Effective working areas of the electro hydraulic power impulse

In order to ascertain the numbers of the electrodes (treatment for the sewage) and forecast the grain size property of the cracked mineral, based on the hypothesis of the equivalent effective volumes of one discharge of electro hydraulic power impulse technology, the formulas are worked out for computing the effective working areas of the two common working modes. The theoretic analysis and the results of the experiments of the treatment of bacillus coil liquid and crushing of quartz ceramic show that the results conform to the formulas relatively, and the precision of the calculated data has relations with the polluted degree of the sewage, the intensity, elasticity and dimension of the solid material, and the formulas for computing the effective working areas are feasible.     

Analysis on braking control strategy of heavy vehicles with AMT

According to kinetic analysis, we put forward a braking control strategy under the down shift condition. When auxiliary engine brake torque affects the stability of vehicle, it should disconnect the clutch; and when auxiliary engine brake torque doesn’t affect the stability of vehicle, it should jointing the clutch. The speed acceleration, the braking time, and the braking distance are analyzed in while the clutch and joint the clutch are disconnect. The analysis indicates that when auxiliary engine brake torque doesn’t affect the stability of vehicle, jointing the clutch can reduce the braking time and distance obviously.     

Feasibility test of HBH Ⅱ compound microorganism on the reduction of septic tank nightsoil sludge 

The paper selects septic tank nightsoil sludge as the study object, and conducts three treatments for nightsoil sludge anaerobic digestion reduction under 35 ℃ including CK treatment(without HBH II compound microorganism), T1 treatment(adding 0.005% HBH II compound microorganism in the original nightsoil sludge system) and T2 treatment(adding 0.005% HBH II compound microorganism after the nightsoil sludge was sterilized by pasteurism). It investigates the removal rate of total solid (TS), volatile solid (VS) and COD of the three treatments, and analyzes the main contents of nightsoil sludge before and after anaerobic digestion and the digestion efficiencies of them. The results indicate that the removal rates of TS, VS and COD of T1 are 46.03%, 49.96% and 47.06%, respectively, and there are 14.89%, 16.26% and 15.53% higher than CK, 6.63%, 8.02% and 11.90% higher than T2, respectively. There are significantly positive (p<0.01) relations between T1 and CK, and T1 and T2 in the removal rate of TS, VS and COD. The nightsoil sludge digestion efficiencies of CK, T1 and T2 are 34.69%, 51.09% and 43.05%, respectively and that of T1 significantly positive(p<0.01) differs from CK and T1 treatment. The results indicate that the corporate effect of the adding HBH II compound microorganism and the original microorganism of the nightsoil sludge system are helpful to the reduction of septic tank nightsoil sludge and it is feasible for directly adding HBH II compound microorganism to septic tank for the reduction of the nightsoil sludge in it.     

西瓜裂果性状的基因型研究

在普通大棚和露地两种栽培条件下鉴定西瓜裂果性,制定西瓜的裂果性状分级标准和抗性评价标准;田间鉴定发现,14个稳定自交系中有13个发生不同程度的裂果,占92.86%;两种栽培环境对裂果的影响效应有差异(F=27.048**,F0.01=3.91),但抗裂程度显著相关(r=0.937**,r0.01=0.6614,df=13).不同基因型西瓜裂果性差异显著(F<保护地>=10.721 8**,F露地=5.783**,F0.01=1.90,df=13),其中,材料‘x-101'在两种不同的栽培条件下均不裂果,性状稳定,且其综合品质表现优良,可作为抗裂育种的材料.     

不同生态类型大豆品种光周期反应的鉴定

通过设置短日照(12h)和长日照(16h)两种光照处理,对58个近年育成的不同生态类型大豆品种(系)进行光周期反应鉴定.结果表明.大豆光周期反应敏感性强弱依次为南方夏大豆、南方春大豆、黄淮海夏大豆、北方春大豆,品种的光周期反应敏感性随着主产地纬度的降低而增强;本试验建立了一种以短日开花促进率为评价指标的光周期反应敏感性的鉴定方法,该方法准确、简便、周期短、成本低廉.     

山东滨海盐渍棉田盐分和养分特征及对棉花出苗的影响

 在黄河三角洲6个县区随机选择318块盐渍棉田,对0～20 cm土层盐分、有机质和主要养分含量分析表明,轻度（含盐量<2.5 g·kg^-1）、中度（2.5～4.49 g·kg^-1）和重度（>4.5 g·kg^-1）盐碱地所占的比例分别为44.3%、40.6%和15.1%。中度盐碱地N、P、K含量皆中等偏下,轻度盐碱地则是钾含量偏低;种植年限短的重度盐碱地有机质含量很低,碱解氮和有效磷含量严重不足,但含钾量高;种植年限较长的重度盐碱地有机质、碱解氮和有效磷的含量中等,但速效钾较低。滨海盐碱棉田土壤含盐量（y）和土壤溶液（水：土=5：1）电导率（x）回归方程为y=3.4058x + 0.1427（n=27,R²=0.9964^**）。当土壤含盐2 g·kg^-1 以下时,棉花基本能正常出苗、成苗;当含盐2～3 g·kg^-1时,只有60％～78%的种子可以出苗,45％～55%的种子能够成苗;含盐超过 4 g·kg^-1时,出苗率40%左右,成苗率不足30%。根据滨海盐碱地的盐分和养分特征,采取合理的成苗技术和施肥技术是实现棉花高产的保证。     

贵州农村农业科技信息服务供给研究——以六枝特区某乡为例

完善农村科技信息服务是农村发展的一个重要方式.运用案例研究,在问卷调查、深度访谈等基础上,对贵州省农村科技信息服务供给中存在的问题进行描述,对存在问题的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的对策及建议.     

完全混合日粮对延边黄牛犊牛复胃发育的影口向

为研究完全混合日粮(TMR)对犊牛复胃发育的影响,选取12头健康的延边黄牛公犊,随机分为对照组(常规饲养)和试验组(完全混合日粮),于4月龄断奶时进行体重和复胃发育指标的测量.结果表明,饲喂完全混合日粮的处理显著提高了犊牛4月龄的断奶重、瘤胃平均容积、瘤胃平均重量、四胃平均重量、瘤胃乳头平均密度和瘤胃乳头平均长度(P<0.05);各项指标中,除网胃平均容积试验组略小于对照组外,试验组比对照组均有所提高,但两组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05).     

牧草间作对桉树人工林下土壤酶活性的影响

[目的]研究牧草间作对桉树人工林下土壤酶活性的影响。[方法]试验地内以桉树人工林林龄2年为第一代林,选用5种牧草种植区的土壤样品作为人工林地间供试材料,行带内杂草地土样作为对照,采用随机区组设计,在每个区组中选3个取样点,每个取样点挖剖面,测定土壤含水量、蔗糖酶、过氧化物酶和脲酶活性。[结果]桉树人工林地间作牧草以后,有效提高了林下土壤含水量;蔗糖酶活性测定中糖蜜草样地的蔗糖酶活性提高幅度最大,达到73．92％;网脉臂形草样地的次之,为46．85％;脲酶活性测定中网脉臂形草样地的脲酶活性提高到19．11％,GC1581柱花草和糖蜜草样地的也有显著提高,分别是10．07％和8．43％。[结论]牧草间作能有效改善桉树人工林地土壤理化性状,提高土壤肥力,有效减缓土壤衰退。     

葡萄砧木‘5BB’PGIP基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

以葡萄砧木品种‘5BB’(Vitis berlandieri×V.riparia)为试材,通过设计特异引物、PCR扩增,从‘5BB’基因组中得到1条全长1002 bp的多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白(PG IP)基因序列,该序列包含1个完整的开放阅读框,与欧洲葡萄、其它果树的相应序列同源性分别为99%和68%,其推导的蛋白质序列中包含一段亮氨酸重复序列,第1~27个氨基酸残基是信号肽,三级结构与菜豆PG IP相似。
