【目的】探索宁夏设施滴灌番茄覆膜的效果和适宜的灌溉制度,为宁夏地区设施滴灌番茄节水高产种植提供理论依据。【方法】通过2 a试验,在覆膜(M)与不覆膜(NM)条件下,设定4种水分控制水平,灌水频率为7~10 d,W1、W2和W3处理的灌水上限分别为100%FC(田间持水率)、80%FC和70%FC,以当地灌水量为对照(CK,灌水上限为123%FC),研究了覆膜和水分控制对设施滴灌番茄生长、产量、品质与水分生产效率的影响。【结果】番茄株高和茎粗在苗期―开花坐果期生长迅速,受覆膜处理影响显著(P<0.01),受水分控制影响不显著(P>0.05)。随着灌水量的增加,番茄产量先增加后降低,W2M处理的产量和水分生产效率均为最大值,分别为89844.88 kg/hm2和502.5 kg/(hm2·mm),相比覆膜CK分别增加21.4%和63.7%。相比于不覆膜处理,覆膜番茄产量平均增加18.1%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),其还原性维生素C和可溶性固形物量分别提高28.9%和22.8%(P<0.05)。覆膜和水分控制均对番茄还原性维生素C量、可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖量的影响达到显著水平(P<0.01),覆膜处理还对可滴定酸量和糖酸比的影响达到显著水平(P<0.05)。【结论】对于宁夏设施滴灌番茄,采用覆膜栽培与80%FC的灌水上限可以获得较高产量和较好品质。  相似文献

AIM: To study the anti-proliferation effect of overexpressed SSTR2 in experimental cancer with different profiles of endogenous SSTRs expressions and the possible signaling pathways involved. METHODS: In the first experiment, the growth of the tumor xenografts of the inoculated capan-2 cells and A549 cells overexpressing SSTR2 or LacZ was investigated in nude mice. In the second experiment, the adenoviral vector expressing SSTR2 were introduced into experimental capan-2 xenografts by intratumoral injection. The growth inhibition of these experiment tumors was observed and the potential influences on different signaling pathways were analyzed by immunoassays. RESULTS: Overexpression of SSTR2 inhibited the growth of tumors with different profiles of endogenous SSTRs, including experimental capan-2 xenografts that had endogenous SSTR2 expression. Overexpression significantly affected a number of components in apoptotic pathway, MAPK pathway and angiogenesis. CONCLUSION: SSTR2 is a promising candidate for gene therapy in a wide spectrum of cancers.  相似文献

根据植物含水不同而引起的植物体液浓度变化的原理,提出利用植物体电阻变化的信息来判断需水程度的新方法。该方法通过玉米植物测试,表明了植物的生理电阻能很好地反映植物亏水程度,并得出玉米的生理电阻在小于40kW时需灌水;在40~50kW时植株水分适宜的结论。为有效进行生理电阻的检测,本研究自制了便携式与单片机式2种类型的植物需水信息仪。通过反复、大量、长期的实验证实了本研究的论点是可行性的,其配套的植物需水信息仪能快速准确的检测植物的亏水程度,为旱田地区节水灌溉提供了新的有效的检测手段。  相似文献

基于水轮发电机组刚性水击模型和神经网络逆系统控制方法,在分析励磁与导叶系统可逆性的基础上提出了一种新的水轮发电机组解耦控制器设计方法.理论分析和仿真结果表明该控制策略较好的解决了水轮发电机组控制时存在的多变量、非线性、强耦合问题;实现了系统的动态解耦控制,具有较好的适应性和鲁棒性,因此可有效增强输电系统的暂态稳定性.  相似文献

黑龙江茴鱼(Thymallus arcticus grubei Dybowski)精子活力的观察   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
用BSS和水两种激活剂对黑龙江茴鱼精子活力进行测定,并在4℃和14℃(室温)条件下,对精原液和用ASP稀释的精液分别进行保存试验.试验结果显示,用BSS和水均可激活黑龙江茴鱼精子,其精子活率分别可达100%和98%.14℃条件下,用BSS激活黑龙江茴鱼精子平均寿命为72.1s,A级(快速)运动时间平均为14.1s;用水激活精子平均寿命为67.2s,A级运动时间平均为12.5s.不同温度保存的精子寿命和快速运动时间也有显著差异:精原液4℃保存2h后精子失去A级运动,其激活率在70%以上,保存6h后激活率小于20%;精原液14℃保存1.5h后精子失去A级运动,其激活率大于70%,4h后激活率小于20%.经ASP(pH分别为7.0、7.8、8.0、8.5、9.0)稀释的精液,在4℃和14℃条件下,BSS和water对精子的激活率均小于20%,且精子均呈现C、D级运动,1.5h后各保存组激活率为0.试验结果表明,BSS对黑龙江茴鱼的精子有良好的激活效果;精原液4℃保存效果好于14℃,在4℃保存条件下2h以内使用,可以得到理想的结果;精液不宜用ASP稀释保存.  相似文献

于2003-2005年的每年春季,在广东沿岸10个海湾,每个海湾采集近江牡蛎(Crassostrea rivularis)成体30只,测定其中六六六(BHCs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)的含量。结果显示,2003-2005年近江牡蛎体中DDTs平均含量是68.7ng/g(干重),为1991-1993年的5.54倍。样品中DDTs年平均含量在2003-2005年快速增加,但在1991-1993年前是缓慢减少。2003-2005年DDE/DDTs含量比为12.8%-39.1%,比12年前的45%-55%明显更低。2003-2005年牡蛎样品中BHCs平均含量是3.27ng/g(干重),仅相当于1991-1993年的16%。样品中BHCs年平均含量在2003-2005年持续降低,降速比1991-1993年缓慢。2003-2005年γ-BHC/BHCs平均含量比为19.6%,低于12年前的26%。样品中BHCs、DDTs区域平均含量由高到低依次为粤东沿岸、珠江口、粤西沿岸/粤东沿岸、粤西沿岸、珠江口,与12年前的区域分布格局相同。本研究采集的牡蛎样品中,BHCs、DDTs含量范围分别是未检出-1.21μg&#183;kg^-1和0.11-76.3μg&#183;kg^-1(湿重),均低于中国和欧美的最低残留限量(湿重)。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of intraventricular pressure change by volume overload (VOL) on expression of proto-oncogene c-fos,c-jun,c-myc and egr-1. METHODS: Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) of rat with VOL induced by aortacaval fistula operation and rats of control group were measured at 30 min, 1, 4, 6, 12 and 48 h after the operation,these mRNAs at the foregoing time points were measured by slot bloting method and quantified with densitometry. RESULTS: Be compared with the control group, VOL rats LVSP decreased (P<0.05) and declined most remarkably at 48 h,LVEDP elevated significantly at 30 min (P<0.05), reached a maximal value at 12 h and the levels of control group at 48 h (P>0.05) after the operation.The proto-oncogene expression signals were not detected in the control,negative controls and VOL rats at 30 min after the operation. The c-fos,c-jun and egr-1 mRNA signals appeared earlier,at 1 h, and c-myc mRNA increased later at 4 h.All reached peak value at 4 h and then declined gradually.The c-fos mRNA were not detected at 48 h. The c-myc,c-0jun and egr-1 mRNA persisted throught the entire observation period from 1 h to 48 h. CONCLUSIONS: During VOL early phase the overload have effect on expression of the proto-oncogene mRNA,c-fos,c-jun and egr-1 mRNA appear earlier, c-myc later,egr-1,c-jun and c-myc persist longer period, but the expressions do not strengthen with the ventricule wall load increase.This sequential induction pattern may reflect the time course regularity of the proto-oncogenes expression induced by VOL,and indicate the proto-oncogenes expression initiate while the heart load accumulate some extent and duration and the load magnitude may not play a critical role.  相似文献

AIM To investigate the effects of bortezomib (BTZ) on microRNA-223 (miR-223)/nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) signaling pathway and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory response of human monocytes. METHODS Monocytes were isolated and purified from peripheral blood of rheumatodid arthritis (RA) patients. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in supernatants of the monocytes were determined by ELISA, and the optimal induction time of LPS and the optimal treatment concentration of BTZ were selected according to the levels of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α. The monocytes were divided into control group, LPS induced group and BTZ group. The level of miR-223 in the monocytes was measured by RT-qPCR, and the protein levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1) and SH2 domain-containing inositol phosphatase-1 (SHIP-1) in the monocytes were determined by Western blot. RESULTS The monocytes successfully isolated and purified from the peripheral blood of RA patients were spherical, evenly distributed and regular in shape.And after LPS induction for 24 h, the cells were mostly spindle-shaped and aggregated. According to the levels of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α, the optimal induction time of LPS was 24 h, and the optimal concentration of BTZ was 50 nmol/L. Compared with control group, the levels of miR-223, SOCS1 and SHIP-1 in LPS induction group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of NLRP3 and caspase-1 were significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with LPS induction group, the levels of miR-223, SOCS1 and SHIP-1 in BTZ group were significantly increased (P< 0.05), and the levels of NLRP3 and caspase-1 were significantly lowered (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Bortezomib may block the activation of miR-223/NLRP3 signaling pathway, thus reducing the secretion of inflammatory factors in LPS-induced human monocytes.  相似文献
