超低密度油菜田高效立体种植模式的研究与推广

通过田间小区试验和大田试验示范相结合、并采用多年多点的单因子控制研究,建立了油菜田超低密度栽培与间套种相结合的高效立体种植模式。6年连续示范与推广,油菜套种7种不同农作物三茬四作和四茬五作种植模式平均年产值达75112.50元/hm~2,而传统油-稻-稻耕作制平均年产值只有18612.00元/hm~2,以油菜为主栽作物的高效立体种植法比传统栽培法增加产值56500.50元/hm~2,是传统栽培法的4.04倍。超低密度油菜田高效立体种植模式有利于调动城市郊区农民种植油菜的积极性,提高种田的经济效益。     

Research Progress of the Cure Effect of Eelectrochemotherapy on Tumor

Electrochemotherapy is a new therapy on curing tumor, and it consists of two therapies, which are direct current electrochemotherapy and electric pulse aided antitumor medicine electrochemotherapy. Its widely application prospect is being taken on. Researchers home and overseas study deeply in the wide field of its cure mechanism, ways and means, animal tests and clinical application. Medical studies have shown that electrochemotherapy is an easily operated therapy with excellent curative effect and security. On the basis of these studies, a new therapy is put forward, that is, energy-controllable steep pulse therapy, electric pulse' killing effect on cell membrane is called as irreversible breakdown, and the first-stage study results of this new therapy are introduced.     

Real-time Monitoring System of the Pump Station for High Press Water

With the development of industrial automation technology, the monitoring system becomes more and more important in the control system. The paper discusses the monitoring system design based on the pump station for high press water. At first, the paper introduced the base process and the control system of the pump station for high press water. The control system includes two parts: upper part and lower part. The control network consisted of some PLC controls the device in the system. Then the method of the OOP technology application to the monitoring system design are emphatically introduced and discussed. Finally, the paper briefly introduced the main function models and the key technologies.

北京市集雨消尘绿色环境系统新模型的探讨

针对解决北京市粉尘污染和水资源短缺问题 ,根据现代生态学原理 ,分析了北京现行城市绿色环境系统的缺陷 ,提出了再生粉尘 (或二次粉尘 )和城市水土流失是重要的粉尘来源 ;指出“城市发展前沿带”是形成良性城市绿色环境格局的关键地段 ,它的设计实施是形成新格局的重要时期 ;同时 ,在对降雨分配水分平衡分析的基础上提出了北京市集雨消尘绿色环境系统模型及操作技术。这是建设一个健康有序、稳定持续、较强自净功能城市生态系统的有效方法 ,它的应用可为发展城市林业提供重要水资源 ,产生极大的生态效益和经济效益     

Application of time-frequency distribution correlating and matching method in signal extraction

The time-frequency coupling relation between useful non-stationary components and noises bring great difficulties to the realization of de-noising for non-stationary signals,which can not be solved by classic de-noising method in time or frequency domain. The principles of short time Fourier transform(STFT),Wigner-Ville transform,Chirplet adaptive decomposition are analyzed,and then a novel de-noising method for non-stationary based on joint time-frequency distribution is proposed. In this method,the analyzed signal WVD is seen as the combination of auto-WVD and cross-term WVD. Firstly,STFT energy spectrum of the analyzed signal is used as template to cross-correlate with its corresponding WVD in order to obtain the satisfactory time-frequency distribution with high time-frequency resolution and without cross-term interferences. Secondly,the useful components are decomposed as Chirplet function using the two-dimension least square fitting method,and then are extracted out to reconstruct for noise suppression. Finally,the computer simulation results verify the effectiveness of this proposed method. Its application in gearbox fault diagnosis indicates that with the method the extracted cycle of the gearbox vibration impulses has a good consistency with the corresponding fault frequency.

表达序列标签 (expressed sequence tag,EST)是在生物体特定时空表达基因的一段 c DNA序列。随着生物信息学的发展 ,EST已成为基因定位、基因克隆、基因表达分析的有力工具。文章对应用 EST克隆基因和分析基因表达的研究进展进行了综述 ,并讨论了利用 EST进行基因克隆和表达分析时应注意的问题和发展趋势     

玉米新品种丹玉33号的选育及其特征特性

玉米杂交种丹玉33号（原代号丹123）是丹东农业科学院1996年组配的中熟单交种，1998-2001年参加辽宁省中熟组区域试验及生产试验。该品种高产，抗病，适于辽宁，吉林等地种植。2001年12月通过辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定。     

遮阳网的小气候效应及其对蔬菜生长的影响

在遮阳网覆盖与露地条件下 ,进行不同蔬菜种类的分期播种对比试验 .采用平行观测法 ,较系统地进行小气候和蔬菜生长状况观测 .结合统计分析 ,得到以下主要结论 :( 1)在晴至少云与多云天气条件下 ,遮阳网覆盖能显著降低气温及地温 ,且 0 cm及 10 cm地温降幅大于气温 ;( 2 )在阴雨天气条件下 ,遮阳网覆盖无降温效果 ;( 3)因水气难以散失 ,雨后覆盖遮阳网 ,会造成高温、高湿的小气候条件 ,并会助长病害的蔓延 ;( 4 )无论何种天气条件 ,遮阳网覆盖均会显著削弱太阳辐射 ;( 5)在蔬菜栽培上 ,苗期覆盖遮阳网 ,有减轻病害、保全苗的效果 ;( 6)全生育期覆盖 ,应视品种的耐阴性选用遮光率合适的遮阳网 ,并注意适时揭、盖 ,否则会因光照不足而造成严重减产
