猪轮状病毒感染研究进展

猪轮状病毒感染是由猪轮状病毒引起的一种传染病,多发生于仔猪。其典型症状为腹泻。此病分布广泛,引起严重经济损失。本文对病原学、流行病学、临床症状、发病机理、免疫、诊断、防制等方面的研究进展进行了综述。     

聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液胶的改性

本文介绍了用该改性乳液胶合的贴面胶合板的性能改性聚乙酸乙烯酯共聚乳液胶粘剂的聚合工艺，经过改性的乳液胶具有良好的耐水性，达到并超过日本二类特种合板标准，且生产工艺简单，原料易得，成本与普通乙酸乙烯酯均聚液接近,具有较强的实用性。     

施肥对热带雨林下种植砂仁土壤氮矿化和硝化作用的影响

采用封顶埋管法(Close-TopIncubation)研究了施肥后西双版纳热带雨林下种植砂仁土壤的氮素净氨化、净硝化和净矿化速率。结果表明,种植砂仁的热带雨林土壤有机氮的净氨化、硝化和矿化速率明显受外来无机氮的影响,施入铵态氮肥后,土壤中的氨化速率明显提高(P<0.01),由对照土壤的-0.66(mg·kg-1·30d-1)增加至施肥处理土壤的1.65(mg·kg-1·30d-1),但硝化速率和矿化速率却显著降低(P<0.01),分别由对照土壤的6.79(mg·kg-1·30d-1)和6.13(mg·kg-1·30d-1)减少至施肥处理土壤的2.60(mg·kg-1·30d-1)和4.25(mg·kg-1·30d-1),导致了土壤中NH4+-N的积累。     

降解赤霉病菌毒素Tri101基因的原核表达及抗体制备

采用RT-PCR方法克隆了编码禾谷镰刀菌单端孢酶烯3-O-乙酰转移酶Tri101基因的cDNA序列,并连接到原核表达载体pGEX-4T2上,将获得的重组载体pGEX-4T2/Tri101转化大肠杆菌BL21后用IPTG进行诱导表达。SDS-PAGE和Western blot分析表明,经IPTG诱导后,Tri101基因在大肠杆菌BL21中获得了高效表达,融合蛋白GST-Tri101分子量为75.45 kDa。将该融合蛋白切胶纯化后免疫家兔,制备兔抗GST-Tri101多克隆抗体。经ELISA法测定抗体效价大于1∶256 000。Western blot分析表明制备的抗体与原核细胞体外表达的Tri101蛋白可以特异性结合,表明该抗体的特异性良好。应用该抗体验证了感赤霉病小麦中Tri101基因的表达。兔抗GST-Tri101抗体的成功制备,为进一步研究Tri101的生物学功能、细胞定位以及在其它植物中的表达等奠定了基础。     

气候变化对秃尾河流域径流量的影响

为探讨秃尾河流域径流量对气候变化的关系,利用秃尾河流域1970～2005年36 a来的气温、降水和天然径流量数据,对该流域气温、降水和径流量年际和季节性的变化特征及趋势进行了分析,研究了气候因子与径流量的相关性.研究结果表明:秃尾河流域年平均气温呈现明显升高趋势,以冬季升温为主;年降水表现为缓慢减少趋势,降水减少主要表...     

Oncolytic Vaccinia Virus Carrying Aphrocallistes vastus Lectin (oncoVV-AVL) Enhances Inflammatory Response in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

Aphrocallistes vastus lectin (AVL) is a C-type marine lectin derived from sponges. Our previous study demonstrated that oncolytic vaccinia virus carrying AVL (oncoVV-AVL) significantly enhanced the cytotoxicity of oncoVV in cervical cancer, colorectal cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma through the activation of Ras/ERK, MAPK/ERK and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways. In this study, the inflammatory response induced by oncoVV-AVL in a hepatocellular carcinoma cell (HCC) model was investigated. The results showed that oncoVV-AVL increased the levels of inflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α through activating the AP-1 signaling pathway in HCC. This study provides novel insights into the utilization of lectin AVL in the field of cancer therapy.     

Effects of astragaloside on the levels of sex hormone and oxidative stress injury in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome

AIM To investigate the effects of astragaloside on the levels of sex hormone and oxidative stress in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. METHODS Female SD rats （n=60） were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Diane-35 （0.339 2 mg/kg） group, low dose astragaloside （12.5 mg/kg） group and high dose astragaloside （50 mg/kg） group, with 12 rats in each group. The PCOS model was induced by letrozole （1 mg/kg）, which was administered by gavage once a day for 3 weeks. After administration, the estrus cycle of the rats was observed by vaginal smear, and the ovarian index was calculated. HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the ovaries. Serum levels of the sex hormones testosterone （T）, estradiol （E₂）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） were measured by ELISA. The levels of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） in serum and ovarian tissue were detected by colorimetry, and the protein levels of steroidogenetic acute regulatory protein （StAR） and apoptosis-related proteins cleaved caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2 in ovarian tissue were detected by Western blot. RESULT Compared with control group, the oestrous cycle of the rats in model group was disorder, and the ovarian index was increased, ovary was polycystic. The serum levels of T, LH and MDAwere significantly increased （P<0.05）, while the contents of E2, FSH and the activities of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly decreased （P<0.05）. The levels of MDA, StAR, cleaved caspase-3 and Bax proteins in ovarian tissue were significantly up-regulated （P<0.05）. GSH-Px and SOD activities and Bcl-2 protein levels were significantly down-regulated （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION Astragalosideeffectively balances the levels of sex hormone in PCOS rats and relieves the oxidative stress injury, the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of StAR expression.     

小麦条锈病病害流行空间动态电算模拟的初步探讨——Ⅰ.圆形传播

 在国内已发表的两个小麦条锈病流行电算模拟模型的基础上,将研究的病害传播范围等分成一定大小的正方形小区,并以其为空间传播的计量单元,确定各小区的方位和间距。利用Mackenzie的病害直线传播梯度模型,通过试验建立回归预测式求得b值。并根据子代病叶总数与子代发病中心病情的定量关系,求出中心点病情a。再经过随机数转换和重叠侵染转换,与已有的日传染率、潜育期模型相结合,组建了"XRZD-1"电子计算机模拟模型。通过多次循环可以推算和打印出逐日的各小区病害数量及形象化图形。实现了病害时间动态和空间动态的协同模拟。     

河南省小麦全蚀病菌的分离及变种类型鉴定

 从河南省10个地市采集的小麦病根样品中分离得到82株病原分离株, 通过形态特征观察、回接致病性测定、以及分子生物学的方法对所分离菌株进行鉴定。其中47个菌株菌丝分支处都形成典型的“∧”状;子囊壳埋生或半埋生, 子囊棍棒状, 子囊孢子线形, 稍弯曲, 无色, 具有5~10个分隔, 大小为68~94 μm×2~4 μm;对82个分离株rDNA-ITS区进行PCR扩增和序列测定, BLAST序列比对结果表明, 47株菌株与小麦全蚀病菌的ITS序列同源性达97%～99%, 据此确定47株菌株为小麦全蚀病菌。应用小麦全蚀病菌4个变种的特异性引物进行PCR扩增都得到禾顶囊壳小麦变种(870 bp)的特异性片段, 鉴定47株菌株均为禾顶囊壳小麦变种 (Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici)。
