列玉米杂交种12份进行了SSR分析。从60对引物中筛选到稳定性好、多态性丰富的8对引物作为核心引物。用这8对引物的指纹组合构建了贵州山区西山系列玉米杂交种的DNA指纹数据库。结果表明,利用SSR技术进行玉米杂交种真实性的鉴定是可行、有效的。     

Application of Slicing in Component-based System Regression Testing

In component-based system regression testing, the dependence model of component-based system should be built in order to confirm the part which will be affected by modify. Since high reusability and high complexity, the existing dependence models may not be applicable to component-based systems, a hierarchical dependence model is proposed to describe component-based. Through the forward slicing of modified points in the model, the modified and affected parts can be gotten, then traverse these parts and get affected testing path, thereby regression testing examples can be chosen effectively, the efficiency of regression testing can be improred.

It is the traditional Chinese herb, which is used in the contagious diseases. In recent years, its new pharmacological actions have been reported, which are antitumour, hypoglycemic response, immunoloregulation, improving the functions of cardiovascular. The important pharmacological functions of Coptis Chinesis are hypoglycemic response, improving the functions of cardiovascular, antitumour. With the deeply researching of Coptis Chinesis pharmacology, and the continuous founding of pharmacological mechanism, new preparation will be widely applied in the clinic.     

BIM Based on Intelligent Parametric Modeling Technology

In order to push the informationization process of the building industry,promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China's building industry,the authors study BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design,which contains not only geometric data but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building.The authors also compare BIM technology with 2D CAD technology,and demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM,which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology,will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become a new driving force to push forward China's building industry in this Information Age.     

Developing Method Based on Object-oriented Modeling Techniques for Management Information System

A developing method is given which based on object-oriented modeling techniques for management information systems.The modeling techniques,especially,from CDM to PDM conversion,make it possible that the method can be used for developing such management information systems which based on relational database.The result shows that it can raise the efficency of the system developing,improve the system tability,enhance the system maintenability.     

Noise and Interference in Two Way CATV

The funneling effect of noise is the main difficulty in two way CATV modification works. This paper discusses the source of noise and interference, the mechanism to form noise funneling, the regularities of distribution, the characteristics of the spectrum, etc. The purpose is to find the way of reducing funnel noise. The invading noise has the greatest effect on the upstream of two way CATV system, which mainly comes from the indoor of the users. The increase of the number of cable modem will not obviously make greater funneling noise. The cable connectors are the main source of producing and invading noise in outdoor cable network, which is a threat to the safty of the whole upstream channel.
