森林认证的发展及其对中国森林经营的影响

介绍森林认证的由来、目标、体系。阐述中国森林认证发展历程,分析森林认证在森林可持续经营,森林资源经营管理水平、科技含量、经济、社会和生态效益,生态环境保护,经营方案编制,经营活动监测,人工林经营和管理等方面的重要促进作用,藉此提出我国森林可持续经营建议。     

Synthesis of 3-(4-Bromobenzyl)-5-(aryl methylene)-5H-furan-2-ones and their activity as inhibitors of the photosynthetic electron transport chain

A series of 12 3-(4-bromobenzyl)-5-(arylmethylene)-5 H-furan-2-one lactones, designed using the naturally occurring toxin nostoclides as a lead structure, were synthesized and screened as potential inhibitors of photosynthetic electron transport. The structures were confirmed by (1)H and (13)C NMR, MS, and IR analyses. Their biological activity was evaluated both in vitro, as the ability to interfere with light-driven reduction of ferricyanide by isolated spinach chloroplasts, and in vivo, as the capability to inhibite the oxygen production by intact Chlorella cells. Some of the compounds exhibited inhibitory properties in the micromolar range against basal and phosphorylating electron flow from water to K 3[Fe(CN) 6], with no effect on uncoupled electron flow. Thus, they seem to behave as energy-transfer inhibitors. Although poor solubility in water may limit their effectiveness, the active derivatives could present structures to be exploited for the design of new substances endowed with herbicidal activity.

超薄生物降解地膜降解特征及对有机稻生产和效益的影响

研究超薄生物降解地膜应用于有机水稻生产,生物降解地膜的降解特性及其对稻田杂草、用水量、水稻产量和经济效益的影响.结果表明,黑色生物降解地膜(QTH)可以有效地保温保墒,并有效抑制杂草;同时,显著地提高了水稻的结实率、糙米率和精米率,使产量提高了14％,蛋白质含量提高了9.38％.     

中国美利奴羊羊毛弯曲相关microRNA的筛选

【目的】 研究miRNA在不同羊毛弯曲中国美利奴羊皮肤组织中的表达差异及其可能参与的调控通路,筛选出与中国美利奴羊羊毛弯曲相关的miRNA,为进一步探究细毛羊羊毛弯曲性状的调控机理提供理论依据。【方法】 运用高通量测序技术对羊毛弯曲频率有极端差异表型值(大弯曲组与小弯曲组)细毛羊个体皮肤的miRNA组进行测序与比较分析。【结果】 共鉴定出425个miRNAs,其中包括143个已知miRNAs和282个新发现的miRNAs。在大弯曲组与小弯曲组共筛选到8个上调和17个下调的miRNAs。对差异miRNA的预测靶基因进行简单的Gene Ontology与KEGG Pathway富集分析。差异表达的miRNA的靶基因主要参与跨膜信号受体活动、信号转导活动、分子转导活动、膜的组成等过程。15 761个靶基因注释到252个信号通路。【结论】 筛选出了25个与细毛羊羊毛弯曲性状相关的候选miRNAs。     

Strangulation of the small intestine by an anomalous congenital band in a yearling

Strangulating obstruction of the small intestine by anomalous mesenteric bands is an uncommon cause of colic in horses. The most commonly reported bands are mesodiverticular bands that are embryological remnants of the vitelline arteries. Despite the congenital nature of the anomaly, a wide age range of horses can be affected. This report describes a case of small intestinal strangulating obstruction caused by an unusual, anomalous congenital band attached to the ileocaecal fold in a yearling colt. Information including case background, history, clinical, laboratory, surgical and pathological findings is described.     

新疆不同地区牛源大肠杆菌耐药性分析

This study was aimed to investigate the resistance of Escherichia coli isolates from cattle farms in Xinjiang to antibiotics. The resistances of Escherichia coli isolates from cattle farms in five regions to commonly used antibiotic were determined using microdilution broth assay. Escherichia coli isolates were highly resistant to ampicillin (up to 39.3%) in all regions, and existed multidrug-resistant, but zero resistance was the dominant. Escherichia coli isolates from E cattle farm in Cherqi town, Baicheng county, exhibited resistant to three kinds of quinolones (6.7%). The results suggested that the resistances of Escherichia coli isolates to commonly used antibiotics were not serious in Xinjiang.     

Palmitic Acid and Ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol Contribute to the Apoptotic Effect and Cell Cycle Arrest of an Extract from Marthasterias glacialis L. in Neuroblastoma Cells

We describe the effect of a chemically characterized lipophilic extract obtained from Marthasterias glacialis L. against human breast cancer (MCF-7) and human neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) cell lines. Evaluation of DNA synthesis revealed that both cell lines were markedly affected in a concentration-dependent way, the SH-SY5Y cell line being more susceptible. Cell cycle arrest was observed, an effect induced by the sterol, ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol, present in the extract. Morphological evaluation of treated cells showed the advent of lipid droplets and chromatin condensation compatible with apoptosis, which was confirmed by the evaluation of caspase-3 and -9 activities. Palmitic acid was the main compound responsible for this apoptotic effect by a ceramide-independent mechanism that involved endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-stress with upregulation of CCAAT/-enhancer-binding protein homologous protein (CHOP).
