河西走廊孜然高效种植模式及配套技术

采用田间试验方法探明春蚕豆在河西走廊冷凉灌区的适宜播期为3月25日—4月5日,适宜密度为24-30万粒/hm2,在此范围内主攻百粒重,株荚数、株粒数,提高单株生产力是实现春蚕豆高产的关键。     

Nonlinear numerical simulation of steel reinforced concrete truss joints

This paper analyzes the steel reinforced concrete large span transfer truss joints using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and get the joints deformation and the mechanics increase, such as deformation properties, stress distribution. The monitoring results during construction phase show that nonlinear numerical simulation analysis, which is in good agreement with the test results, is an effective method for the mechanical property analysis on this kind of structural components.     

The change rule of driver’s pupil size under road lighting conditions

In order to study the rule of drivers’ pupil changing with luminance under road lighting condition,pupil area of 4 subjects under 13 lighting levels of high pressure sodium(HPS), metal halide(MH) and LED are measured, with reaction time test equipment for road lighting and iView X eye tracking system. The results indicate that the relationship between pupil area and background luminance is negative exponential function, pupil will shrink while luminance is increased, the shrink velocity of pupil will decrease while luminance’s increasing, and pupil area will tends to be constant when luminance reach some level. Under the three lighting sources used in the experiment, pupil area will fluctuate while the background luminance is between 0.7 cd/m2and 1.2 cd/m2.

Research on the Facade Fabric Design and Facade Lighting Design of a Building

The lighting for city night scenes became a hot spot of urban construction.It is quite necessary for building designers to understand the relationship between the facade fabric design and the facade lighting design of a building and know the design method as well.This paper analyses the relationship between the facade fabric design and the lighting design,and proposes the factors that should be considered in the facade fabric design process.     

Synthetic Application for Analysis Methods of the Planar Mechanism Overconstraints

Overconstraints exist widely in planar closed chain mechanisms and mechanical systems result in a series of detrimental influences on behavior of machines, and attention is given to them by machine designer. Some analysis methods of overconstraints in planar closed chain mechanisms are presented, and more study due to the faultiness of these methods. In accordance with faultiness of two common kind of methods, formulas method and loop analysis method of degrees of freedom, and by combining these two methods, an useful mechanism overconstraints analysis method which is convenient for computer aided overconstraints analysis is gained via research on the two methods thoroughly and systematically, and some new views about mechanism overconstraints analysis are presented.     

液化石油气的储存及利用技术

液化石油气在当今世界发达国家和地区已被广泛地用于民用，汽车，金属的切割焊接，火力发电，建材，化工等行业和领域，而我国的液化石油气主要用民用燃料，与国外差距较大。     

鸭疫里氏杆菌生长曲线的测定

采用P L琼脂平板涂布法 ,测定鸭疫里氏杆菌WJ4株 (血清 1型 )、FXb7株 (血清 2型 )在P L肉汤中静置培养和振荡培养情况下的生长曲线。结果表明 ,在P L肉汤中振荡培养时 ,WJ4株培养 10h达生长最高峰 ( 4 7× 10 1 0 CFU mL) ,FXb7株 11h活菌数最高达 ( 4 2× 10 1 0 CFU mL) ;在静置培养时 ,WJ4株培养 2 2h达最高峰 ( 1 8× 10 9CFU mL) ,FXb7株 2 3h可达最高峰 ( 1 3× 10 9CFU mL)。     

牛不同直径卵泡内卵母细胞体外受精后的卵裂率和染色体异常分析

将不同直径牛卵泡内卵母细胞体外成熟培养22h后，对其体外受精后的卵裂率，胚胎发育速度和胚胎染色体异常发生率进行了研究。结果表明，体外受精后48h，直径3－6mm卵泡内卵母细胞外受精后的卵裂率明显高于直径1－2mm和7－10mm卵泡内卵母细胞体外受精后的卵裂率（P＜0．05）。体外受精后48h，直径3－6mm包泡内卵母细胞体外受精后的胚胎的发育速度明显快于直径1－2mm和7－10mm卵泡组胚胎（P＜0．05）。通过对不同卵裂期胚胎的染色体标本分析表明，直径1－2mm卵泡内卵母细胞体外受精后的胚胎染色体异常发生率明显高于直径3－6mm卵泡组（P＜0．05），但与直径7－10mm卵泡组之间无显著性差异。     

湖泊沉积物对N和P的吸附特性及影响因素研究

以太湖沉积物为悬浮颗粒物(SPM)材料，进行了SPM对磷酸盐(PO4-P)、氨氮(NH4-N)、硝酸盐氮(NO3-N)的吸附特性及其影响因素的试验研究。结果显示，SPM对PO4-P和NH4-N的吸附分别在5h和2h达到稳态，之后基本处于一种动态平衡。SPM对NO3-N的吸附量很小甚至出现负吸附。pH对SPM吸磷作用影响显著，随着pH值的上升，吸附量下降。盐度、[NO3^-]和[NHg]对PO4-P的吸附有抑制作用，而[Ca^2 ]对PO4-P的吸附影响分为2部分，在低浓度下抑制，在高浓度下有促进；[Ca^2 ]和盐度对NH4-N的吸附都有抑制作用。
