广东鹤山、东莞莲花山小蛾类（Ⅰ）

对广东省鹤山和东莞莲花山自然保护区的小蛾类昆虫进行调查，计有8科35属43种。其中广东新记录种14种。     

汕头市猪场猪瘟和猪禽流感血清学监测报告

为了了解和掌握我市猪场的猪瘟免疫情况及感染高致病性禽流感疫病的可能性，我所分别于2005年2月和4月两次对全市范围内各类型的养猪场免疫猪瘟的猪只采集血清941份，进行猪瘟血清抗体监测和猪高致病性禽流感疫情血清学监测。现将监测结果报告如下。     

Effect of rhIL-10 on IL-6 and TNF-α levels in serum and liver of lipopolysaccharide-challenged mice

AIM: To investigate the effect of recombinant human interleukin-10 (rhIL-10) on IL-6 and TNF-α levels in serum and liver of mice exposed to lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS: rhIL-10 was prepared by using genetic engineering technology. Mice were intraperitoneally with 500 μg of LPS, and then were treated intravenously with various dosages of rhIL-10. The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in hepatic tissue and serum were determined by ELISA at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h post rhIL-10 treatment. RESULTS: rhIL-10 markedly inhibited the increase in IL-6 and TNF-α levels in hepatic tissue and serum at 12 h after rhIL-10 treatment in LPS-challenged mice, and the inhibition effect was significant at 24-48 h after rhIL-10 treatment （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSION: rhIL-10 can inhibit the increase in IL-6 and TNF-α levels induced by LPS in mice.     

TGF β1 inhibits the maturation of dendritic cells and down-regulates TLR4 expression

AIM: To investigate the effects of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) on murine-derived dendritic cells (DC). METHODS: Murine bone marrow cells were cultured with GM-CSF and TGF-β1 to develop TGF β-DC. Then they were stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Their phenotypes were assessed by flow cytometry (FCM). The allogeneic stimulating capacity of DC was measured by mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) using BrdU ELISA method. IL-12 p70 protein was detected by ELISA and the expressions of Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) on DCs were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and FCM. RESULTS: Compared to immature DC (imDC) cultured with GM-CSF alone, the expressions of CD80, CD86, I-Ab and CD40 in TGF β-DC were lower. The TGF β-DC was resistant to maturation by LPS. Maturation resistance was evident from a failure to up-regulate CMs, to stimulate larger T cell proliferation and to increase secretion of IL-12 p70. Down-regulation of TLR4 expression on TGF β-DC was also found. CONCLUSION: TGF-β1 inhibits the expression of co-stimulatory molecules on DC. It is resistant to maturation stimulus (LPS) and might be linked with TLR4 down-regulation.     

Effects of panax notoginseng saponins on pneumocyte apoptosis and Fas/FasL expression in rabbits with lung ischemia/reperfusion injury

AIM: AIM: To explore the relationship between apoptosis in the lung tissues and lung ischemia/reperfusion injury, and observe effects of panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on apoptosis in lung ischemia/reperfusion injury. METHODS: Single lung in situ ischemia/reperfusion animal model was used. Eighty four Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group (control), ischemia/reperfusion 1 h group (IR1h), IR3h, IR5h, Panax Notoginseng Saponins 1 h group (PNS1h), PNS3h and PNS5h. TUNEL, immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization techniques were used to observe apoptosis and Fas/FasL expression in various phases of lung ischemia/reperfusion. RESULTS: Cell apoptosis in lung tissues were significantly high, Fas/FasL mRNA and its protein were up-regulated in lung tissues of lung ischemia/reperfusion injury compared with control (all of P<0.01). The PNS suppressed apoptosis as well as expression of Fas/FasL mRNA and its protein (P<0.05 or P<0.01, respectively). There was a significant correlation between expression of Fas/FasL protein, Fas/FasL mRNA and cell apoptosis (r=0.540，0.658，0.668，0.686；all P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Activation of Fas/FasL system and its initiating cell apoptosis of lung tissues may contribute to the pathogenesis of lung ischemia/reperfusion injury. The protective effects of PNS include suppressing the activation of Fas/FasL system and blocking apoptosis in lung tissues in lung ischemia/reperfusion injury.

阿拉善荒漠特有珍稀濒危植物绵刺克隆生长构型研究

绵刺是阿拉善荒漠特有珍稀濒危植物 ,其具有独特的克隆生长构型 :由枝条下垂形成长间隔物的典型的游击型克隆生长构型和由根茎处形成的典型的密集型克隆生长构型。本文以环境塑造与克隆生长构型的可塑性关系研究绵刺的克隆生长构型 ,揭示其对环境表现出生态对策的高度适应性和可塑性     

粤西地区冬季辣椒病毒病发生与防治

冬季辣椒病毒病主要受辣椒品种、气候条件、椒田环境及栽培管理等因素的影响。尖椒品种较圆 (甜 )椒品种的抗病性强 ,青皮尖椒较黄皮尖椒的抗病性强 ;冬季高温干旱 ,病害发生早而且严重 ,扩展速度快 ;椒田在林区或蔗地旁 ,其病害发生较在平原地的椒田普遍严重。在病毒病发生初期 ,及时防治传毒介体 ,用3.85%病毒毖克等药剂连续防治 2～3次 ,对抑制病毒病的扩展蔓延有较好的效果。     

国内外蝗虫研究发展动向初探

蝗虫是广泛分布于世界各地尤其是中低纬度地区的一种昆虫，其分布广泛性和危害严重性使之成为多门学科重要的研究对象之一。本文比较系统地总结了当前国内外蝗虫研究状况和近新进展，初步探讨了蝗虫研究中的若干新领域与新技术，对开展相关研究有一定的借鉴意义。     

扑海因防治白菜黑斑病作用机理

 1988年,白菜黑斑病(Alternaria brassicae和A.brassicicola)曾在我国华北、东北和西北地区突然暴发流行成灾,造成很大损失(李明远,1991)。
