Towns of Chongqing Sustainable Development Objective Appraisement

Master towns of Chongqing includes Wanzhou, Fuling, Jiangjin, Huochuan and Yongchuan. According to the stratage of developing Western China and urbanization, this article discusses tendency of sustainable development in towns of Chongqing. Applying `evaluation method of arrangement model' and `analyze method of equal difference ', the authors find the short wming of the quality of urbanization and the sustainable development in five towns. So the article takes center city and towns construction and set up cooperation mechanism between the five cities that will be sure to increase momentum and ability of Chongqing for Sustainable development object.     

POSITRON EMISSION TOMOGRAPHY FEATURES OF CANINE NECROTIZING MENINGOENCEPHALITIS

A Yorkshire terrier and a Chihuahua were referred for acute onset, generalized tonic‐clonic seizures and were suspected to have meningoencephalitis based on magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings. Brain lesions appeared hyperintense with T2‐weighted imaging and hypointense with T1‐weighted imaging, and were characteristic of necrotizing meningoencephalitis. Both dogs were diagnosed with necrotizing meningoencephalitis based on pathologic findings. Fluorine‐18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG‐PET) was performed on both animals before euthanasia with the permission of the owner. In FDG‐PET images, these lesions seen in MR images were characterized by multifocal or diffuse hypometabolism. Our FDG‐PET results provided evidence of glucose hypometabolism in areas of necrosis and cavitation associated with necrotizing meningoencephalitis. FDG‐PET has the potential to provide valuable diagnostic information in dogs with suspected necrotizing encephalitis.     

不同坡位华北落叶松人工林生长规律研究

以河北省木兰围场国有林场管理局下属的孟滦林场的华北落叶松（Larix principis—rupprechtii Mayr．）为研究对象,采用空间代替时间的方法,借助Excel和ForStat统计分析软件,分析不同坡位华北落叶松树高、胸径以及材积变化规律,以掌握树木个体生长的基本规律。研究结果表明：华北落叶松各生长因子在生长过程中都会出现二次生长,树高和胸径的连年生长量在10年达最大值,而材积连年生长量在20年达最大值,在25年各因子同时出现二次生长。华北落叶松平均树高生长量最大为0．7m,平均胸径生长量最大为0．78cm,平均材积生长量为0．00629m^3。     

猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌PCR鉴定方法的建立

为建立一种灵敏、特异的猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌PCR检测方法,根据GenBank已公布的多杀性巴氏杆菌plpE基因序列的保守片段设计合成引物,经plpE基因阳性质粒构建、反应条件的优化、特异性试验和敏感性试验,对猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌特异性PCR检测方法进行了研究;并将该PCR方法用于检测来自四川省6个规模化猪场的64份疑似多杀性巴氏杆菌肺部组织样品。结果显示,建立的PCR方法具有良好的特异性和敏感性,检测的敏感性为5×101拷贝的目的基因;多杀性巴氏杆菌(A、B、D血清型)PCR均为阳性、APP和HPS等病原均为阴性;64份临床疑似样品中检出36份样品阳性,阳性检出率为56.2%。以plpE基因初步建立的多杀性巴氏杆菌PCR检测方法具有较好的特异性、重复性、敏感性和可靠性,可用于多杀性巴氏杆菌的检测鉴定。

微生物活菌制剂控制水化因子试验

报道了用微生物活菌制剂对实验室和养殖生产中主要水化因子进行控制和处理结果.微生物制剂对水中CODCr、SS、NO^-2-N、NO^-3-N、PO^-34-P等有强的降解作用.室内实验与生产应用结果相吻合.微生物质量浓度为2.5～5 mg/L效果最佳;温度、作用时间对结果有一定的影响.     

Study of Lightning Impulse Breakdown Voltage Correction of PositiveRod-Plate Short Air Gaps on Altitude

The air pressure of the high altitude condition in the artificial climate chamber is simulated, and the laboratory investigation of positive rod plate lightning impulse discharge performance were carried out on the short air gaps of 200 mm, 300 mm and 450 mm according to the test method demanded in IEC 60.1. Based the tested results, it is put forward that the positive lightning impulse breakdown voltage of a short air gap at the air pressure of the high altitude district is a power function of the air pressure with a special index less than 1, which indicates that the effect of the air pressure on the breakdown voltage decreases by 8.7% with the increase of the altitude by 1 kilometer. According to the theoretical analysis, it is proposed that the air pressure suggests the comprehensive changes of the basic atmospheric parameters of the temperature, the reltive air density and the absolute humidity, thus it could be used as the characteristic variable which expresses the effect of the absolute humidity, thus it could be used as the characteristic variable which expresses the effect of the atmospheric condition on the breakdown voltage of an air gap.     

杂交对安徽白山羊生长发育性能的影响

对安徽白山羊及其二元杂交 (波×安 ,萨×安 )、三元杂交 (波×萨×安 ,马×萨×安 )和级进杂交 (波×波×安 )的生长发育性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,无论是二元杂交、三元杂交还是级进杂交 ,都能提高安徽白山羊的生长发育速度。二元杂交和三元杂交组合在 6月龄前生长较快 ,6月龄后变慢 ;级进杂交在 8月龄前生长发育较快 ,8月龄后生长发育速度变慢。随着波尔山羊基因含量的增加 ,生长发育速度加快。

农业中介组织是连接大市场和千家万户小生产者之间的桥梁,农业中介组织的发展,能够促进农业现代化建设.笔者开篇分析农业中介组织对农业现代化的作用,通过与农业发达国家农业中介组织的对比,发现制约我国农业中介组织的要素,指出相关改进途径.希望以农业中介组织建设农业现代化.     

鸡Ⅱ型干扰素存在亚型

采用RT－PCR法从惠阳胡须鸡克隆了Ⅱ型干扰素基因（ChIFNγ2)。ChIFNγ2是含19个氨基酸的信号肽和145个氨基酸的成熟蛋白，与已报道的鸡Ⅱ型干扰素基因（ChIFNγ)长度一致，核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为97％和92．7％；有12处氨基酸发生点变异。ChIFNγ2与禽类IFNγ和哺乳动物IFNγ在氨基酸水平上同源性分别为62．2％－92．7％和26．5％－31．8％。1980年国际干扰素命名委员会建议，在一特定的干扰素型别内，氨基酸序列或组成方面有差异时可确定为亚型。根据这些规定，惠阳胡须鸡ChIFNγ2可被定为一种新亚型的鸡Ⅱ型干扰素。即Ⅱ型干扰素中存在亚型。
