随着我国食品加工行业的迅猛发展,食品加工工艺的机械化程度大大提高,用火用电危险品日益增多,容易发生火灾,存在一定的安全隐患,食品加工负责人必须加强火灾防范意识,防止和减少因火灾造成的经济损失和人身安全事故的发生。     

Definition and Selection of Inferior Position Industries in old Industrial Basement

According to the industrial character of old industrial basement, such as Chongqing, we select preliminarily the candidated inferior position industries by using DEA analyse model. The synthetical basical coefficient of candidated inferior industries is obtained by analysing their indices such as income elasticity of demand, compared superiority coefficient, compared rate coefficient and technical progress rate, etc. Finally determine inferior industries which was supposed to exit by considing fully society progress and continuable development. A new idea are provided for industral structure adjustment for old industrial basement in China.     

Analysis of Social Appraisal Index System in Public Project

One of the main reasons lays in that the index system, about the social evaluation theories of public project, connects with many fields, has many non-economic index and difficult in measuring the every index. A Method of Analyzing the Parameter Sensitivity of Large Rotor Systems and Its Application

Based upon the eigenvalue sensitivity theory of non-self-adjoit system and the component mode synthesis method,a new technique is developed to analyze the eigenvalue sensitivity to variation of parameters of large rotor-bearing system. As an application, the influence of the journal bearing parameters on the stability of a large domestic turbine-generator set is analyzed and discussed.     

桃新品种‘秋露蜜’的选育

‘秋露蜜’是从‘国庆’桃实生后代中选出的浓甜晚熟桃新品种。平均单果重248.3 g,果面鲜红,果肉乳白色,甘甜,品质上等,平均硬度达15.30kg/cm²,可溶性固形物含量19.08%。在晋南地区,果实9月上中旬成熟,果实发育期162 d左右。离核。     

一种改进深度卷积神经网络的海岛识别方法

受不规律潮汐的影响,现有的海岛地物类别自动识别方法存在精度低和时效性差等问题,通过改进深度卷积神经网络提出了一种基于遥感影像的海岛快速识别方法:(1)在深度卷积神经网络的卷积层中增设1×1的卷积核作为瓶颈单元,对多波段的遥感影像进行降维;(2)在池化层引入了重采样方法,基于灰度值对海量的遥感影像进行特征压缩。以300景Landsat-8遥感影像为源数据,分别采用CNN、RCNN和本文改进的深度卷积神经网络对遥感影像中的海岛进行识别,实验结果表明:(1)改进的深度卷积神经网络降低了海岛识别的计算耗时,其计算耗时仅为CNN的4.56%和RCNN的5.60%;(2)改进的深度卷积神经网络较CNN和RCNN提高了海岛识别的精度,识别精度分别为96.0%、93.3%和95.0%。结果说明,改进的深度卷积神经网络适用于面向遥感影像的海岛自动识别。     

Simulation modelling of potato virus Y spread in relation to initial inoculum and vector activity

Potato virus Y(PVY) is a non-persistent virus that is transmitted by many aphid species and causes significant damage to potato production. We constructed a spatially-explicit model simulating PVY spread in a potato field and used it to investigate possible effects of transmission efficiency, initial inoculum levels, vector behavior, vector abundance, and timing of peak vector activity on PVY incidence at the end of a simulated growing season. Lower PVY incidence in planted seed resulted in lower virus infection at the end of the season. However, when populations of efficient PVY vectors were high, significant PVY spread occurred even when initial virus inoculum was low. Non-colonizing aphids were more important for PVY spread compared to colonizing aphids, particularly at high densities. An early-season peak in the numbers of noncolonizing aphids resulted in the highest number of infected plants in the end of the season, while mid-and late-season peaks caused relatively little virus spread. Our results highlight the importance of integrating different techniques to prevent the number of PVY-infected plants from exceeding economically acceptable levels instead of trying to control aphids within potato fields. Such management plans should be implemented very early in a growing season.     

甜瓜嫩果皮颜色遗传规律研究

为探究甜瓜嫩果皮颜色的遗传规律,以甜瓜嫩果皮颜色为深绿色的S26和青色的S28为亲本材料,通过构建BC1群体,利用卡方测验,分析回交群体BC1的深绿色嫩果皮和青色嫩果皮的分离比例,开展甜瓜嫩果皮的遗传规律分析,以对嫩果皮颜色基因进行初步定位。结果表明：BC1群体表型表现为深绿色和青色2种,且群体比例为1∶1,从而确定颜色性状为单基因控制且深绿色为显性性状。通过分离群体分组分析法（BSA）和混池测序结果可以看出,控制甜瓜嫩果皮颜色的基因位于chr04的端部位置,这为后续基因的精细定位以及克隆提供了研究基础。
