Effects of water state of soil on ecological boundary of leaf Surface ofpopulus davidiana

The effect of water state of soil on eco-boundary over leaf surface was disscussed by takingPopulus davidiana as experimental material. The results show that to change soil water state by some methods was to adjust and control the forming quality of eco-boundary in fact. The plant in good water condition must be accompanied by thinner eco-boundary. This eco-boundary is beneficial to exchange and flow of the substances between plant and environment. Basic properties of woodceramics made from bamboo powder and epoxy resin

Woodceramics is made from bamboo powder and epoxy resin. Analysis with X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that with an increase in sintering temperature, the degree of graphitization increases. Scanning electron microscopic (SEM) analysis also indicates that bamboo powder exists in the composite as natural plant template. The study suggests that both sintering temperature and epoxy resin content have significant effects on its basic properties. Compressive strengths of woodceramics increase as sintering temperature rises but decrease as temperature rises to 1,000°C, and Young’s modulus rises along with higher resin content. Its density increases as sintering temperature rises but decreases as temperature rises further to 1,300°C. The apparent porosity tends to increase with increasing sintering temperature. In addition, elevation of resin content and sintering temperature can reduce electrical resistance, and sintering temperature has greater impact.     

龙葵制剂中澳洲茄胺盐酸盐含量测定

建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定澳洲茄胺盐酸盐含量的方法.色谱柱为Zorbax Extend-C18(250mm×4.5mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-乙酸铵为流动相(体积比为60∶ 35∶ 5),UV检测器(204nm),在室温下测定澳洲茄胺盐酸盐含量.澳洲茄胺盐酸盐的质量浓度范围在0.8～160mg·L-1时(n≥5000),检测信号与质量浓度线性关系良好Y=166X-1.72×10-14(r=1.000);样品平均回收率(n=9)分别为98.6%.此法简单、重复性好,可用于澳洲茄胺盐酸盐制剂的含量测定.     

基于一线总线声波传感器的监控系统

将单片机与声波传感器结合,设计了一种单总线声波传器件,并以此器件为基础设计了对环境声波信号进行循环采集和监测智能的系统。系统上位机既可以以点名方式选择让任意一个下位机进行数据传送,也可在轮巡方式工作。由于本系统结构简单、成本低廉,可广泛用于多种场合的声音监控中。     

桔梗单倍体染色体核型分析

首次分析了桔梗单倍体染色体核型，并与已报道的二倍体桔梗染色体核型分析资料进行比较，对它们的关系进行了初步探讨。它全由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成，第6号染色体具随体，核型公式为K（n）=X=7m（1SAT）＋2sm属“1A”类型。     

甜椒雄性不育系一代杂种碧玉椒的选育

碧玉椒是利用胞质雄性不育（ＣＭＳ）三系配套技术选育而成的中早熟辣椒一代杂种，分枝多，连续坐果能力强，果实长灯笼形，果色深绿有光泽，微辣。抗ＴＭＶ、中抗ＣＭＶ，抗疫病，产量３０００～３５００ｋｇ／６６７ｍ２，适宜春季露地地膜覆盖栽培或大小棚早熟栽培。

新囊素口服液的田间试验及应用效果

在前述研究的基础上，为进一步明确新囊素口服液在田间应用的效果而进行田间试验及实验应用效果的观察，试制的５批新囊素经５个鸡群的治疗试验，通过临床症状，病理变化和血清学反应的结果作为诊断依据，结果表明新囊素对鸡新城疫和鸡法氏囊炎的患病鸡只给药５～７天治疗的有效率为１００％，治愈率为８０％。
