Lightning fire is one of natural fires; its mechanism is very complex and difficult to control. Daxing'an Mountain is the main region that lightning fires occur in China. Research on lightning fires indicates that special fuel, dry-storm weather and high altitude form the lightning fire environment. Lightning fires have close relation with lights. When lightning occurs, especially dry-lightning which brings little precipitation with surface temperature growing and fuel dehydrating, these often lead to lightning fires. Lightning fires have characteristics of geography, time and topography. The higher altitude forest region in Daxing'an Mountain, the more lightning fires occur. Valley with altitude above 800 m in the north of 51.N and Larix gmelinii-Pinus pumila, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica -Pinus pumila forests on the top of mountain are the most concentrating region where lightning fires occur. The annual ring width, density and shrinkage variation from pith to bark in Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and Boka sugi (Cryptomeria japonicd) were studied and compared. The results show that the ring width decreased sharply from pith to bark for Chinese fir. However, the ring width variation pattern for Boka sugi followed a different way, i.e., the ring width decreased to the fifth ring, increased to the tenth ring, decreased again to the fifteenth, and then increased to the twentieth, where it became constant. The large variations of Boka sugi appeared to show the maintenance of fast growth for many years. The annual ring mean density of Chinese fir increased gradually from pith to bark. However, the density changes for Boka sugi indicated the opposite trend, i.e., the mean density decreased gradually from pith to bark. 以广东、广西和海南3个省(区)8个产地的粉单竹群体3年生竹秆为研究材料,对其纤维形态、化学成分等纸浆材性指标进行测定,采用方差分析和相关分析方法对上述竹材性状进行遗传变异分析,以揭示粉单竹材性的地理遗传变异规律.结果表明: (1)粉单竹的纤维长度、纤维素和1%NaOH抽出物含鼍在产地间存在极显著或显著差异.纤维长度及纤维长宽比呈现纬度上从南到北(海拔上从低到高)逐渐减小的地理变异模式;(2)纤维素和纤维长度的遗传力分别为O.71和O.84;1%NaOH抽出物遗传力为0.54;木素和纤维长宽比的遗传力分别为O.38和O.13; (3)性状间相关分析表明,竹材产量与1%NaOH抽出物和苯醇抽出物呈显著负相关,与纤维素含量呈显著IE相关;纤维形态与生长、产量指标关系密切;最后,通过主成分分析进行联合选择,初步选出材性质量好、生长旺盛、竹材产量高的广东怀集、广东信宜和广西桂林3个优良纸浆材产地. 相似文献

机械损伤或病虫害侵扰引起植物一系列防御相关基因的激活,其中一些是因伤诱导表达的.Bradshaw等1989年报道了杨树Win3基因家族中的一员,其编码产物类似于白薯和豆类胰蛋白酶抑制剂,并且是因伤诱导表达的。为了更全面的了解这一基因启动子在因伤介导表达中的作用,探讨其在基因工程用于控制外源基因表达的可能性,本文分别从欧洲黑杨(P.nigra)和美洲黑杨(P.deltoides)中扩增出win3基因启动子WINP(705bp)和WIDP(791bp).这两个启动子与来自大肠杆菌的GUS基因融合,通过根癌农杆菌Ti质粒转化系统引入烟草中.证实了WINP和WIDP控制的GUS基因的表达不仅在损伤部位,而且具有系统的因伤诱导效应.对8株转基因烟草的组织化学分析表明,其表达模式与以前的报道一致。无论是在受损伤组织还是完整组织中,WINP的伤诱导活性总比WIDP高。这两个启动子需要进一步改造以增强其活性。 相似文献
