60%敌草隆·环嗪酮可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析方法

反相高效液相色谱法测定60%敌草隆·环嗪酮可湿性粉剂有效成分含量,流动相为甲醇和水(57∶43),波长为254nm,环嗪酮和敌草隆的标准偏差分别为0.07和0.052;变异系数分别为0.53%和0.11%;平均回收率分别为98.9%和99.2%。线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9995。     

The ex vivo expansion characteristic of endothelial progenitor cells

AIM: To explore the ex vivo expansion characteristics of the endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs). METHODS: CD34⁺ cells were selected from umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (MNC) by MiniMACS system, expanded at the same conditions as that for total MNC, coincubation of CD34⁺ and CD34^- from the same donation for EPCs. In addition, we tested the effect of vessel endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and passage on cell differentiation, expansion kinetics and apoptosis. EPCs were determined and quantified by immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry. RESULTS: Coculture of CD34⁺ and CD34^-,total MNC led to a significant increase in the expansion of CD34⁺ cells compared with CD34 enrichment (P＜0.05). There was a trend toward decreased apoptosis in cultures when early passage was performed once the linear cord like structures appeared. There was no significant effect on apoptosis between with VEGF and without VEGF group (P＞0.05). These differentiated EPCs were stained positive for CD34⁺, von Willebrand factor (vWF), KDR, CD31 and incorporate acetylated low-density lipoprotein (LDL). CD34⁺ and AC133⁺cells accounted for 68.2%±6.3% (n=6) and 57.2%±9.8% (n=6) of attaching (AT) cells at day 7 of culture, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Coculture of CD34⁺ and CD34^- or culture of MNC enhances ex vivo expansion of EPCs. Early passage decreases apoptosis rate, VEGF has no significant effect on ex vivo expansion of EPCs.     

Determination and Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in the Soil from Beef Cattle Farms in Three Regions of Xinjiang

In order to study and evaluate the feeding environment of the beef cattle farms in Xinjiang, the contents of heavy mentals in the soil from 8 beef cattle farms in Xinjiang Aksu, Yili and Tacheng regions were tested according to the Field of Livestock and Poultry Environment Quality Standard (NY/T 388—1999).The atomic absorption spectroscopic method was used to determine the contents of As, Hg, Pb, Cd, and Cr.The mean contents of As, Hg, Pb, Cd, and Cr in 8 beef cattle farms soil were 0.389, 0.568, 22.708, 0.573 and 149.449 mg/kg, respectively, and they were all below the upper limit of NY/T 388—1999.The comprehensive heavy metal pollution index of 8 beef cattle farms were 0.577 to 0.994, and the index were 0.7 to 1 of two observation points in Yili and one observation point in Tacheng.The soil environment quality of these 3 farms were at the level of slight cleaning.The comprehensive heavy metal pollution index of other five observation points were ≤0.7, the soil environment was in a clean level.The soil environment of beef cattle farms in these three regions conformed to the standards of livestock for environment quality and safe products.     

我国管理科学研究热点及代表人物的可视化分析

进入新世纪以来，管理科学在我国取得了蓬勃的发展，逐渐形成了庞杂的学科知识体系，与此同时，管理学也涌现了一大批管理科学专家，并在各自的领域中作出了卓越的贡献。利用中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）2000~2009年的20种管理科学重要期刊文献为数据，从文献计量的角度对我国管理科学十年来的发展进行分析，通过可视化分析工具CiteSpace展示了企业与事业单位管理、管理基础与方法、宏观管理与政策研究三个主要的学科领域的代表人物和研究热点。     

暖地泥炭藓(Sphagnum junhuhnianum)孢子形态及发育过程探讨

描述了暖地泥炭藓(Sphagnum junhuhnianum)孢蒴从翠绿色透明状球体历经黄绿色、淡褐色、褐色、具光泽的深咖啡色球体到最后喇叭状过程中孢子的形态特征.成熟孢蒴中孢子的数量(71 631±12 751)个.成熟孢子四面体结构清晰,极面观呈圆三角形,赤道面观呈近扇形,直径(23.27±1.05)μm,均出现三裂隙结构,唇状,稍细,长为极半径的2/3,裂隙表面布满疣状颗粒物,近极端三面凹陷无褶皱,分布少量疣状颗粒物,远端面不平整,布满疣状颗粒物.     

丁酸钠对犊牛胃肠道发育的研究进展

丁酸钠是一种绿色新型饲料添加剂，目前在动物饲料中应用广泛，且效果良好。作者主要介绍了丁酸钠的生物学功能、对犊牛胃肠道发育的影响及其在犊牛日粮中的应用效果。重点总结了丁酸钠促进犊牛胃肠道发育的影响机制，包括作为胃肠道组织的能量来源调控激素和生长因子的分泌，提高消化和吸收相关酶的分泌及活性，提高肠道免疫细胞保护性蛋白的分泌等。现有研究表明，日粮干物质中添加0.3%丁酸钠就能达到促进犊牛生长和胃肠道发育的效果，但具体添加水平、添加阶段和方式等尚不明确。此外，日粮粗饲料水平、精料发酵所产生的内源丁酸对外源丁酸钠的作用效果是否有影响也鲜有报道，有待进一步开展研究。     

甘肃省农村信息化发展水平探讨

农村信息化是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,是解决"三农"问题的突破口。对于欠发达的甘肃农村经济,近年来虽然取得很大进步,但总体水平还不高,与发达地区的差距还很明显。在客观数据的基础上,基于因子分析方法建立了综合评价农村信息化水平的模型,直观的比较了各省市的农村信息化水平,认为信息资源的利用情况和信息基础设施建设的差异是评价农村信息化水平的决定因素,提高农村信息化水平必须从这两方面着手,切实可行的推进甘肃农村信息化的发展。     

2014年全国桑蚕新品种实验室鉴定（陕西点）报告

2014年春季对来自镇江蚕种场、苏州大学、无锡西漳蚕种场、山东广通蚕种集团有限公司及山东农业大学的5对桑蚕新品种,秋季对来自苏州大学、西南大学、中国农业科学院蚕业研究所的3对桑蚕新品种进行了实验室鉴定。通过龄期观察和生命率、茧质、产茧量调查与分析,客观反映参鉴品种在陕西试验点的饲育表现和性状特点。     

微藻水热液化有机相最佳回收工艺研究

以微拟球藻为原料,研究微藻水热液化过程中多种参数对水热液化后有机物回收率的影响,包括温度、时间、溶剂比和pH等,从而获得微藻水热液化后有机物的最佳回收工艺条件。结果显示,在室温下进行有机相回收,保证回收溶剂比为20∶1(溶剂/水相不溶物;v/wt)、停留时间为10min、回收pH7,即可达到最佳回收效果。最佳条件下水热液化有机相的回收率为34%左右,且不同的回收温度和pH值对回收的有机相组分均会产生影响。     

检测马疱疹病毒4型抗体间接ELISA方法的建立及应用简

In order to establish an indirect ELISA method for detection of equine herpesviruses type 4 （EHV4） antibody, the glycoprotein G （gG） protein with specific epitope worked as a detection antigen. After optimizing conditions, the indirect ELISA method was developed successfully，specificity and repeatability tests were determined. The result was that the EHV4 gG only reacted with antibodies against EHV4;but not with antibodies against EHV1; both the intro-batch and inter-batch variation coefficiencies were lower than 10%.Concordance of the indirect ELISA relative to commercial EHV1/4 antibody kit was above 90%.The results indicated that the indirect ELISA method could be used for the detection and epidemiological surveys of EHV4 infection.
