Investigation of the In Vivo,In Vitro,and In Silico Wound Healing Potential of Pinctada martensii Purified Peptides

Previous studies found that both oral and topical administration of enzymatic digestion products < 3 K Da ultrafiltration fractions of Pinctada martensii mantle (PMPs) had pro-healing effects. Thus, we further purified them by Sephadex-G25 and screened them by cellular assays to obtain Pinctada martensii purified peptides (PMPPs). In this study, we explored the mechanism of PMPPs on wound healing by in vivo, in vitro, and in silico experiments. LC-MS/MS results showed that PMPPs consisted of 33 peptides with molecular weights ranging from 758.43 to 2014.04 Da, and the characteristic peptide was Leu-Asp. The results of cellular assays showed that PMPPs promoted the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts (HSF) (135%) and human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells (125%) very significantly at 12.5 μg/mL. The in vivo results showed that PMPPs could achieve scarless healing by inhibiting the inflammatory response, accelerating the epithelialization process, and regulating collagen I/III ratio. The optimal peptide sequence FAFQAEIAQLMS of PMPPs was screened for key protein receptors in wound healing (EGFR1, FGFR1, and MMP-1) with the help of molecular docking technique, which also showed to be the key pro-healing active peptide sequence. Therefore, it may provide a therapeutic strategy with great potential for wound healing.     

祁连山东部冰雹气候特征及防雹实例效果分析

运用统计学方法对祁连山东部武威市的五站近50a的冰雹资料、历史天气图和卫星云图进行了分析,得出了祁连山东部冰雹天气的地理分布规律、气候特征以及冰雹天气产生的环流形势和云图特征,做出了冰雹易发区的冰雹路径图。同时分析了近几年的防雹实例的效果,结果表明:取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

重庆开县3个锦橙品种留树贮藏试验初报

对重庆市开县3个锦橙品种留树贮藏效果进行探索,结果表明,‘开陈72-1’、‘开盛76-8’和‘北碚447’3个锦橙品种留树贮藏至2月下旬,能维持较高的坐果率、商品果率、外观色泽和可溶性固形物含量;‘开陈72-1’最适宜做开县锦橙留树贮藏品种。     

生根粉在八仙花扦插繁殖中的应用研究简

在八仙花（Hydrangea macrophylla）扦插繁殖中,使用不同浓度的用生根粉配制的溶液,并进行不同施用方式及不同施用时间的处理。试验结果表明,合理使用生根粉,能够有效地提高八仙花扦插繁殖的生根率。     

Analysis of genetic variation in eggplant and related Solanum species using sequence-related amplified polymorphism markers

Collection and characterization of all sorts of germplasm resources are required for the development of new cultivars. Molecular characterization is more reliable than morphological characterization. Here, we employed sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers to evaluate genetic variation in a diverse collection of 56 Solanum accessions. Fifty-five SRAP primer combinations were used and a total of 635 polymorphic bands were observed. Cluster analysis by the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages based on similarity matrices indicated that there were three clusters: (i) S. melongena; (ii) S. aethiopicum; (iii) S. surattense. The coefficients of genetic similarity among all the accessions ranged from 0.04 to 0.96 with an average of 0.73, and averaged 0.78 among S. melongena accessions originated from China, indicating extensive genetic variation. These results demonstrated that SRAP can be efficiently used to estimate genetic diversity and analyze phylogenetic relationship.     

利用CAPS标记辅助辣椒PVY抗性基因PVr4转育的研究

利用国外报道的与PVr4基因紧密连锁的CAPS标记,对辣椒抗PVY基因PVr4的转育进行了研究和探讨。采用与报道的相同抗源材料CdM334为回交的供体亲本,与5个自交系77013、75-7-3-1、83077、83078、83-163进行回交,在BC1代进行了分子标记的选择。从5个BC1群体75-7-3-1×(CdM334×75-7-3-1)、77013×(CdM334×77013)、83077×(CdM334×83077)、83078×(CdM334×83078)、83-163×(CdM334×83-163)中,分别检测出含有抗病连锁标记的单株21株、15株、10株、11株、12株。     

羊肚菌冷冻干燥加工技术研究

通过实验,研究确定了了冻干羊肚菌的共晶点和共融点,得到了最佳冻干曲线,通过对冻干羊肚菌和传统风干羊肚菌的理化指标及感官指标的比较,证实了冷冻干燥羊肚菌的加工工艺的优越性。
