大关野生喜马拉雅红豆杉的生境特点及生物学特性

2002年5月在云南省大关县的2镇1乡首次发现有零星的喜马拉雅红豆杉不均匀地分布在崇山峻岭中.为给以后人工造林及经营管理提供理论依据,对喜马拉雅红豆杉的生境特点及生物学特征进行了多年和多处的实地调查与分析.结果表明:野生喜马拉雅红豆杉,其立地条件差,处于自生自灭状态;海拔越高其植株越高大,为乔木,处于林冠上层,属于优势...     

自然低温胁迫下3种桉树的叶绿素荧光特性研究

对临安市3种桉树幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光特性进行研究,结果表明,自然低温下,各桉树表现出不同的适应性,总的来说,邓桉>柳桉>巨桉;自然低温(日最低气温-3.6℃)对柳桉和巨桉造成较大损害,而邓桉可通过维持相对较高的光化学效率,以及利用不断增加的qN来进行耗散,具有较强的抵抗低温胁迫伤害的能力。     

牧草产业是我国家兔产业可持续发展的重要支撑

针对我国家兔规模化养殖的快速发展,牧草作为家兔生产主要饲料原料来源,供需矛盾日益突出。本文重点从家兔消化生理特点、兔产品安全生产、农民增收、需求现状与问题等方面进行了论述,并提出了相应对策。     

三种融合标签对大熊猫轮状病毒结构蛋白VP6-VP7可溶性表达的影响

大熊猫轮状病毒(giant panda rotavirus,GPRV)是引起幼龄大熊猫腹泻的主要病原,对圈养大熊猫产生了较大的危害。轮状病毒结构蛋白VP6是一种载体蛋白,可介导黏膜免疫反应。VP7是轮状病毒结构蛋白中主要的中和抗原。因此,VP6-VP7的融合表达作为候选抗原对该病的防治具有重要的意义。传统大肠埃希菌原核表达存在表达量低、可溶性差以及纯度低等弊端。本研究使用醛缩酶(EDA)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)、麦芽糖结合蛋白(MBP)3种融合标签,以实现获得表达量高和纯度高的GPRV-VP6-VP7重组表达蛋白。将扩增的VP6、VP7基因片段利用同源重组酶构建到含3种融合标签的表达载体pET21b上,将重组质粒转化至大肠埃希菌Rosetta(DE3)感受态细胞中进行低温诱导表达。用Ni-柱亲和层析法纯化目的蛋白,SDS-PAGE和Image J分析蛋白表达量和可溶性,Western blot分析得到表达的重组表达蛋白正确且具有蛋白活性。实验结果证明,EDA标签能显著促进VP6-VP7蛋白的原核可溶性表达,提高VP6-VP7蛋白表达量。     

Sequence Analysis and Prokaryotic Expression of NSP1 Gene of Bovine Rotavirus UK Strain

Rotavirus is a major cause of acute diarrhea in both many kinds of young animals and children under 5 years old.Rotavirus NSP1, a 55 ku RNA binding protein, is the product of gene 5, which can subvert innate immune responses and be one of virulent determinant factors.According to the sequence in GenBank, specific primers targeting to NSP1 gene were designed and the gene was amplified by RT-PCR, following by being cloned into the pET-28a(+) vector.It showed that the full length of NSP1 gene was 1 473 bp, encoding 491 amino acids.The NSP1 shared the highest identity with WC3 strain.The recombinant protein was induced in E.coli Rosetta(DE3) by IPTG and was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.The results revealed that NSP1 recombinant protein existed in the form of inclusion body with the molecular weight of 55 ku.The purified recombinant protein could be recognized by His-tag antibody.This study laid the foundation for further research on the relationship between the intracytoplasmic location of NSP1 protein and its activity.     

美国农产品分布对我国农产品区域发展的影响研究

美国农业一直处于领先地位,不仅得益于其丰富的自然资源和高科技的农业技术,其合理的农产品分布也不可少的影响因素。中国是一个农业大国,农业的发展离不开农产品,农产品的种植种类、农产品的区域分布、农产品的质量发展都直接影响农产品的发展。美国虽然面积和我国差不多,但因为有合理的布局,农产品贸易一直发展良好。要借鉴美国农产品的发展,研究和分析其农产品分布现状很有必要。     

Whistle signal variations among three Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin populations in the South China Sea: a combined effect of the Qiongzhou Strait's geographical barrier function and local ambient noise?

Geographic variations in the dolphin whistles could be useful in assessing association and isolation among populations. Whistle of free-ranging Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins (Sousa chinensis) among the Pearl River Estuary (PRE), Leizhou Bei (LZB) and Sanniang Bay (SNB) populations were investigated. A total of 2850 whistles with legible fundamental contour were extracted and 15 acoustic parameters were measured. Contrary to SNB, PRE and LZB had the same relative proportion of tonal type compositions with flat and sine representing the most frequent types. The generalized linear model analysis showed significant acoustic difference among populations and tonal types. All frequency parameters in SNB were significantly higher than those in PRE and LZB, where no significant variation was observed in most of the parameters either at the population level or within each tonal type. Canonical discriminant functions analysis showed a smaller difference between PRE and LZB than between PRE and SNB and between LZB and SNB. Compared with previous recordings, recent recordings demonstrated a consistent pattern of becoming higher in whistle frequency parameters in both LZB and SNB populations, suggesting that noise pollution in LZB and SNB increasing with time according to the acoustic niche hypothesis. Dolphin whistle's geographic variations could be shaped by the combined function of the geographical barrier function of the Qiongzhou strait and local ambient noise. Considering the isolated condition and the relatively smaller population size of the humpback dolphin in the SNB, more effective and proactive conservation actions should be taken to prevent the extinction of small populations.     

不同产地红茶主要品质成分分析

通过收集国内外不同地区具有代表性的红茶茶样,对其进行感官审评与理化成分分析。结果表明,感官方面,国外红茶样整体水平优于国内红茶样品。内含品质成分方面,云南大叶种红茶水浸出物含量较高;氨基酸含量则均在3%~5%之间,差异并不明显;国外红茶样茶多酚平均含量高出国内红茶样2.66%;咖啡碱含量在2.35%~5.45%之间,其中产于斯里兰卡的两个红茶样高于其他地区红茶;国外红茶样茶黄素含量整体较高,茶红素以肯尼亚红碎茶含量最高,国内红茶样则是茶褐素含量普遍较高。     

基于熵算法的股票指数高频数据复杂度测算与评价

在日内高频环境下检验基于兼容法的柯尔莫哥洛夫熵、样本熵和模糊熵等复杂度测算方法对我国沪深300股票指数的测算效率，并运用筛选后的有效算法分阶段研究和比较了序列复杂度的变化过程与变化幅度.结果表明，模糊熵算法是一种更适用于我国沪深300股票指数的有效复杂度测算方法，其对相似容忍度的敏感性更低，测度值连续性更好.随时间推移，我国沪深300股票指数复杂度整体呈上升趋势,而相较于发达市场甚至周边新兴市场其复杂度偏低.
