健康及巴氏杆菌感染鸡 (10CFUC4 8- 1多杀性巴氏杆菌 /只鸡 ,im)按 5mg/kg恩诺沙星单次im后 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法检测用药后不同时间点的血浆药物浓度。结果表明 ,恩诺沙星在健康及巴氏杆菌感染鸡体内的消除均符合二室开放模型。巴氏杆菌感染可显著加速鸡体内恩诺沙星的消除 ,推测可能与感染鸡体内巴氏杆菌裂解后产生的内毒素有关。内毒素可刺激骨髓产生大量白细胞 ,而恩诺沙星又恰恰能在吞噬细胞中富集 ,且在富集后可迅速向周围炎性组织中释放 ,因此导致血中药物浓度下降。提示在应用恩诺沙星预防、治疗细菌性疾病时 ,利用其在健康鸡体内的药物动力学参数指导临床用药 ,有时是不适宜的。 相似文献

SummaryA dynamic simulation model for onion growth at potential production level (ALCEPAS), presented in a previous paper, was validated using data on leaf area index, bulb and green leaf dry-matter production, bulb formation and day of fall-over from independent trials at four locations. The model performance in terms of bulb dry-matter production was good under environmental conditions close to the optimum, but insufficient under stress situations. SummaryThe dependence between flowering cycles and woody stem parts of a rose crop was studied, with respect to plant architecture and carbohydrate content. Two harvesting methods (“control” versus “flush”) and two plant types (“control” versus “one stemmed”) were compared. Crop growth and partitioning of dry matter were studied as influenced by crop management during 18 months of culture. For a full-productive year, flush harvesting generally promoted bud break as compared with continuous harvesting but at the same time, also due to lower light interception, blind-shoot formation was enhanced and the individual flower weight reduced. Numbers of basal shoots were hardly related to flower production over a full cropping year. Flower production was much more sensitive to the number and diameter of branches at the height of cutting the flowers. The treatments did not affect carbohydrate allocation in the plant. Total carbohydrate storage was much too low to argue a clear role for the possible use of movement of carbohydrate reserves towards new growth. Maximum starch concentration was found at the beginning of summer and gradually dropped to a minimum in December and then increased again to a spring maximum. A cold treatment did increase the total non-structural carbohydrate (TNC) concentration but no positive influence on new basal-shoot formation was observed. Soil inoculation with cyanobacteria (cyanobacterization) is a biotechnological method widely studied to improve soil quality and productivity. During their growth on soil, cyanobacteria excrete exopolysaccharides (EPSs) which glue trichomes to soil particles, in a three-dimensional extracellular polymeric matrix. EPS productivity is an important screening parameter to select proficient inoculants and is affected by growth conditions and abiotic stresses. In this study, we evaluated the capability of the cyanobacterium Schizothrix cf. delicatissima AMPL0116 to form biocrusts when inoculated in sand microcosms under stressing conditions, and the characteristics of the synthesized polymeric matrix. In parallel, we evaluated the characteristics of exopolysaccharidic exudates of the strain when grown in liquid culture, under optimal growth setting. Our results pointed out at significant differences of the exopolymers produced in the two conditions in terms of monosaccharidic composition and molecular weight distribution, and proved the capability of S. cf. delicatissima AMPL0116 to form stable bioaggregates on sandy soils. 相似文献

用8个不同生态类型的粳稻品种配成8×8双列杂交,研究8个重要农艺性状的杂种优势以及亲本的配合力。结果表明,不同生态类型间杂种F1 各性状的优势有正有负。56个F1组合平均, 小区产量性状表现19.5%的高亲优势, F1小区产量超过高亲值的组合占87.5%,其余7个性状的F1值位于中亲值与高亲值之间。 在不同生态类型所构成的总体中,株高、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数和小区产量4个性状的加性遗传方差和非加性遗传方差同等重要;抽穗期、穗长、单株有效穗3个性状的加性遗传方差更重要;千粒重性状非加性遗传方差更为重要。小区产量和产量构成因素一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应方差较大的亲本是秀水04和3726;特殊配合力效应大且综合性状优良的组合是越光/秀水04。 相似文献

The relative strength of adhesions created by three different gastropexy techniques in dogs was evaluated two and six months following surgery. Tube gastrostomy formed a stronger adhesion (p>.001) when compared with simple gastropexy and permanent gastropexy two months after operation.
