为了大幅度提高水力机械的动力性能及运行稳定性,开发研制了反转双涡轮灯泡贯流式水轮机组.水轮机的前后涡轮均采用可动翼型,依新提出的翼型公平负荷设计方法,寻求两涡轮间欧拉能量需求及交换的合理化,在严密取得欧拉能量均衡之下设计两涡轮由轮毂至轮缘的翼型形状;接着通过非定常流动数值解析探讨双涡轮水轮机的欧拉能量平衡程度及干涉控制效果.研究结果表明:流量相等、落差相同、几何尺寸与单涡轮相同时,前后涡轮出力相加动力输出增为2倍.分析了两涡轮间、后涡轮出口与尾水管入口间的非定常流动干涉现象,得到了如下的结论:新开发的双涡轮间流动干涉程度非常小,协联工况时水力脉动只为各落差的2%程度左右,未见压力突变的发生,亦可以说干涉程度得到了成功的控制;反转两涡轮之间的动力矩相平衡,因此稳定性好. 相似文献

A series of carotenoids with 19- or 19'-hexanoyloxy moieties, 19'-hexanoyloxyfucoxanthin (1), 19'-hexanoyloxyfucoxanthinol (2), 19'-hexanoyloxyhalocynthiaxanthin (3), 19-hexanoyloxycrassostreaxanthin A (4), 19-hexanoyloxymytiloxanthin (5), and 19-hexanoyloxyallenicmytiloxanthin (6) were isolated from the edible part of the sea mussel, Mytilus galloprovincialis, grown in the Black Sea, Ukraine. Among them, 3, 4, and 6 were new compounds. These structures were charcterized by UV-vis, fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, circular dichroism, and (1)H NMR spectroscopic data. A total of 15 isolates of Salmonella enterica serovar 4,5,12:i:- obtained from diseased cows and patients in Iwate Prefecture, Japan, were characterized to clarify the genetic basis of this serovar. S. Typhimurium- specific IS200 was detected from all the isolates. A 94-kb plasmid and the spvB gene were detected from all but one of the 15 isolates. The results of PCR mapping of the fljAB operon and its flanking regions indicate that there are deletions or mutations in this chromosomal region. These data suggest that the 15 isolates are monophasic variants of S. Typhimurium. Epidemiological relationships between the isolates obtained from cattle and humans were not suspected based on the comparison of data employing plasmid profiling and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. 相似文献

Vinasse is a liquid residue applied as a fertilizer in sugarcane crops. However, in areas far away from sugarcane mills the cost of the distribution can be very high due, the large volume of water. So, one solution is to concentrate the vinasse by the evaporation process to reduce transport costs. Considering that the nitrogen mineralization kinetics is not known in concentrated vinasse, the objective of this study was to evaluate the net and potential nitrogen mineralization in soil that received vinasse concentrated and not concentrated. The treatments with concentrated vinasse provided the highest values of net mineralization and total nitrogen, which presented significant correlation each other, the same way as the potential mineralization values had a positive correlation with the doses and the amounts of total nitrogen. The total nitrogen values can be used as an index of nitrogen availability in soils that received concentrated vinasse. 相似文献

Bovine lactoferrin (BLF) reportedly lowers blood pressure and induces vasorelaxation, but its effect on nitric oxide (NO) production has not been established. Accordingly, we aimed to determine whether BLF induces NO production in bovine aortic endothelial cells, and the effects of extracellular free magnesium (Mg) ion concentrations on this NO production. BLF induced NO production time-dependently. NO production was markedly inhibited by the NO synthase inhibitor, NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, in an effect abolished by L-arginine, but not D-arginine. NO production was suppressed at low concentrations, and enhanced at high concentrations, of Mg ions in culture medium. These results suggest that BLF has an important role in hypotensive effects. Sex-determining region Y-box 2 (SOX2)-positive cells are stem/progenitor cells in the adenohypophysis, comprising the anterior and intermediate lobes (AL and IL, respectively). The cells are located in the marginal cell layer (MCL) facing Rathke’s cleft (primary niche) and the parenchyma of the AL (secondary niche). We previously demonstrated in vitro that the tetraspanin superfamily CD9 and SOX2 double-positive (CD9/SOX2-positive) cells in the IL-side MCL migrate to the AL side and differentiate into hormone-producing and endothelial cells in the AL parenchyma. Here, we performed in vivo studies to evaluate the role of IL-side CD9/SOX2-positive cells in pregnancy, lactation, and treatment with diethylstilbestrol (DES; an estrogen analog) when an increased population of prolactin (PRL) cells was observed in the AL of the rat pituitary. The proportions of CD9/SOX2-, CD9/Ki67-, and PRL/TUNEL-positive cells decreased in the primary and secondary niches during pregnancy and DES treatment. In contrast, the number of CD9/PRL-positive cells increased in the AL-side MCL and AL parenchyma during pregnancy and during DES treatment. The proportion of PRL/Ki67-positive cells increased in the AL-side MCL and AL parenchyma in response to DES treatment. Next, we isolated CD9-positive cells from the IL-side MCL using an anti-CD9 antibody. During cell culture, the cells formed free-floating three-dimensional clusters (pituispheres). Furthermore, CD9-positive cells in the pituisphere differentiated into PRL cells, and their differentiation potential was promoted by DES. These findings suggest that CD9/SOX2-positive cells in the IL-side MCL may act as adult stem cells in the AL parenchyma that supply PRL cells under the influence of estrogen. 相似文献

The Turing, or reaction-diffusion (RD), model is one of the best-known theoretical models used to explain self-regulated pattern formation in the developing animal embryo. Although its real-world relevance was long debated, a number of compelling examples have gradually alleviated much of the skepticism surrounding the model. The RD model can generate a wide variety of spatial patterns, and mathematical studies have revealed the kinds of interactions required for each, giving this model the potential for application as an experimental working hypothesis in a wide variety of morphological phenomena. In this review, we describe the essence of this theory for experimental biologists unfamiliar with the model, using examples from experimental studies in which the RD model is effectively incorporated. 相似文献
