TARGET ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION MODELS ON SCIENCE-TECHNIC PROGRESS AT THE CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

This paper presents some problems that is important part of the desision supportsystem on science-technic progress management at the construction enterprise and discusses targetsystems and evaluation models of synthesis effects on science-technic grogress at the sonstruction en-terprise,and some problem are illustrated and analysed further.     

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON VISCOELASTICITY OF HUMAN BLOOD- WITH REFERENCE TO THE EFFECT OF CELL HEMOTOCRIT

This paper describes a part of the experiments concerning the viscoelasticity of human blood, which are based upon the theories lead by the authors. The data from the experiments are compared with those in the literatures. The effect of cell hematocrit on viscoelasticity is especially discussed and a new viscoelasticity index is defined to eliminate this effect.     

CALCULATION OF TNE END-EFFECT FACTOR OF SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH CYLINDRICAL SOLID ROTOR

This paper presents the end-effect factor of Synchronous motor with cylindricalsolid rotor offered by analysing the 3-D electromagnetic field and using the Poynting vector.To ap-ply it in an actual calculation,the end-effect factor is proved correct and applicable.     

Study on DAQ System by Using LabVIEW

Dong village is very valuable for research work because of its special regional and national character and rich cultural implication. In this paper, some information about the location, form and features of Dong village is given. Then, the relationship between the culture and the settlement is analyzed, which provides a clue for understanding Dong village and will be beneficial to creating modern human settlements.     

Influence of MUD on the System Capability of CDMA

In CDMA communication system, the relativities between users result in Multiple Access Interference (MAI). With the increase of users, MAI becomes the main jam of broadband CDMA communication system. Multi-User Detection (MUD) is the most important technology of anti-jamming in the broadband CDMA communication system, which can eliminates MAI effectively by using the information of all user signals to detection single. This paper analyze the expression of system capability without MUD and with MUD, and puts forward the way to increase system capability by using MUD. Then the influence of MUD on CDMA system capability is discussed by MATLAB emulation. Basing analysis and emulation, the conclusion is got: the higher the MUD efficiency, the better the improvement of CDMA system capability; under the same MUD efficiency, the lower data rate, the smaller inter-cell interference, the lower the ratio of bit energy to power spectrum, the better the improvement of CDMA system capability.     

Seismic Behavior of Asymmetric Building under Pushover Analysis

Pushover analysis is a tool to study the inelastic behavior of structures under strong seismic action. The 3D-pushover analysis was performed to analyze the inelastic lateral-torsional coupled response of multistory asymmetric structures. The symmetric frame and frame-wall systems were studied in this paper, and the capability curve of the top displacement and base shear,the story drift and the position of rotation center were compared with reference to corresponding symmetric structures. The characters of inelastic response of multistory asymmetric structures were found. The conclusion provides reference for performance-based seismic design of asymmetric structures.     

节节麦与野燕麦8倍体杂种核型分析

节节麦(Aegilops tauschii(Coss.)Sch.2n=2x=14)与通北野燕麦(Avena fatua L.2n=6x=42)杂交,F_1自然加倍成8倍体,8倍体播成的F_2代,遗传性基本一致,PMC镜检表明,染色体数为2n=28Ⅱ。用F_2所结的种子进行根尖细胞核型分析,结果发现8倍体中包含有全套的节节麦和野燕麦的染色体。节节麦中有1对随体染色体.2对近中部着丝点染色体,4对中部着丝点染色体。野燕麦有3对随体染色体,5对近端着丝点染色体,8对近中部着丝点染色体,5对中部着丝点染色体。而节节麦与野燕麦8倍体杂种,有4对随体染色体,5对近端着丝点染色体.10对近中部着丝点染色体,9对中部着丝点染色体。核型分析结果表明,节节麦与野燕麦杂交合成的8倍体,是节节麦与野燕麦的双二倍体。     

南方涝渍地综合整治开发效果的评价研究

以 2个示范区作为实例构建了一套对南方涝渍地实施以农业工程技术为基础的综合整治与建设后的效果进行评价的评价体系。该体系由工程效果、农业综合开发效果和综合效益等 3部分构成。在工程效果评价中 ,重点对工程实施后的抗灾减灾效果和代表经过改良后农田物理构架改变的“农田综合生产力指数 (IPI)”等二方面进行了分析。研究表明 ,该评价体系能比较全面、有重点地对涝渍地综合改良的实效做出评价。由于该体系实现了评价的数量化 ,使用该评价体系既利于对同一地区改良前后的效果做出对比分析、找出存在的问题 ,也利于对邻近不同地区的改良效果做出比较评价。对 2个示范区进行实际评价的结果表明 ,该地区的涝渍地综合整治开发效果良好 ,其第一期工程取得成功。
