农业灌溉用水价格改革探讨

目前我国农业用水存在诸多问题，水资源供需矛盾十分突出。为此，通过我国水价变革情况、水价实施种类的分析，提出了农业灌溉用水价格调整的原则，以促进水资源的可持续开发和利用。     

农村运输安全性系统的综合分析与评价

介绍农村运输安全性系统的组成要素、特性及以系统主要素为参数的一定运输系统事故的数学模型。通过事故次数模型和质量指标评价模型的相应分析，揭示了发生事故的主要因素，提出了减少和控制事故发生的一些手段。通过实例分析。证明系统事故次数模型和质量指标评价模型是适用的。     

条形浅基础极限承载力的滑移线解

当网格剖分足够密时，采用差分解法可得到具有足够精度的有重土静力极限平衡数值解。根据大量计算分析，揭示了有效旁侧荷载宽度L、无量纲极限承载力 / 与内摩擦角 、无量纲参数λ的内在规律，据此将滑移线法数值解拟合为简洁的解析表达式，并在理论上证明了这一规律。通过与几种经典承载力公式的比较和分析，综合对该拟合公式的可靠度分析，论证了其正确性和可行性。     

甘蓝型油菜雌性不育突变体FS1花器官形态结构研究

植物界中雌性不育现象普遍存在，迄今已在小麦、水稻、苎麻、油松、桔柑等作物中发现了雌性不育突变体^[1~5]，并对雌性不育的机理、遗传、应用进行了研究^[6~11]。1996年我们在油菜育种圃甘蓝型黄籽油菜宁油10号株系中发现了3株异常株，每株只结几个角果，角果肥大且角粒数只有1~5个，后来研究证实为雌性不育突变体，定名为FS1。雌性不育系作父本与母本混播，应用于杂交油菜制种可缩小父、母本间传粉距离，增加母本播种量，从而提高制种产量和纯度。初步研究表明，FS1天然授粉、套袋自交、剥蕾自交结角率为3%左右，平均每角粒数为1.30-2.07粒，其雌性不育性可以遗传，花粉育性正常，体细胞染色体数正常，为2n=38，花粉母细胞减数分裂正常（有关研究另文报道）。为了解甘蓝型油菜雌性不育突变体FS1的雌性不育机制，本文从形态结构方面做了初步研究。     

Measurements to Protect Owners'' Benefits under the Non-price Bottom Bidding

Investment on construction projects has become an important factor in improving the development of economy in China.The non-price bottom bidding is a representation that the investment on projects is becoming standardized.During the years of trying out the non-price bottom bidding,the colluding in bidding or bidding below the cost has happened several times,which have damaged the benefits of owners.To solve theses problems,this paper firstly studies the reason of these problems-the failure in the normal relationship between principal and agent.Then,some measures have been presented as follows: building systematic and scientific system of qualification prejudication,judging behaviors of colluding in bidding and bidding below the cost with reason and providing a surety mechanism of the project.The authors hope that these measures are beneficial to non-price bottom bidding.     

Design of Preparation of High Grade WC Powder from Voilet WO2.72

Synthesis of W powder by oxide reduction method and fabrication of WC powder by carbonization of W powder are investigated, using violet and blue tungsten oxides as the raw materials, respectively, for the preparation of excellent high grade WC powder. Microstructure and properties of the two raw materials and the obtained W powders and WC powders are studied. The results show that violet tungsten is a suitable raw material for synthesizing uhrafine W powder using the conventional method. The W and WC powders produced from the violet tungsten oxide have better physical properties than those produced from blue tungsten oxide.     

Respond of Stock Trading Volume to Earning Report

Earning report is a main accounting report that transmits earning information to users. It is the core of financial reports system. Earning information is significant to users' decision making. This paper studies the respond of stock trading volume to earning report and draws the curve of trading volume before and after earning report. This paper further does a regression analysis of accidental earning and abnormal return rate, and draws the relation curve of them on the earning report date to prove stock trading volume does have remarkable respond to earning report. This research is significant to either lessen small investors blindness investment and help them make reasonable forecast to markets and regulate the disclosure of listed companies.

According to this theorem,an arbitrage about portfolio is not existing if there exists a respect martignal measure.A structural result about existence of arbitrage about an portfolio in a market is gotten. All results represent the existence of an arbitrage about an portfolio is related closely to the type of market.     

Physical simulation of fluid field and structure optimization in two-strand tundish

The influence of the structure and location of dam and weir on fluid flow state in a two-strand tundish is studied, and a set of optimal structure, combining with the average residence time calculated from RTD curve, is obtained. The result indicates that the fluid flow state can be changed and the path of the fluid flow can be prolonged as well as the average residence time is improved after using dam and weir. But there are some dead zones after fluid passed through the dam and weir. Combination scheme of No. one dam and weir is better than the others. Its average residence time is 299 s and the volume fraction of dead zone is 31.0%. After the optimization of flowing control parameters in tundish, the best case is that the distance between dam and weir is 290 mm and the distance between weir and the long nozzle is 383 mm. The longest average residence time is 351 s and the minimum volume fraction of dead zone is 19.0% under the above situation. Compared with that of no dam and weir, the average residence time increases by 65 s and the dead zone volume fraction decreases by 15.0%. Based on Newton formula, the calculated results show that the inclusions with diameter larger than 17.5 μm can float up within 351 s under this optimization situation.
