Pyonephrosis refers an infected hydronephrotic kidney which arise from pyelonephritis followed by exudate accumulation in a dilated renal pelvis or hydronephrosis followed by ascending infection. Pyonephrosis may cause serious systemic complications, making prompt and reliable diagnosis critical. Clinical and ultrasonographic findings are used for the diagnosis of pyonephrosis in humans, but these findings have not been investigated in dogs. We reviewed ultrasonographic features in pyonephrosis in 18 dogs. Ten dogs with hydronephrosis were also evaluated to compare with the pyonephrosis patients. In most dogs with pyonephrosis, hyperechoic contents completely filled the dilated renal pelvis (n=8) or a fluid‐debris level was observed (n=8). Hyperechoic contents were dispersed in renal pelvis in only two of the 18 dogs. Hyperechoic, edematous mesentery, and peritoneal and retroperitoneal effusion, which represented peritoneal and retroperitoneal inflammation, were observed in the perinephric region in 11 dogs. Compared with pyonephrosis, and as expected, hydronephrosis was characterized by anechoic contents within the urine‐filled collecting system and there were no definitive findings to suspect peritonitis. 本研究以利用酸洗技术制备的膨胀石墨为吸附剂,以浓度为100 mg/L的甲基橙溶液为模拟废水进行吸附脱色。试验主要从膨胀石墨的膨胀容积、膨胀石墨的用量以及脱色时间三个影响因素对膨胀石墨的吸附脱色性能进行讨论,通过多因素正交试验确定室温条件下的最佳脱色工艺条件为:25 mL模拟废水中加入0.25 g膨胀容积为350 mL/g的膨胀石墨,匀速振荡1.5 h。试验脱色时间短,且脱色效果显著,脱色率为99.99%。 相似文献

Seventeen soybean cultivars were screened to discern differences in aluminum (Al) sensitivity. The Sowon (Al-tolerant) and Poongsan (Al-sensitive) cultivars were selected for further study by simple growth measurement. Aluminum-induced root growth inhibition was significantly higher in the Poongsan cultivar than in the Sowon cultivar, although the differences depended on the Al concentration (0, 25, 50, 75 or 100 μmol L–1 ) and the amount of exposure (0, 3, 6, 12 or 24 h). Damage occurred preferentially in the root apex. High-sensitivity growth measurements using India ink implicated the central elongation zone located 2–3 mm from the root apex. The Al content was lower 0–5 mm from the root apices in the Sowon cultivar than in the apices of the Poongsan cultivar when exposed to 50 μmol L–1 Al for 12 h. Furthermore, the citric acid exudation rate was more than twofold higher in the Sowon cultivar. Protein production of plasma membrane (PM) H+ -ATPase from the root apices (0–5 mm) was upregulated in the presence of Al for 24 h in both cultivars. This activity, however, decreased in both cultivars treated with Al and the Poongsan cultivar was more severely affected. We propose that Al-induced growth inhibition is correlated with changes in PM H+ -ATPase activity, which is linked to the exudation of citric acid in the root apex. 相似文献

参照四水平五因素正交L16(45)设计,研究品种、播期与密度对小麦总茎数和产量及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明,冬前,密度对小麦基本苗影响最大,播期对分蘖数和总茎数影响最大;春季,品种对单株茎数、总茎数和成穗数影响最大。品种对产量三要素影响显著,播期对穗数和千粒质量影响显著,对穗粒数影响不显著,密度对千粒质量影响显著,对穗数和穗粒数影响均不显著。播期对小麦产量影响最大,其次为品种,密度影响最小。适宜的播期在10月4日至10月10日,随着播期后移,小麦产量明显下降,中麦895是本试验中获得高产的最优品种。合理的种植密度为210万~270万/hm2,小麦处于最佳品种、播期、密度组合时,小麦冬前、春季群体总茎数最多,小麦获得最高产,产量达9 000kg/hm2。 相似文献

利用引进的5个不育系(全丰A、谷丰A、天丰A、广抗13A、蓉18A和Ⅱ- 32A)和自育的6个恢复系(YR1577、YR2292、YR3003、YR4245和YR7633)进行不完全双列(NCII模式)杂交,配置的30个杂交组合.对F1代农艺性状的配合力进行分析,结果表明:穗长、穗实粒数、结实率、千粒质量和单株产量的特殊配合力高于一般配合力,说明大多数农艺性状受非加性效应影响大;亲本方面,穗长、有效穗数、穗总粒数、穗实粒数、千粒质量的性状表明恢复系对后代的影响大于不育系.综合考虑配合力和遗传力效应,选育高产量的杂交组合以Ⅱ- 32A/YR2292和广抗13A/YR7633优势较为明显. 相似文献
