Customer Service Satisfaction Evaluation System and Method Viewed From Supply Chain Management

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate. This evaluation method is scientific, round and objective with more stability and convienience in practical use.     

Fuzzy Submatroids

The structure and properties of fuzzy matroids are investigated further. By generalizing the idea of fuzzy subgraph and fuzzy subspace to fuzzy matroid, some smaller fuzzy matroids are derived from a fuzzy matroid M in the different ways. Moreover, the properties of these new fuzzy matroids are studied, and the relationships among them are also presented.     

A Receiving Surface of Perturbative Photon Fluxes in Interaction Between Gravitational Waves and EM Fields

According to Electrodynamics in curved spacetime, the interaction between gravitational waves (GW) and electromagnetic (EM) fields will produce perturbative electromagnetic fields. In a special EM system, namely, a Gaussian beam (Gb) propagating through a static magnetic field, the photon flux along the direction of the electric field of the Gb will be only a pure perturbative photon flux,when a GW propagates along the symmetric axis of a Gaussian beam. Detailed alanysis and calculation of the photon flux along several typical surfaces are performed, and a possible optimum plane which can receive perturbative photons up to 10~4s~(-1) is proposed. It is possible to provide an important method to detection of GW.

浚县农业局于2018年对13个玉米品种进行试验示范,对其气候影响因素及品种特性进行评价,对其产量构成进行分析,进一步筛选适合浚县种植的玉米新品种,以加快品种结构调整,提高浚县玉米市场竞争力。     

基于农作制分区的1985—2015年中国小麦生产时空变化

Comparing spatio-temporal variation characteristics of China’s wheat production, yield, sown area and yield-area-contribution in different farming zones in the past 30 years could help improving wheat planting layout and adjusting planting structure. Concentration index, rate of change, moving of gravity and resolution of yield-area-contribution were used to analyze spatio-temporal changes of China’s wheat production and yield-area-contribution based on county wheat production statistics including sown area, production and yield from 1985 to 2015. The wheat sown area decreased obviously in Northeast farming region, Northwest farming region and South farming region and increased rapidly in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region and Yangtze Plain farming region. In Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, the concentration indexes of Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Fenwei Basin farming region reached to 20.64%, 25.77%, and 21.65% respectively in 2015. Wheat production increased significantly by more than 48 milliontons in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, and nearly 8 million tons Yangtze Plain farming region but decreased by more than 2.6 million tons in Northeast farming region. In Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, wheat production was concentrated in Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Yuxi Hill farming region. The average wheat yield continuously improved during the study period, Huang-Huai-Hai farming region and Northwest farming region had the yield increase up to 103.5 kg hm ^-2 and 92.9 kg hm ^-2 each year. Wheat yield in Yuxi Hill farming region, Fenwei Basin farming region and Haihe Plain farming region was relatively high in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region. The yield-reduced area was mainly caused by the decreasing of sown area, while the yield-area-contribution rate was different in yield-increased area. Yield-dominant counties were reduced, area-dominant counties were increased and yield-area-dominant counties were relatively steady. In production increased area, yield-dominant and yield-area-dominant counties were the main types in Huang-Huai-Hai Farming region, area-dominant and yield-area-dominant counties were the main types in Yangtze Plain farming region. Chinese wheat production was increasingly concentrated in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region which has high and rapid increase of wheat yield over the past three decades. Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Fenwei Basin farming region were the most concentrated areas in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region for wheat production during this period. Wheat yield and sown area jointly promoted the increase of wheat production in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, wheat sown area was the crucial factor to increase wheat production in Yangtze Plain farming region, especially in the north of Jiangsu, Anhui province and greater part of Xinjiang.

Safeguarding Capability Index System of Regional Sustainable Development

According to the new requirement of sustainable development in the new stage, this paper puts forward the definition of the safeguarding capacity of regional sustainable development and uses some statistical methods of frequency statistics and principal component analysis to construct the index system of safeguarding capacity. Then it takes the data of the Three Gorges reservoir area for example to make empirical analysis, and provides efficient measurement tools to further measure the regional sustainability together with its safeguarding capacity, and therefore helps the government and the relevant organizations to establish more scientific policies of sustainable development.     

Carrying Capacity of Stretching-bending Rectifier

In accordance with the deficient elongation of the Stretching-bending Rectifier, as well as the severe wear and slipping of V-belt , the driving system velocity ratio of rectifier and the calculation formula of the theoretical elongation are deduced, which are based on the analysis of its structure and reeling principle. The carrying capacity of the driving system is also analyzed and it reaches the main reason for the elongation of the stretching-bending rectifier that cannot reach request, which is caused by the step less torsion of fixed output of the continuously variable transmission. The improvement measure which can be achieved by increasing the stiffness of the spring to increase the output torsion of the continuously variable transmission is proposed. Thus it makes the actual coefficient of elongation,which can satisfiy the producing request.     

Determination of Molecular Weight and Distribution of Hyroxyethl Starch (HES) by Means of GPC- RI- MALLS Technique

The author introduces a method and experimental procedures that determine dn/dc,molecular weight and its distribution of the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) by means of Gel Permeation Chromatography-Refractive index-Multi-angle laser light scattering detection(GPC-RI-MALLS)techniques.The key experimental technique and results are discussed.The method takes CH3COOH/CH3COONa as mobile phase and solvent.The experiment gets satisfactory results.It can be used as a routine method to determine the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) molecular weight and its distribution.
