水飞蓟对动物机体免疫功能的影响研究

将小鼠分为四组，分别饲喂１０％水飞蓟、２０％水飞蓟、环磷酰胺（０．０１ｇ／ｋｇ）和空白对照（常规饲料），研究对小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验结果证明，水飞蓟各剂量组能增高小鼠外周血白细胞数目（Ｐ＜０．０１、０．００１）；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率（Ｐ＜０．００１，０．００１）及吞噬指数（Ｐ＜０．０５、０．００１）并随剂量加大有增强的趋势；能促进小鼠淋巴细胞转化，提高淋巴细胞转化百分率（Ｐ＜０．０１、０     

β-葡聚糖对啤酒易滤性影响的研究

通过对啤酒中β-葡聚糖的定性定量分析和啤酒易滤性的测定,发现溶解状态的β-葡聚糖对啤酒的过滤没有明显的影响,而β-葡聚糖凝胶对啤酒过滤有严重影响.啤酒中β-葡聚糖凝胶的分子量在300 000以上,当含量达到20 mg/1时,就会使啤酒膜过滤困难.啤酒的易滤性与β-葡聚糖含量之间里r=-0.222的不显著负相关,而与β-葡聚糖凝胶的含量之间呈r=-0.841~(***)的极显著负相关.     

宿主域扩大的苜蓿尺蠖核多角体杂交型病毒

将家蚕核型多角体病毒 (BombyxmoriNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus,BmNPV)的解链酶基因DNA和苜蓿尺蠖核型多角体病毒 (AutographacalifonicaMultipleNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus,AcMNPV)的基因组DNA共转染到秋粘虫细胞系Sf 2 1,经过累代的筛选获得既能感染家蚕细胞 ,又能感染秋粘虫细胞的宿主域扩大的杂交型病毒HyNPV。     

Radiation Balance Components of Maize Hybrids Grown at Various Plant Densities

Components of the energy and heat balances were examined in two maize hybrids grown at three different plant densities (40, 70 and 100 thousand plants per hectare). One of the hybrids was drought tolerant, while the other was bred for cultivation under irrigated conditions. An increase in plant density influenced not only the size of the leaf area, but also the distribution of the leaves at various plant heights. The extinction coefficient, which provides a quantification of radiation penetration, was higher in the irrigated treatments. By contrast to the other two treatments, the plant canopy in the thinly sown stands remained open throughout the vegetation period, and thus behaved quite differently to the closed stands, making it impossible to compare them. Smaller albedo values were recorded for the hybrid bred for irrigation and in thinly sown stands. The low plant density allowed more energy to reach the soil, from which it was reflected, making a considerable contribution to the final temperature in the stand. The latent heat, in keeping with the quantity of water transpired, was the greatest in the densely sown stands. There was little difference between the latent heat values of the normal and dense stands in either hybrid, indicating that they both had a similar sensitivity to increased stand density. If sufficient water is available it would appear that the stand density could be increased even for the drought-tolerant hybrid.     

多效唑调控观赏竹生长的初步研究

竹笋施用多效唑后,对其新梢日平均生长量及成竹后全竹高,枝下高、节间长、叶面积均有显著的抑制作用,注射处理在浓度300～800 mg·kg-1,喷施处理在浓度300～1000 mg·kg-1范围内,随处理浓度递增,抑制作用更为显著.应用多效唑能提高观赏竹的观赏价值,解决盆景制作的矮化及枝叶美化问题.     

猪血免疫球蛋白的热稳定性及动力学研究

为了使猪血免疫球蛋白在各类食品中得到较好的应用 ,对猪血免疫球蛋白 (PIgG)的热稳定性及热变性动力学进行了分析研究。结果表明 ,PIgG在 6 0℃以下很稳定 ,6 0～ 6 5℃比较稳定 ,大于 70℃变性明显加快 ,超高温杀菌 (12 0℃ ,4s)条件下 ,PIgG几乎失活 ;其热动力学反应为 1 2级 ;在 6 0 ,6 5 ,70 ,75 ,80 ,85和 90℃ ,PIgG热变性的D值分别为 33 333× 10 3 ,14 2 86× 10 3 ,3 333× 10 3 ,0 4 76× 10 3 ,0 2 2 2× 10 3 ,0 16 9× 10 3 和 0 0 76× 10 3 s ,在此温度范围内的Z值为 10 81℃ ,表观活化能为 2 2 7 31kJ·mol-1。     

Use of androgenesis in intersubspecific hybrid rice breeding

Significant differences of callus induction, green plant regeneration and culture efficiency were observed among restorer lines and their hybrids in rice. Average callus induction percentage of F₁, hybrids was about twice that of their parents. Twenty doubled haploid (DH) lines that showed normal fertility with both indica and japonica CMS lines, were selected as widely compatible restorers (WCRs). TG8 derived from CPSLO17/Minghui 63 not only showed normal fertility to both indica and japonica test varieties and CMS lines, but also exhibited superior agronomic traits, in particular short plant, desired plant type, high tillerability, large panicles, good grain quality and resistance to rice blast disease. Strong heterosis for yield was observed in crosses between indica or japonica CMS lines and TG8. TG8 possessed a dominant, widely compatible gene (WCG) that was inherited from the variety CPSLO17. Results confirmed that the anther culture technique is a quick and effective way of developing widely compatible restorers in rice and that it is applicable to the direct use of intersubspecific heterosis with the three-line method.
