芽孢杆菌HSY-8-1对植物病原真菌的抑制及其抑菌产物特性

为挖掘用于生物防治的微生物资源,自海南蚕豆枯萎病区土壤分离1株芽孢杆菌HSY-8-1,经抗菌试验分析表明,其代谢产生的拮抗物质对引发植物立枯病和根腐病的立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和镰刀菌(Fusariumspp.)抑菌作用较强,具有使病菌菌丝扭曲、缢缩等致畸效应,并抑制立枯丝核菌的菌核形成。研究表明,在NB液体培养基中发酵时,进入稳定生长期后开始产生抑菌物质,72 h时累积达到最大值。这种抑菌物质的特性为外泌型、水溶性,可透过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,对热、酸、碱、蛋白酶水解、紫外线照射等影响有较强的稳定性。     

Intranasal epidermoid cyst causing upper airway obstruction in three brachycephalic dogs

This case report describes three brachycephalic dogs with intranasal epidermoid cysts that were causing additional upper airway obstruction. Although epidermoid cysts have been described in several locations in dogs, to the authors’ knowledge intranasal epidermoid cysts have not been previously reported. All dogs had mucopurulent to haemorrhagic nasal discharge. Magnetic resonance imaging of the head revealed the presence of unilateral or bilateral intranasal cystic lesions obstructing the nasal cavities partially or completely, with atrophy of the ipsilateral nasal turbinates. The cystic lesions were surgically excised in all dogs using a modified lateral alveolar mucosal approach to the affected nasal cavity. Aerobic, anaerobic and fungal culture of the cystic contents were negative and histology of the excised tissue was consistent with a benign intranasal epidermoid cyst in each dog. Upper airway obstruction was clinically improved in two dogs.     

Climate Change During the Last Deglaciation in Antarctica

Greenland ice core records provide clear evidence of rapid changes in climate in a variety of climate indicators. In this work, rapid climate change events in the Northern and Southern hemispheres are compared on the basis of an examination of changes in atmospheric circulation developed from two ice cores. High-resolution glaciochemical series, covering the period 10,000 to 16,000 years ago, from a central Greenland ice core and a new site in east Antarctica display similar variability. These findings suggest that rapid climate change events occur more frequently in Antarctica than previously demonstrated.     

奶花芸豆种植密度与施肥量优化组合模式的研究

采用正交回归旋转组合设计，研究了密度、氮（N）、磷（P2O5）、钾（K2O）施用量对奶花芸豆产量的影响，通过田间试验测定参数，利用计算机技术对试验数据进行处理，建立了产量函数模型，经计算机模拟寻优，筛选出了产量的最佳农艺措施组合方案。在试验条件下，当奶花芸豆栽培密度为150000株／hm^2，施氮量300kg／hm^2，施磷量200kg／hm^2，施钾量45kg／hm^2组合时，产量可达到3833．4kg／hm^2。     

Hair alterations in trichophytosis of roe deer--a differential diagnosis for hair parakeratosis

A rare case of mycosis (ringworm) in a female roedeer is described and compared with parakeratosis of hair. It seems that in game, parakeratosis--as a primary lesion--predisposes to mycosis.
