贵州长坡岭林场马尾松毛虫工程治理技术设计

森林病虫害工程治理是一种新的病虫害管理方式，技术设计应严格按工程治理有关规定进行，要体现依靠科学技术和“预防为主，综合防治”的原则，明确治理目标、任务和效果，注意长、中、短期措施相结合，并将各项工程治理措施落实到各实施年度、小班。     

ELISA对动物舍气载魏氏梭菌型别的研究

采用ELISA方法对从一个犊牛舍空气中分离到的魏氏梭菌进行型别的鉴定。结果显示：88％的菌种属于A型，3.4％为C型，8.6％是D型，B型未能确认。     

Frequency distribution of Echinococcus granulosus hydatid cysts in sheep populations in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China.

Age-prevalence and age-intensity data of Echinococcus granulosus hydatid cysts in sheep populations were collected in an abattoir in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China. The frequency distribution of the larval cysts per sheep was empirically described by the negative binomial model, with parameter k being 0.5273. A mathematical model for the life cycle of E. granulosus was applied to the collected data and the results show that the infection pressure on sheep was 0.4362 (female) or 0.4119 (male) infections per year, the mean number of cysts increased linearly by 0.8824 (female) or 0.9971 (male) cysts every year and acquired immunity was too low to depress this rate of increase. According to certain definitions of steady states for taeniid populations, it was concluded that at least in some parts of Xinjiang, the life cycle of E. granulosus was and may still be in an endemic steady state. Consequently, the regular dog-dosing program would readily drive the infection from an endemic state towards extinction.     

静电场分离效应对稻种萌发期生化因素影响的研究

跌落于高压静电场内的水稻种子在场效应作用下，发生沿电场方向的位移，在同一高度下不同种子分离的距离有很大的差异，理想分离区的水稻种子其发芽率及发芽势得到明显的改善，实验结果表明，种子活力提高的机理在于理想分离区的水稻种子，其ａ－淀粉酶、蛋白酶及电导均得到明显的改善。     

北方6种绿化灌木水分胁迫的生理响应

以红瑞木(Cornus alba)、红王子锦带(Weigela florida)、麦李(Prunus glandulosa)、辽东水蜡(Ligustrumobtusifolium)、杞柳(Salix integra)、忍冬(Lonicera maackii)6种绿化灌木幼苗为试验材料。采用盆栽控水法研究水分胁迫对6树种叶绿素相对含量值(DSPA)、相对电导率、丙二醛摩尔质量浓度、游离态脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性糖质量分数的影响,并采用模糊隶属函数法对6树种的抗旱能力进行综合评定。结果表明:6树种的抗旱能力均较强,只是适应干旱的方式不同,其抗旱能力由强到弱依次为彩叶杞柳>辽东水蜡>红瑞木>红王子锦带>麦李>金银忍冬。     

论天气系统下云的观测

在地面气象观测工作中,云的观测是一项最基本的观测要素,它既是现在天气的重要判定依据,也是未来天气预测的重要指标,所以做好云的观测是观测工作的重中之重.地面气象观测中只有把云和与它相对应的天气系统联系起来,借助天气形势的分析判断,把地面气象观测和天气系统的分析判断有机结合起来,用天气学的原理和方法来指导我们的地面气象观测.     

Spontaneous intradural disc herniation with focal distension of the subarachnoid space in a dog

Myelo-computed tomography of a paraparetic 14-year-old dog revealed subarachnoid distension with an intradural filling defect above the T13–L1 disc space. T12–L1 hemilaminectomy followed by durotomy allowed removal of a large piece of degenerated disc material that compressed the spinal parenchyma. Full return to function was achieved 10 days post-surgery. The distension was likely secondary to the intradural herniation, and is a rare and distinct finding.     

Development and evaluation of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on recombinant inorganic pyrophosphatase gene antigen for the detection of Mycoplasma suis antibodies

The recombinant ppa protein of Mycoplasma suis migrated to 21 kDa. Using this antigen, an ELISA system to detect the antibody against M. suis infection in swine was established. The rELISA demonstrated 98.5% specificities among negative samples and 96.9% sensitivity among positive samples with M. suis infection. A comparison of this ELISA system with an indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) test using 132 swine samples revealed that the positive rate was 34.0% in ELISA and 28.0% in IHA. Compared with IHA, the present rELISA system using recombinant ppa antigen significantly improves the specificity, sensitivity, and stability for serodiagnosis of M. suis infection in swine.     

慈溪杨梅硒含量检测结果

检测了慈溪杨梅126批次,平均含硒量0.018mg/kg,其它县市杨梅159批,平均含硒量0.018mg/kg。慈溪杨梅中,硒含量≥0.01mg/kg有118批,占93.7%,其它县市杨梅中只占44.0%;硒含量≥0.015mg/kg的样品占66.6%,而其它县市只占16.4%。结果表明,慈溪杨梅硒含量显著高于其它县市杨梅硒含量,达到富硒食品标准,有利于进行富硒杨梅产业化开发。     

Sesquiterpenes from the marine red alga Laurencia composita

Four new chamigrane derivatives, laurecomin A (1), laurecomin B (2), laurecomin C (3), and laurecomin D (4), one new naturally occurring sesquiterpene, 2,10-dibromo-3-chloro-7-chamigren-9-ol acetate (5), and three known halogenated structures, deoxyprepacifenol (6), 1-bromoselin-4(14),11-diene (7), and 9-bromoselin-4(14),11-diene (8), were isolated from the marine red alga Laurencia composita collected from Pingtan Island, China. The structures of these compounds were unambiguously established by 1D, 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques. The bioassay results showed that 2 was active against both brine shrimp and fungus Colletotrichum lagenarium.
