Changes of cellular immunological function after surgical operation in patients with locally advanced lung cancer

AIM: To study the change of cellular immunological function in patients with locally advanced lung cancer before and after operations. METHODS: A lung cancer group of 20 cases with locally advanced lung cancer (group A), a benign disease group of 20 cases with lung benign disease (group B) and a normal group of 20 cases from healthy volunteers (group C) were set up. The levels of the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD+3, CD+4, CD+8, CD+4/ CD+8 ratio) were detected in the group A before operation and on the 10th day and 17th day after operation by indirect immuno-fluorescence assay and contrasted with the group B and group C. RESULTS: The levels of T lymphocyte subsets in group A were abnormal before operation, CD+3, CD+4/ CD+8 ratio were significantly lower than those in group B and group C (P<0.05), and CD+8 was significantly higher (P<0.05). CD+3 significantly increased (P<0.05) and CD+8 decreased (P<0.05) on 10th day and 17th day after operation. CD+4/ CD+8 ratio significantly increased on 17th day after operation (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the levels of T lymphocyte subsets between the 10th day and 17th day after operation. CONCLUSIONS: The patients with locally advanced lung cancer have a remarkable impairment of immunological function, which mainly show stronger immunosuppression and have some recovery after operation. In the view of immunology, the surgical resection for locally advanced lung cancer shows active significance.     

Cytocompatibiltiy of degradable calcium metaphosphate with human marrow mesenchymal stem cells

AIM: To screen the cytotoxicity of degradable calcium metaphosphate (dCMP) compared with hydroxyapatite (HA). The proliferation and differentiation abilities of human marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) were used to exhibit the cytotoxicity. METHODS: The cell morphology of MSC was analysed after direct contact with dCMP at different time points by scanning electron microscopy analysis. The degradation products of dCMP and HA were analysed with inductively coupled plasma torch and ion chromatography. The cytotoxic effect of degradation products of dCMP was evaluated by FACS, quantitative assay of ALP and ARS, respectively. RESULTS: dCMP enhanced the proliferation of MSC, but didn't interfere the osteogenic differentiation process of MSC and its mineralization. HA inhibited the proliferation of MSC and the mineralization of osteogenic differentiated MSC, while it did not interfere the osteogenic differentiation process of MSC. CONCLUSION: dCMP had a better cytocompatibility with MSC than HA, which might allow for its use as skeleton scaffolds.     

南方发展草畜业的几点思考

广元市多花黑麦草品比试验

对8个多花黑麦草品种从生育期、产草量、茎叶比等方面进行了比较研究，结果表明：特高多花黑麦草l产量最高，其干物质产量为19397kg／hm^2；蓝天堂产量次之，其干物质产量为18242kg/hm^2；特优多花黑麦草产量最低，其干物质产量为14770kg/hm^2。从总体上来看，各个品种之间产量有一定的差异，但是产量差异不显著。     

表达禽流感病毒H5HA、H7HA基因DNA疫苗的免疫原性研究

为研究双顺反子DNA疫苗对禽流感病毒（AIV）的保护作用，将H5和H7亚型AIV的HA基因克隆到同一表达栽体上，构建了双顺反子HA基因表达质粒pCI—H5HA—H7HA。以此质粒肌注免疫4周龄SPF鸡，首次免疫后3周加强免疫，同时设pCI—H5HA和pCI—H7HA联合免疫组及空白对照组，每周采血用微量血凝抑制法检测HI抗体。加强免疫后3周分别以100LD50的高致病力禽流感病毒（HPAIV）A／Goose／Guangdong／1／96（H5N1）和A／FPv／Rostock／34〈（H7N1）进行致死性攻击。结果显示各免疫组均可刺激鸡体产生H5、H7特异性抗体，pCI—H5HA—H7HA诱导产生的抗体对H5N1和H7N1的攻毒保护分别为50%和10％，而pCI—H5HA和pCI—H7HA联合免疫的攻毒保护均为70％。表明双顺反子质粒可诱导鸡产生较好或一定的保护，但免疫效果不够理想，推测与DNA的摄取及其体内表达有关，可望通过调整DNA疫苗的多种因素提高免疫效果。     

副溶血弧菌基因分型和检测的研究进展

副溶血弧菌（Vibrio Parabaemolyticus，VP）是一种革兰氏阴性嗜盐杆菌，是引起食源性疾病的重要病原之一，可导致患者腹泻、肠痉挛、恶心、呕吐、发烧等典型胃肠炎反应。1998年以来的资料显示，副溶血弧菌引发的食物中毒的发生规模及人群暴露规模呈明显上升趋势，均已超过沙门氏菌食物中毒，跃居首位。为了便于进行临床诊断、流行病学调查、食品中微生物检测及医院感染监控，微生物的分型与诊断技术是必不可少的工具。随着分子生物学技术的发展，基因分型与诊断方法以其敏感性高、特异性强、分型率和分辨率佳的优点，逐渐取代传统的表型分型技术，在微生物的分型与诊断中发挥巨大的作用。本文就近年来国内外在副溶血弧菌的基因分型与检测方法上的研究作一综述。     

Iodoacetamide attenuates cognition impairment and amyloid deposit in an AD rat model

AIM:To investigate the effect of an insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE) activator, iodoacetamide, on an AD rat model. METHODS:Thirty-two male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:Aβ group, Aβ+ iodoacetamide group, iodoacetamide group and control. Each group included 8 subjects. Aβ was injected into the CA3 area of bilateral hippocampi;Iodoacetamide was administered subcutaneously daily for 5 consecutive days before surgery. The behavior performance in the morris water maze was obtained. The level of Aβ was detected by immunohistochemistry staining and ELISA assay. RESULTS:Level of Aβ was significantly reduced in Aβ+iodoacetamide group compared with that of Aβ group (dropped by 24%), and the Aβ deposit decreased (by 23.9%), the cognition function of this group also greatly improved according to the behavior performance in the morris water maze. The mean escape latency in the place navigation was much lower compared to Aβ group and the times that rats acrossed the central platform in the spatial probe test was also elevated. CONCLUSION:Iodoacetamide significantly reduces the Aβ deposit in the hippocampus in an AD rat model and relieves memory loss.     

应用轻型飞机防治马尾松毛虫的试验Ⅰ．喷施四种药剂防治的效果

马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus Walker是马尾松林重要害虫。林间应用超轻型飞机大面积喷洒溴氰菊酯超低容量喷雾、白僵菌纯孢子油剂、菌药混合液超低容量喷雾以及喷洒白僵菌菌粉,其防治效果分别为96．5%、85．7%、95．6%、86．5%。上述的防治措施可作为单独的措施或综合防控中的配套措施使用,同时应用飞机防治解决了树高、林密、水源缺乏、劳力工资昂贵等条件给防治工作带来的困难,是一种适应林区林业生产整体水平而又快速、高效、经济的防治手段。     

气相色谱法测定咸鱼中的敌百虫和敌敌畏

建立了咸鱼中敌百虫、敌敌畏农药残留的气相色谱分析方法。样品采用乙腈-水(1 1)溶液提取,加乙酸锌净化,用乙酸乙酯进行液液分配,最后采用DB-1701P或DB-5毛细管柱分离,使用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器分析。在4个添加水平的敌百虫、敌敌畏平均回收率(n=6)分别为91%~95%、90%~94.5%,相对标准偏差分别为3.82%~5.80%和3.57%~4.62%;方法的检出限为:敌百虫0.005 mg/kg,敌敌畏0.005 mg/kg。该方法可用于市场上咸鱼样品中敌百虫、敌敌畏的测定。
