基于土地利用/覆盖的甘肃省景观生态风险时空变化特征

甘肃省景观类型丰富多样,在中国西部地区的生态安全中起关键性作用,也为当地发展提供着重要的物质基础和生态服务。由于气候变化和人类不合理活动的影响,甘肃省部分地区生态环境的安全与稳定遭到严峻挑战。本研究基于欧洲航空局全球土地利用/覆盖数据（CCI-LC）,利用动态度、转移矩阵方法分析了2005-2019年甘肃省土地利用/覆盖变化特征;通过构建景观生态风险指数并运用空间自相关分析法分析了景观生态风险的空间分布特征。结果显示：1)2005-2019年间,裸地面积减少最多,变化率1.88%,耕地次之,变化率2.31%;草地面积增加最多,变化率1.83%,建设用地次之,变化率191.08%。2）所有土地利用/覆盖类型中,建设用地的动态度最高且在整个研究时期内变化速率都保持在较高水平,综合动态度最大的时期为2010-2019年。3）土地利用/覆盖转移矩阵主要表现为耕地、林地、草地、裸地之间的转入与转出以及其他土地类型向建设用地的转入。4)2019年整体的生态风险值较2005年明显上升。其中低风险区和较低风险区面积最多,转化最频繁;中等风险区、较高风险区和高风险区面积虽然较少,但都存在不同程度的增长。...     

利用SSR标记构建贵州山区玉米杂交种的指纹库

对贵州山区目前在生产上正在使用的西山系列玉米杂交种12份进行了SSR分析。从60对引物中筛选到稳定性好、多态性丰富的8对引物作为核心引物。用这8对引物的指纹组合构建了贵州山区西山系列玉米杂交种的DNA指纹数据库。结果表明,利用SSR技术进行玉米杂交种真实性的鉴定是可行、有效的。     

应用RAMP分子标记分析小豆栽培型种质资源遗传多样性

利用42对引物组合，对93份小豆栽培型种质资源的基因组DNA进行了RAMP分析，得到308条扩增谱带，其中297条（96.43%）具有多态性，每对引物组合可扩增出3～17条多态性谱带，平均7.1条，总遗传多样性指数或平均期望杂合度（Ht）达0.693，表明小豆栽培型种质资源内存在较丰富的遗传多样性；小豆种质间遗传距离变异幅度为0.066～0.494，平均值为0.281，表明来源于不同生态区的小豆栽培型种质间的亲缘关系较近；利用RAMP扩增谱带数据进行聚类分析，可将93份小豆栽培型种质材料中的91份区分开，并划分为5个类群；其RAMP分子标记表现出明显的生育特性和生长习性趋同性，及一定的地域相关性。     

Nonlinear Characteristic Modeling of Servo Value on Hydraulic Bending Roll System''s Dynamic Characteristic

Nonlinear characteristic of servo value is the important factor influencing hydraulic system, the model of electro-hydraulic servo pressure control system is designed. In this model, flux-equation of servo valve is specially applied and some non-linear characteristics are considered. Furthermore, SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB language software is applied to solve mathematic model and simulation curves of some variables are obtained. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

This article mainly discusses the importance of the green auto_mobile's research and development,the development status in quo and prospect of the green auto_mobile technique in the world,and states the relationship between the green automobile technique and environmental protection from green technical system theoretically clarify the study of green automobile,including its design and the system,the manufacture and its technology,the energy,the rebuild engineering and a series of subjects. How to evaluate the cycle and the evaluable mark of the green automobile,the prospect of green automobile are pointed out.     

Models to Separate Daily Diffuse Radiation from Daily Total Radiation for Energy Consumption Analysis of Air-Conditioning System

Both total irradiation and diffuse irradiation are necessary to building energy consumption analysis. At the most cases in China,only total irradiation is available. So some method is needed to estimate diffuse irradiation. Relationship between daily diffuse irradiation and daily total irradiation is analyzed, based on data form Beijing and Chengdu.Polynomial models for Beijing and Chengdu are established to estimate K d form K t . Validation tests show good performance of the models. Monthly means of predicted daily diffuse irradiation is not significantly different from that of the original daily diffuse irradiation. Also,the auto_correlation function of the predicted diffuse fraction, K d is coincident with that of the original K d . Beijing model can accurately predict the data of Chengdu,which is significantly different from Beijing as to the climate,so it is recommended as the general model.     

Third-party Logistics Subcontract Design Based on Bilevel Programming

The research theme of this paper is about how third-party logistics provider design a kind of effective incentive mechanism which can not only avoid the moral hazard behavior of the subcontractor , but also promote subcontractor to raise the serving performance constantly, until obtaining the best TPL performance .Through building bilevel programming model where constructing the Nash equilibrium model this paper, the anthors assume subcontract decision variable as endogenetic variable first, and then analyze the optimal solution with the restraint of Nash equilibrium at the time of decision variable as exogenous variable, push the subcontract relationship research at the principal-agent level into the lay that principal-agent combining with whole contract performance optimal decision.     

Preparation of Electrochromic and Transparent Film of Polyaniline

The preparation method of transparent film of electrochromism polyaniline on the glass supporter is studied by a dipping polymerization. The electric and optic properities of the resulting film are measured as a function of oxidant,dopant,reaction time and temperature.The optimum technology term is obtained in the normal atmospheric temperature.The experimental result is testified by fuzzy set theory.     

The Public Participation in the Urban Planning

The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countries where as is just at the elementary step in China. For the purpose of knowing the situation about the policy performing in local cities and discussing the feasibility of public participation in urban planning, several kinds of investigation have been done. From the investigation, it is found that although the public participation has already been the important step of urban planning in some city during just several years,there are still many problems. This paper shows a panorama view of this issue. Th describe the future of public participation in e authors will offer some solutions according to the problems and the urban planning.     

基于AMEsim的柴油机二甲醚供给系统仿真研究

借助AMEsim仿真软件,建立了ZS1100柴油机机械式供油系统模型,并进行了各个运动件的动态响应特性仿真和分析,得到了柴油机燃用二甲醚供给系统的改进结果,对柴油机燃用二甲醚的供给系统的研究和开发提供了一个有效的工具。
