This paper discuses the method with which the corrosion of the grounding grid can be diagnosed .A grounding grid can handled as a circuit network. With the application of circuit network graph theory and the fault diagnosis theory of analog circuit and optimization, the fault diagnosis equations can be set up. Modeler and simulation modules in Ideas software are used to build the finite element models on involute gear and double involute gear with accurate tooth shape, and with the same design parameters and under the same loads, finite element contact analysis has been done. At last, the contact stress and bending stress on the two types gear transmission at the different meshing positions are solved out, and comparative analysis and study have been done. At the same time, that the ladder-shape tooth on the double involute gear how to influence contact stress and bending stress is emphatically analysed. A new type of inorganic anchoring material is developed as a substitution for anchoring adhesive to overcome some imperfections in the process of planting reinforcing steel bar.The mix proportion of the anchoring material is determined by experiments.The compressive strength,adhesive force to concrete,volume stability and anchoring force with steel bar are studied.The early strength of the anchoring inorganic material is quite high: for 1d up to 38.5MPa and 3d up to 60MPa.It is a good adhesive to concrete and the adhesive strength of 28d is about 2MPa.The anchoring material will have tiny volume expansion with the age,which is beneficial to enhancing the anchoring force.The essential component of the inorganic anchoring material is cement-based material,so some defects of the organic macromolecular material can be avoided,such as poor stability and requirement for vigorous construction conditions.Its characteristics in early strength,adhesive force to concrete and volume expansion can satisfy the requirement of the construction to the planting reinforcing steel bar and the loading force,thus it can be used as a substituting material for anchoring adhesive.  相似文献

The aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine is calculated by applying the Blade Element Momentum(BEM) theory.Also finite element mode analysis is done for the tower and the rotor.Then the multi-dynamic model of the wind turbine is built in Adams.Also the drive chain is calculated by applying state space method and programmed in Matlab/ Simulink.With that the combined simulation of vibration characteristics is carried out on the base of MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS,in which the transmission effects and aero-elasticity coupling is fully considered.The results show that the method is able to simulate the vibration characteristic almost the same as software Bladed,which is well-known for analyzing performance and loads for the design and certification of wind turbines.  相似文献

ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the penetration process of B900FD - 1 bulletproof armor plate, Comparisons and analysis were made between numerical simulation and experiment results. The numerical simulations shows that the Johnson-Cook constitutive model could simulate the physical and mechanical behaviors of ductile materials under shock-loaded.
