Langjährige Beobachtungen der Witterungsfaktoren Temperatur und Niederschlag auf Ertrag und Pflanzenbestand von zwei Dauergrünlandstandorten verschiedener Klimagebiete wurden ausgewertet. Anlaß war das Phänomen, daß im Erzgebirge der Ertrag trotz hoher Stickstoffdungung nach dem 3. Versuchsjahr sukzessive abfiel und nach dem 12. Jahr wieder anstieg. Als Vergleich bot sich nahezu gleich bewirtschaftetes Grünland im Havelländischen Luch an.

Die Ursache fur die Ertragsdepression wurde zunächst in einer Umschichtung der Pflanzenbestände vermutet. Schließlich wurde ein Zusammenhang zwischen Witterung und Ertrag am Beispiel der Abweichungen von den Mittelwerten gefunden.  相似文献

The effect of Zn deficiency in wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Ares) on the release of Zn mobilizing root exudates was studied in nutrient solution. Compared to Zn sufficient plants, Zn deficient plants had higher root and lower shoot dry weights. After visual Zn deficiency symptoms in leaves appeared (15–17 day old plants) there was a severalfold increase in the release of root exudates efficient at mobilizing Zn from either a selective cation exchanger (Zn-chelite) or a calcareous soil. The release of these root exudates by Zn deficient plants followed a distinct diurnal rhythm with a maximum between 2 and 8 h after the onset of light. Re-supply of Zn to deficient plants depressed the release of Zn mobilizing root exudates within 12 h to about 50%-, and after 72 h to the level of the control plants (Zn sufficient plants). The root exudates of Zn deficient wheat plants were equally effective at mobilizing Fe from freshly precipitated FeIII hydroxide as Zn from Zn-chelite. Furthermore, root exudates from Fe deficient wheat plants mobilized Zn from Zn-chelite, as well as Fe from FeIII hydroxide. Purification of the root exudates and identification by HPLC indicated that under Zn as well as under Fe deficiency, wheat roots of the cv. Ares released the phytosiderophore 2′-deoxymugineic acid. Additional experiments with barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Europa) showed that in this species another phytosiderophore (epi-3-hydroxymugineic acid) was released under both Zn and Fe deficiencies. These results demonstrate that the enhanced release of phytosiderophores by roots of grasses is not a response mechanism specific for Fe deficiency, but also occurs under Zn deficiency. The ecological relevance of enhanced release of phytosiderophore also under Zn deficiency is discussed.  相似文献

Abtract Arthropods as vectors of infections of man in Central Europe A review is given on the current results and problems concerning arthropod-borne infections of man in Central Europe. At present pratically only one group of micro-organismus plays a medically significant role: arboviruses.So far 12 viruses have beens isolated in Central Europe which are transmitted by ticks on one hand by mosquitoes on the other hand. Main vectors, main vertebrate hosts, evidence of occurence in Central Europe by isolation and pathogenicity for man of each of these twelve arthropod-borne viruses are summarized in two tables.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) colonization and hyphal attachment to the roots of a host plant, bean, and a non‐host plant, lupin, were compared when grown either with light or in the dark with the AM fungus Glomus mosseae. When grown with light, bean roots were heavily colonized whereas lupin roots showed no signs of colonization, no formation of appressoria and only scarce hyphal attachment to the roots. In contrast to roots of plants grown with light, to living roots of beans and lupins grown in the dark many hyphae were attached and appressoria were formed. The role of shoot produced, light‐dependent factors in the expression of the AM mycotrophic status of AM host and non‐host plants is discussed.<?show $6#>  相似文献

This study compared the compositional changes in mushrooms exposed to sunlight with those occurring after commercial ultraviolet (UV) light processing. Button mushrooms (75 kg) were processed in the presence or absence of UVB light; a third group was exposed to direct sunlight. Mushroom composition was evaluated using chemical analyses. Vitamin D concentrations were 5, 410, and 374 μg/100 g (dw) in control, UVB, and sunlight groups, respectively. On a dry weight basis, no significant changes in vitamin C, folate, vitamins B(6), vitamin B(5), riboflavin, niacin, amino acids, fatty acids, ergosterol, or agaritine were observed following UVB processing. Sunlight exposure resulted in a 26% loss of riboflavin, evidence of folate oxidation, and unexplained increases in ergosterol (9.5%). It was concluded that compositional effects of UVB light are limited to changes in vitamin D and show no detrimental changes relative to natural sunlight exposure and, therefore, provide important information relevant to the suitability and safety of UVB light technology for vitamin D enhanced mushrooms.  相似文献

Interactions between soil humic substances and metal ions I. Isolation and characterization of the soil humic substances From two horizons of a podzol humic acids and fulvic acids were isolated by two different methods. The obtained samples were characterized by elemental analysis, the determination of the ash and moisture content, functional group analysis as well as FTIR-, 1H-NMR-, and 13C-NMR-spectroscopic examinations. In spite of the different isolation methods humic and fulvic acids show great similarities. A higher oxidized state and a lower content of aromatic structural features are clearly observed in the fulvic acids in contrast to humic acids. Besides aromatic structural elements, distinct aliphatic sections were detected in the investigated samples, which showed a lower concentration in the less transformed fractions of the Ahe-horizon.  相似文献

In a hops-producing area long-term average trapping-effectiveness of a grassed filterstrip under agricultural use was measured. Copper, applied as fungicide, was used to identify the colluvium in a meadow below a hop garden. 9,5 t material were trapped during 17 years per m width of the filterstrip. This annual accumulation of 540 kg/m width represents a trapping efficiency of 55% of the computed annual soil loss of the hop garden. The results agree with other publications which report the trapping efficiency for a longer period, whereas the reported results of short-term experiments largely overestimate the efficiency.  相似文献
