从蔬菜幼苗鉴定看我国种子检验标准语ISTA标准的差距

为了保证种子质量检测结果的可靠性和真实性，ISTA种子检验规程对每个检测项目、每个步骤都有严格的规定和详尽的说明。本文从幼苗鉴定的角度，比较了我国种子检验标准语ISTA标准的差距，并提出了相关的建议和意见。     

Effects of remifentanil on monophasic action potential and transmural dispersion of repolarization in rabbit myocardium

AIM: To study the effect of remifentanil on monophasic action potential and transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) in the 3-layer myocardium of isolated rabbit hearts. METHODS: Adult rabbits (n=18, 2.0 ~ 2.5 kg) were used to isolate the hearts for preparing Langendorff perfusion model. The hearts were randomly divided into 3 groups after perfusion with K-H solution for 15 min: the perfusion in control group (C group) continued for 60 min; the hearts in remifentanil group (R group) were perfused with 12 μg/L remifentanil K-H solution for 60 min; the hearts in remifentanil+aminophylline group (RA group) were given 60-min perfusion of 12 μg/L K-H remifentanil+30 mg/L aminophylline. The HR and 3 layers of myocardial monophasic action potential (MAP) in the left ventricular anterior wall were recorded at time points after balanced infusion for 15 min (T₀), and continued perfusion for 15 min (T₁), 30 min (T₂) and 60 min (T₃). The monophasic action potential duration of repolarization at 90% (MAPD₉₀) and the transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) were calculated. The early afterdepolarization, delay afterdepolarization and arrhythmia were also observed. RESULTS: In R group, slower HR and prolonger MAPD₉₀ and TDR at T₁~T₃ were observed as compared with those at T₀ (P<0.05). R group showed slower HR and longer MAPD₉₀ and TDR than C group and RA group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Remifentanil slows the HR, extends the MAPD₉₀ and increases the TDR, thus being prone to induce reentry. Aminophylline makes HR faster and MAPD₉₀ shorter, thereby reducing the TDR.     

生长调节物质对小豆豆芽营养成分影响和功能性评价

为筛选最适合芽菜培养的小豆品种,以‘白红8号’为试材,设置3种生长调节物质(乙酰水杨酸、乙烯利和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA))的各6个浓度(0.0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mmol/L;0、20、30、40、50、60 mg/L和0、2、3、4、5、6 mg/L)喷施处理,测定其生物特性(上胚轴长度、上胚轴直径、萌发率、鲜重、干重和产出比)、营养成分(可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖)及抗氧化等特性。结果表明:3种生长调节物质喷施处理都能够提升其营养价值,在乙烯利喷施浓度为50 mg/L,‘白红8号’小豆芽苗菜中各营养成分、酶活性及抗氧化性等均可达到最大值,显著提高了其营养价值。因此,为提高生产中小豆芽苗菜的产量和营养价值,最终确定乙烯利喷施浓度为50 mg/L效果最佳。     

猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸水提醇沉工艺研究

目的:考察猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸的水提醇沉工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷的含量及干膏得率作为评价指标,选用L9(34)进行正交试验。结果:猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸最佳水提取工艺为药材分别加12倍量水,提取2次,提取时间分别为0.5 h;最佳醇沉工艺为浓缩药液相对密度1.15,加醇浓度70%,静置时间为12 h。结论:优选出的水提醇沉工艺科学、合理。     

基于修正RMP模式的旅游小镇主题策划——以云南省玉溪市高古楼文化旅游小镇为例

在对传统RMP模式进行客观分析的基础上,将竞争与合作变量纳入到分析框架中,提出了修正（扩展）的RMP模式,即RMCP模式。同时,结合云南省玉溪市高古楼文化旅游小镇的规划案例对RMCP模式的操作思路与方法进行了具体说明。     

奶牛TNMD基因的克隆与原核表达

从奶牛组织中克隆Tenomodulin(TNMD)基因的cDNA序列,采用双酶切后连接表达载体pGEX-4T-1,转入大肠杆菌BL21中进行诱导表达。结果表明,TNMD基因的序列全长为957 bp,通过双酶切构建的表达载体pGEX-TNMD在BL21大肠杆菌中成功表达了分子量为59.68 kDa的融合蛋白。     

FGF4在肺癌细胞体内和体外中表达差异的研究

FGF4已经被证明是癌基因,它涉及肿瘤的生长和转移,为了解FGF4的表达与肿瘤微环境的关系。我们利用FGF4抗体通过免疫组化对一名肺癌患者癌旁,癌组织,癌组织小鼠移植瘤,二次移植瘤以及原代培养的细胞爬片进行FGF4检测,探究其表达差异。通过对比癌组织与对照组（癌旁组织）,FGF4在癌巢中高表达;同样,移植瘤与二次移植瘤的癌巢中与癌旁组织比较,FGF4表达相对较高;但是将癌组织进行原代培养后,免疫组化检测细胞爬片FGF4,发现仅有5%±0.21%的肿瘤细胞表达FGF4,对照蛋白Cytokine作为肿瘤标记物,则在100%的肿瘤细胞中表达。研究提示免疫组化检测到FGF4在体内和体外表达不同,提示肿瘤细胞FGF4的表达与肿瘤微环境调控密切相关,肿瘤微环境对肿瘤细胞的FGF4的调控有着重要作用。
