为克服传统有限元方法求解流场时由于对流项占优而引起的求解振荡和基函数选择困难的问题,推导了基于特征线方程的粘性不可压N-S方程的增量型和非增量型分离算法的公式及求解步骤,并讨论了两者的Babuska-Brezzi条件.沿着特征线方向,N-S方程的对流项消失,方程矩阵是自伴随矩阵,可以自动满足有限单元法中能量泛函最小的要求,并可以给出合理的粘性耗散项.动量方程的求解采用非增量型分离算法,压力和速度可以采用任意阶次的插值函数,离散后的方程自动满足Babuska-Brezzi条件.为验证算法的可靠性,采用T3P3空间等阶次U-p单元计算了方柱绕流.结果表明:基于特征线方程的非增量型分离算法可以很好地应用于粘性不可压流场的计算,与目前流行的其它方法相比,该算法有明显的优势. 相似文献

The diel feeding rhythm and ontogenesis during early life stage of loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were investigated under experimental conditions (light: L 06:00–18:00, D 18:00–06:00 h). Morphological and behavioral developments
of loach from newly hatched to 40 days after hatching were observed. Larvae were able to prey on daphnia 3–4 days after hatching
at 23 ± 0.5°C. As the larvae grew, they showed an increasing feeding capacity and a distinct feeding rhythm. Feeding intensity
and incidence for day-4 larvae were highest at 10:00 and 16:00 h. The highest levels of feeding intensity for day-12 larvae
occurred at 08:00, 12:00, and 18:00 h as did feeding incidence. By day 20, when the larvae metamorphosed, the highest levels
of feeding intensity occurred at 06:00, 18:00, and 24:00 h and were concurrent with the highest feeding incidence. After metamorphosis,
feeding capacity had again increased considerably and, in contrast to the earlier stages before day 20, feeding intensity
for day-30 juveniles peaked at 05:00 and 20:00 h, about 1–2 h after the maximum feeding incidence. The feeding rhythm of loach
juveniles at day 40 was almost the same as the day-30 juveniles. The estimated maximum daily feeding rates were 43.1%, 33.4%,
19.0%, 12.8%, and 5.8% of body weight on days 4, 12, 20, 30, and 40, respectively. Thus, loach was found to have different
feeding rhythms in the pre- and post-metamorphosis stages, with the highest feeding activity in daytime during the larval
planktonic stage before metamorphosis, and intensely nocturnal feeding behavior during the juvenile benthic stage after metamorphosis. 相似文献

Both morphological characters and a portion of of 28S rDNA sequences were used to identifying Tomicus species.The specimens were classed into groups with the following characters: 1) granules or punctures on interstria 2 on the declivity of the elytra;2) length of the elytral interstrial hairs and hairs arising from punctures;3) arrangement of pronotal punctures and hairs.These characters could be clearly examined under a binocular microscope at 30×magnification and they were applicable and valuable for the forest entomologists to identify Tomicus species.The phylogenetic tree established with difference in 28S rDNA sequence of D2 region revealed that the specimens of each group identified by morphological characters were also grouped together.The genetic distances of intra-species, inter-species and inter-genus were not overlapped. 为了寻找抗吸浆虫的小麦品种或种质材料,采用田间自然鉴定法鉴定了90份小麦新品种(系)对麦红吸浆虫的抗性,结果表明,不同小麦品种(系)对麦红吸浆虫具有明显的抗性差异。对各种类型的材料分析表明,对麦红吸浆虫表现高抗、中抗、低抗、感虫类型的小麦品种(系)分别占参试品种(系)的4.44%、15.56%、61.11%、18.89%。不同小麦品种(系)具有不同的抗虫性,其单穗虫数、穗被害率、粒被害率、损失率、抗性指数均有较大差异。其中表现高抗的品种(系)有4个,表现中抗的有18个,这些品种(系)可作为抗麦红吸浆虫的主栽和后备品种,或作为亲本材料提供给生产和育种利用。 相似文献

用 ESR 法、化学发光法和分光光度法3种实验模型测定,证明茶多酚消除活性氧自由基的效率达92%—98%,明显优于维生素 C 和维生素 E。动物实验结果表明,口喂或腹腔注射给药,茶多酚能提高小白鼠的全血 GSH-Px 活力(P<0.01)和肝中 SOD 的活力(P<0.05),降低肝和血清中 LPO 的含量(P<0.01),延缓心肌 LF 的形成(P<0.01)。大白鼠在~(60)Co-γ射线照射前后口喂茶多酚,其全血中的 GSH-Px、SOD 均有提高(P<0.01),血浆和肝脏中的 LPO 含量和心肌中 LF的含量接近或优于阳性(牛磺酸)对照组。用~3H-TdR 掺入法测定茶多酚对 SR-Ⅰ癌细胞 DNA 合成的抑制率,结果达98%。荷瘤小鼠口喂茶多酚后,能明显抑制 S180或 EAC 肿瘤的增长,并能增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺重量和胸腺细胞数,3个剂量的茶多酚胸腺指数比对照组分别提高58.5%、43.9%和34.0%。上述结果表明:茶多酚具有抗衰老、抗辐射、抗氧化、消除自由基、防治肿瘤及增加机体免疫力等多种生物学功能。 相似文献

SUMMARY: Two trypsins, designated as trypsin A and trypsin B, have been purified from the hepatopancreas of carp. The purification procedures consisted of ammonium sulfate fractionation, and chromatographies on DEAE-Sephacel, Ultrogel AcA54 and Q-Sepharose. Trypsin A was purified to homogeneity with the molecular mass of approximately 28 kDa, while trypsin B gave two close bands of 28.5 kDa and 28 kDa on sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis both under reducing and non-reducing conditions. On native-PAGE, both trypsin A and trypsin B showed a single band. Trypsin A and trypsin B revealed optimum temperature of 40°C and 45°C, respectively, and shared the same optimum pH 9.0 using Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-MCA as substrate. Both enzymes were effectively inhibited by trypsin inhibitors and their susceptibilities were similar. The NH2 -terminal amino acid sequences of trypsin A and trypsin B were determined to 37th and 40th amino acid residue, respectively. Their sequences were very homologous, but not identical to that of a trypsin-type serine proteinase from carp muscle and these of other trypsins. 应用MicroResp方法研究4种重建森林土壤微生物对不同类型碳源的代谢特征,自然恢复地为对照处理。结果表明,不同培养时间(6 h和继续培养18 h)和不同土壤深度(0~10和10~20 cm),土壤微生物对单一碳源的利用能力差异显著。4种重建森林土壤微生物对碳源利用能力有显著差异,表现为:自然恢复地阔叶混交林阔叶纯林针阔混交林针叶纯林。多样性指数和均匀度指数表明4种重建森林土壤微生物群落多样性的变化趋势为:自然恢复地阔叶混交林阔叶纯林针阔混交林针叶纯林,除自然恢复地外,土壤微生物的多样性和均匀度在4种不同重建森林类型之间差异不显著。主成分分析结果表明,所选15种碳源能够阐述4种不同重建森林土壤微生物功能多样性的差异,森林土壤微生物的敏感碳源主要为糖类。 相似文献

Previously, the application of the fungal endophyte Phomopsis liquidambari B3 exhibited notable effect in alleviating soil obstacles caused by continuous cropping of peanut. It was supposed that P. liquidambari B3 could enhance the efficiency of nodulation and nitrogen fixation by enriching the diversity of nodular endophytic bacteria under continous monocropping system. To verify this hypothesis, a pot experiment was conducted under natural conditions. Four treatments were set as follow: discontinuous cropping soil (NS), continuous cropping soil (CK), continuous cropping soil inoculate with actived P. liquidambari B3 (CSB3), and continuous cropping soil inoculate with sterilized P. liquidambari B3 (CSIB3). As a result, a total of 120 isolates were obtained. Our study clearly declared that the addition of fungal endophyte effectively enriched the genetic diversity and the community composition in CSB3. In contrast, a low genetic diversity level and simplex community structure were exhibited in CK and CSIB3. Meanwhile, the positive percentage rate and corresponding community composition of the plant growth-promoting isolates in NS and CSB3 were larger and more abundant than the other. This is the first time to describe the effects of fungal endophytes on the diversity of the nodular culturable endophytic bacteria associated with continuous cropping of peanut. 相似文献
