The differentiation of preadipocytes into adipose tissues is tightly regulated by various factors including microRNAs and cytokines. This article aims to study the effect of miR‐330‐5p on expression of BCAT2 in ovine preadipocytes. Ovine preadipocytes were isolated, and we found that the miR‐330‐5p expression decreased gradually during the early differentiation of ovine preadipocytes, while BCAT2 expression increased. BCAT2 was identified as a direct target of miR‐330‐5p, ectopic expression of miR‐330‐5p could change the expression of both BCAT2 mRNA and protein. Silencing BCAT2 had the same inhibition effects as overexpressing miR‐330‐5p on the preadipocyte differentiation, but overexpressing BCAT2 had the converse effects. Taken together, we demonstrated that miR‐330‐5p is a negative regulator of differentiation by targeting BCAT2, and clarified the role of BCAT2 and miR‐330‐5p during preadipocyte differentiation. 相似文献

采用超高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器,建立鸡肉组织中磺胺二甲嘧啶的检测方法。鸡肉组织中磺胺二甲基嘧啶用乙酸乙酯提取、0.1 mol/L盐酸溶剂转换、正己烷溶脂、MCX柱净化,在270 nm检测波长处用超高液相色谱仪-紫外检测器检测。结果表明:鸡肉组织中磺胺二甲嘧啶的保留时间为0.88min,检出限为2.0μg/kg,定量限为5.0μg/kg,在10~200μg/kg范围内添加回收率为60%~85%,相关系数R2=0.999 5该方法具有快速、简单、回收率高、重现性好、检测限低等优点。 相似文献

Subgroup J avian leukosis virus (ALV-J), first isolated in 1989, predominantly causes myeloid leukosis (ML) in meat-type or egg-type chicken. Since 2006, the clinical cases of hemangioma rather than ML in commercial layer flocks associated with ALV-J have been reported, but it was still not clear whether the novel oncogenic ALV-J had emerged. We characterized SCAU-HN06 isolate of ALV-J from hemangioma in commercial Roman layers through animal experiment and full-length proviral genome sequence analysis. The SPF white leghorn egg-type chickens infected with SCAU-HN06 in ovo at day 11 of incubation showed an overall incidence of 56% hemangioma and 8% renal tumor throughout the 22-week trial, the mortality rate was 16%. Most genes of SCAU-HN06 isolate showed high nucleotide sequence identity to JS09GY6 which was isolated from Hy-Line Variety Brown layers suffering hemangioma. The 19-bp insertion in leader sequence and one key deletion in E element were the common features of SCAU-HN06 and JS09GY6. SCAU-HN06 and those ALV-Js associated with hemangioma, possibly recombinants of ALV-J and other avian retrovirus, may share the same ancestor. 相似文献

试验主要研究了加拿大双低菜粕对奶牛产奶性能的影响,为加拿大双低油菜籽粕在奶牛生产中的科学应用提供理论依据和实践指导。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选择32头荷斯坦奶牛,按年龄、体重、胎次、泌乳期与产奶量随机分组。试验包括2部分。第一部分,日粮粗蛋白含量为14.5%,将16头奶牛随机分为对照组与双低菜粕组,每组8头牛,对照组不饲喂双低菜粕,双低菜粕组在精饲料中添加10%的双低菜粕,替代精饲料中全部的豆粕和棉粕。第二部分,日粮粗蛋白含量为12.5%,将16头奶牛随机分为对照组与双低菜粕组,每组8头牛,对照组不饲喂双低菜粕,双低菜粕组在精饲料中添加5%的双低菜粕,替代精饲料中全部的豆粕和棉粕。试验期75 d,其中预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d。结果表明:蛋白含量为14.5%的双低菜粕组可以提高产奶量,在整个试验期内,平均每头奶牛每天多产奶0.76 kg,对乳成分没有显著影响(P0.05),与对照组相比,双低菜粕组的平均乳脂量、乳蛋白量显著增加(P0.05)。在奶牛日粮中蛋白含量为12.5%时,双低菜粕组对奶牛产奶性能没有显著的影响(P0.05)。因此合理使用加拿大双低菜粕提高奶牛产奶性能,从而提高经济效益。 相似文献

In recent years, the development of antibiotic resistant bacteria has become a global concern which has prompted research into the development of alternative disease control strategies for the swine industry. Bacteriophages (viruses that infect bacteria) offer the prospect of a sustainable alternative approach against bacterial pathogens with the flexibility of being applied therapeutically or for biological control purposes. This paper reviews the use of phages as an antimicrobial strategy for controlling critical pathogens including Salmonella and Escherichia coli with an emphasis on the application of phages for improving performance and nutrient digestibility in swine operations as well as in controlling zoonotic human diseases by reducing the bacterial load spread from pork products to humans through the meat. 相似文献

Studies have found that a dietary supplement of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens improved the growth performance, increased the nutrient digestibility of hosts and modulated the intestinal microflora. A total of 360 1‐day‐old Ross broilers were randomly divided into three treatments: a control group with a basal diet, an antibiotic group with a basal diet and added colistin sulphate, and a probiotics group with a basal diet and added Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The HiSeq high‐throughput sequencing analysis of 16S rRNA was used to investigate the differences in birds’ caecal microflora, and metabolomics was used to analyse changes in caecal metabolites. Results showed that the supplementation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens significantly improved the BW and ADG compared with the control birds. Results of sequencing indicated that (i) 645, 670, 596 unique operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were found in birds supplemented with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on day 7, 21 and 42, separately, (ii) due to the diversity and relative abundance of the birds’ caecal microflora, the OTUs of the caecal microflora clustered according to age and treatment, except on day 42, (iii) among the six predominate families (Ruminococcaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Enterobacteriaceae, Erysipelotrichaceae, Lactobacillaceae and Rikenellaceae), the supplementation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens significantly increased Enterobacteriaceae on day 42, (iv) Bacillus amyloliquefaciens increased the relative abundance of Faecalibacterium and Ruminococcus on day 21, increased the Faecalibacterium and Blautia and decreased the Ruminococcus on day 42. The metabolomics of caecal metabolites showed that the dietary Bacillus amyloliquefaciens changed the caecal metabolites involved of amino acid metabolism and glyceride metabolism, and the antibiotics changed the caecal metabolites that were related to carbohydrates and amino acid metabolism on day 21. 相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加银杏-杜仲叶发酵物(FGEL)对脂多糖(LPS)应激肉仔鸡的生长性能、肠道结构、消化吸收功能和免疫反应的影响,并与未发酵银杏-杜仲叶(GEL)进行比较。采用2×3双因子试验设计,即2种免疫应激处理(腹腔注射LPS或注射等量生理盐水)和3种饲粮处理(基础饲粮及在基础饲粮中添加0.40%GEL或0.40%FGEL的试验饲粮)。选取1日龄健康爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡360只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理均设6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期为21 d。在试验第13、15、17、19和21天,3个应激处理的试鸡腹腔注射500μg/kg BW的LPS,其他3个处理注射等量的生理盐水。在试验第21天最后1次注射后2~4 h进行屠宰取样。结果表明:1)与对照饲粮相比,饲粮添加FGEL的肉仔鸡料重比(F/G)有显著改善(P=0.024),饲粮添加FGEL显著缓解了LPS应激肉仔鸡平均日增重(ADG)(P=0.023)和血清D-木糖的含量(P=0.011)的降低。2)与对照饲粮相比,饲粮添加FGEL显著缓解了LPS应激肉仔鸡十二指肠(P=0.011)和空肠(P=0.030)的相对重量... 相似文献

本文对如东县40个养鸡户的鸡腿病进行了门诊与跟踪调查。从传染病、营养代谢病及饲养管理三个方面对发病原因进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:营养缺乏和代谢紊乱(特别是钙、磷)是该县鸡腿病的主要原因,传染性腿病如疑似病毒性关节炎、禽脑脊髓炎、葡萄球菌性关节炎等也不容忽视。 相似文献
