对62份优质晚籼稻新品系产量因素进行相关分析和通径分析.结果表明:各产量因素与产量均呈正相关,其中穴穗数、结实率和穗长与产量的相关达极显著或显著水平;对产量的净贡献率大小依次为穴穗数(39.2%)、结实率(24.58%)、每穗总粒数(17.8%)、千粒重(15.37%)。株高和穗长作用极微弱且为负值。各产量因素问相互制约,相互促进。根据研究结果和育种实践,认为优质晚籼稻高产育种的主攻方向是提高穴穗数、结实率和总粒数;高产(产量在550kg/667m^2以上)结构模式应该是有效穗21—23万穗/667m^2,每穗总粒数160—175粒,结实率85%-90%,千粒重25—28g. 相似文献

Agrobacterium tumefaciens‐mediated transformation (ATMT) is being increasingly recognized as an effective insertional mutagenesis tool in studies of filamentous fungi for gene discovery and functional analysis. We developed and optimized ATMT for 2 Colletotrichum species, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Colletotrichum acutatum, the causative agents of Colletotrichum leaf disease in rubber trees in Southern China. A. tumefaciens strain AGL‐1 carrying an ILV1 gene and a green fluorescent protein gene were used to transform the conidia of these 2 Colletotrichum species. The transformation efficiency was correlated with the co‐cultivation duration and bacterial cell concentrations, which reached 300–400 transformants per 1 × 106 conidia after optimization. Southern blot analysis indicated that about 60.0% of the C. gloeosporioides transformants and 46.2% of the C. acutatum transformants had a single copy of T‐DNA in their genomes. Fungal genomic DNA segments flanking the T‐DNA were identified in the transformants through thermal asymmetrical interlaced polymerase chain reaction followed by sequencing. The flanking sequences from 4 C. acutatum and 7 C. gloeosporioides transformants showed moderate or weak homology to the NCBI database entries. Some sequences matching those reported virulence‐related genes. The results suggest that the T‐DNA inserted mutants banks constructed are useful for the discovery of new or important genes and to elucidate their function in the 2 Colletotrichum species. 相似文献

Slow controlled release fertilizer (SRF) is the hot direction of new fertilizer development, but there is no unified, perfect, standardized classification basis. This paper documents a review of literature related to the classification of SRF, summarizes the history about development for the classification of SRF in three phases, proposes an improved classification of physical, chemical, and compound types. The aim of the current review is to provide evidence on which to base the selection and further development of innovative enhanced efficiency SRF. The study also further clarifies the attribution of various fertilizers and illustrates the use of representative fertilizers in each category. A kind of low-calorie structured lipid (LCSL) was obtained by interesterification of tributyrin (TB) and methyl stearate (St-ME), catalyzed by a commercially immobilized 1,3-specific lipase, Lipozyme RM IM from Rhizomucor miehei . The condition optimization of the process was conducted by using response surface methodology (RSM). The optimal conditions for highest conversion of St-ME and lowest content LLL-TAG (SSS and SSP; S, stearic acid; P, palmitic acid) were determined to be a reaction time 6.52 h, a substrate molar ratio (St-ME:TB) of 1.77:1, and an enzyme amount of 10.34% at a reaction temperature of 65 °C; under these conditions, the actually measured conversion of St-ME and content of LLL-TAG were 78.47 and 4.89% respectively, in good agreement with predicted values. The target product under optimal conditions after short-range molecular distillation showed solid fat content (SFC) values similar to those of cocoa butter substitutes (CBS), cocoa butter equivalent (CBE), and cocoa butters (CB), indicating its application for inclusion with other fats as cocoa butter substitutes. 相似文献

Obesity is an important topic in the world of public health and preventive medicine. Inhibition of preadipocyte proliferation plays an important role in the mechanisms of proposed antiobesity. In this in vitro study, the inhibitory effect of phenolic acids on 3T3-L1 preadipocytes was evaluated, and a relationship analysis was then conducted. The results showed that the addition of phenolic acids to the growth medium decreased the cell population growth of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The IC50 values of chlorogenic acid, gallic acid, o-coumaric acid and m-coumaric acid on 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were 72.3, 43.3, 48.2, and 49.2 microM, respectively. A relationship analysis indicated that there is a significant linear correlation between the influence of phenolic acids on cell population growth and their antioxidant activity (r = 0.77, p < 0.01). The cell cycle assay indicated that the treatment of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes with chlorogenic acid, o-coumaric acid, and m-coumaric acid caused cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase. Gallic acid did not affect the cell cycle profile; however, it increased the number of apoptotic cells (sub-G1 phase) in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-propidium iodide (PI) apoptosis flow cytometric assay showed that gallic acid increased the number of early apoptotic (annexin V-FITC+/PI-) and late apoptotic cells (annexin V-FITC+/PI+) but not necrotic cells (annexin V-FITC-/PI+). The treatment of cells with gallic acid caused the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (delta psi(m)). These results indicate that the inhibition of preadipocyte population growth by some phenolic acids might have further implication in in vivo antiobesity effects. 相似文献
