灌溉渠系流量最优调配的0-1规划模型

本文根据灌溉配水渠系的运行特点,提出在一定轮期和来水流量限制条件下实现下级配水渠最优组合及其配水时间最优排序的一种0-1规划模型,实例运算表明,这种方法可有效减少无效弃水和闸门调节次数,同时对渠道横断面的设计有参考意义。     

植物表达载体pGMAR-BADH的构建

将甜菜碱醛脱氢酶基因BADH和植物表达载体pGMAR通过内切酶BamHI和KpnI双酶切,T4连接酶进行连接反应。重组质粒在大肠杆菌菌株DH5α内扩增,提取并纯化质粒。经鉴定,基因BADH已被完整、正确的插入到pGMAR载体中,并成功将BADH插入到载体pGMAR的两个MAR序列之间。     

晋南小麦红吸浆虫发生规律及防治对策

小麦红吸浆虫在土内有4种虫态,其分布以中层(7～13厘米)最多,下层(13～20厘米)次之,上层(0～7厘米)最少,20～38厘米仍有虫口分布.幼虫以上层为最多,中层次之、下层最少;圆茧以中,下层最多,上层很少;长茧及蛹以上层为最多,中、下层较少.成虫发生迟早及持续时间长短的关键因素是3～5月的降雨量,其中以4月下旬降雨最为重要.4月下旬降雨多,则成虫发生早,持续时间长,成虫发生盛期与小麦抽穗期相吻合的机会多,小麦受害重.在小麦抽穗前施一次长效农药封闭地面,可杀死不断上升地面的幼虫和蛹,阻止成虫羽化.     

不同熔化速率下的电渣重熔过程数值模拟分析

电渣重熔能提高钢锭的质量,从而满足特种行业的需要,其过程伴随着复杂的物理现象,存在着磁流体流动、传热和传质以及电化学等多方面的影响。通过耦合电磁以及流动和温度方程对电渣重熔过程的三维瞬态进行了数学模拟,研究了熔化速率对重熔过程的影响。结果表明：电流密度、焦耳热和电磁力都随着熔化速率的增大而增大,当熔化速率由14.4 kg/h增加到27.0kg/h,电流密度、焦耳热和电磁力最大值的增大比例超过100%。随着熔化速率的增大,温度最大值有小幅的增加,而且速度最大值的增大幅度接近50%;金属熔池深度则由27 mm增大到38 mm,不利于保证铸坯的质量。     

A Study of the Vertical Vibration of the 4200 Thick Plate Rolling Mills

In this paper,the mill stand and the rolled piece were studied as a system. Based on the disoreted masses and the deformation of bending curve of the roller and roll housing, according to Rayleigh method,the equivalent mass and and the equivalent stiffness of the mode were solved,and set up a multiple degree of freedom vibration dynamic model. And also did theoretical analysis and calculation with an exapmle of the 4200 thick plate rolling mills.     

THE STUDY OF STRAIN FATIGUE CRACK PROPAGATION BEHAVOURS OF VANADIUM BEARING HSLA STEEL

In this paper, the strain fatigue: crack propagation rates of vanadium bearing HSLA steel with different micro-structures are measured under constant load conditions, and the relationship between the crack propagation rate and the microstructures of steel is also studied.     

Prediction of the Economic Development for the Circumjacent Reservoir Region of the Longtan Hydropower Project Using Grey Quantitative Analog

In order to overcome some technical difficulties,we adopt ingenously the grey models combined with the quantitative analog method,and select the Dan Jiangkou Project which has accumulated practical operation data for a long time as the analog project to predict the economic influence for the circumjacent reservoir region of the Longtan hydropower project.On the basis of analog we have built various industrial economic grey models,and compare them with the corresponding predictions for the unconstructed reservoir case.The predictions of the former are greatly larger than the later ones.and hence provides a certain scientific basis for the central leaders to make a decision for constructing the huge hydropower project ultimateiy.     

直墙拱形巷道围岩应力场分析

为得出直墙拱形巷道围岩应力分布规律,应用复变函数弹性理论推导了直墙拱形巷道围岩应力分布的解析表达式。对直墙拱形巷道边界的围岩应力和巷道水平线方向的围岩应力分布规律进行分析,并考虑直墙拱形巷道断面高宽比和侧压系数对其影响规律。研究表明：在不同巷道断面高宽比、侧压系数下,直墙拱形巷道围岩应力集中区域主要集中在直墙底部底角处、拱形顶板中点附近和底板中部3个位置。不同巷道断面高宽比下,直墙拱形巷道沿水平线的应力分布规律基本相同。侧压系数大于1时,采用巷道断面高宽比小于1较有利于巷道稳定;侧压系数小于等于1时,采用巷道断面高宽比大于1较有利于巷道稳定。
