安徽省西甜瓜产业发展现状与对策

该文通过总结分析安徽省西甜瓜产业发展概况及特点,指出了目前安徽省西甜瓜产业发展所面临的主要问题,并针对存在问题提出了今后安徽黄瓜产业发展对策。     

农村公共产品供给与减轻农民负担

农民负担实际上是与农民有关的公共产品成本的分摊，而这种分摊存在着体制缺陷，这种缺陷导致了农民的生产效益低下，农民负担逐步加重。要改变这种现状就必须对农村公共产品供给体制进行改革和完善，以期从根本上减轻农民负担。     

蚕豆和豇豆品种耐盐性鉴定初报

1986～1989年我们将已编入《中国食用豆类品种资源目录》中的66.3份蚕豆品种和785份豇豆品种进行了耐盐性的鉴定、筛选,初步选出一批耐盐性较好的蚕豆、豇豆品种,可提供育种或生产利用。     

京津冀地区市域及县域蔬菜生产特征分析

利用区位熵指数和K均值聚类算法(K-means)分析了京津冀地区13个市域单元和184个县域单元的蔬菜生产空间分布、集聚程度及分类。结果表明:京津冀地区市域蔬菜生产大致分为紧缩型、发展型和平衡型三类;县域蔬菜生产呈现一定的专业聚集度,区位熵两极分化趋势明显,可根据县域蔬菜生产特征将京津冀地区划分为4个蔬菜生产区。     

燕麦饲草多组分营养差异分析

皇帝蕉组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

本研究以皇帝蕉地下球茎为材料,利用75%酒精30 s + 0.1%升汞10 min消毒,经初代培养后,转接在MS + BA2.5 mg/L + IAA0.1 mg/L增殖效果最佳;组培苗的生根实验发现1/2MS + IAA0.4 mg/L较好,生根率为94%。皇帝蕉幼苗在三种土壤基制均能生长,且成活率在97%以上。这为健康无病毒的皇帝蕉种苗的生产和基因工程育种奠定了基础。
