枸杞负泥虫在信阳1年发生5代,以蛹在土中结白茧越冬。成虫来年4月中旬羽化后开始取食和交尾,以后各代成、幼虫为害颠茄草叶片,严重者甚至吃成渔网状。10月上旬幼虫入土结白茧化蛹越冬。疑有世代重叠现象。人工防治和0.5%大印乳油200mL/667m2喷雾效果好。  相似文献

The composite photocatalysts were made by using solid dispersion method with nano-TiO2 loaded on hydrophobic or hydrophilic zeolite and zeolite with different pore diameters. The removal and mineralization efficiency of oxytetracycline (OTC) in aqueous solution were investigated under the irradiation of 32 W UV lamps by composite photocatalysts loaded with different ratios of nano-TiO2. The results showed that UV/10%TZ2 (hydrophilic zeolite) achieved a better removal efficiency of OTC than UV/40%TZ1 (hydrophobic zeolite) while UV/15%T5A (hydrophilic zeolite with a pore diameter of 0.5 nm) achieved a better removal efficiency of OTC than UV/10%T13X (hydrophilic zeolite with a pore diameter of 1 nm). That is to certify that the hydrophilic zeolite and zeolite with small pore diameters loaded with nano-TiO2 could achieve better removal effects for OTC in aqueous solution. The OTC that adsorbed on the inside surface of 13X cannot be degraded due to the out range of hydroxyl radicals attack.  相似文献

Quinoa (ChenopodiumquinoaWilld.) is a highly nutritious Andean seed crop which shows great potential to grow under a range of hostile environments. The objective of this study was to investigate the differences of drought tolerance of a Bolivian (Achachino) and a Danish (Titicaca) variety, and especially drought‐related adaption strategies. Soil water status was expressed as the fraction of transpirable soil water (FTSW). Relative stomatal conductance (RSC), relative transpiration (RT) and relative leaf water potential (RLW) were calculated by determining stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and leaf water potential of the drought‐treated plants relative to those of fully irrigated plants. The responses of RSC, RT and RLW to decreasing FTSW were described by a linear‐plateau model. The critical value of FTSW was the threshold of FTSW where the parameters studied decreased. The thresholds increased CS for stomatal conductance, CT for transpiration and CLfor leaf water potential. Achachino showed significantly lower CT and CL when compared with Titicaca, implying that transpiration and leaf water potential were less affected under mild drought conditions in the Bolivian variety. CS in Achachino was significantly higher than CL and CT, which indicated that stomatal conductance declined before transpiration and leaf water potential were reduced. Such difference was found in Titicaca where reduction of leaf area had more effect on transpiration than stomatal closure. Slower growth rate and smaller leaf area in combination with a lower stomatal conductance was found to contribute to drought resistance in Achachino. ABA concentration in the xylem sap tended to increase in both varieties after 2 days onset of drought, prior to decline in leaf water potential. Titicaca showed significantly (P < 0.05) higher ABA concentration when compared with Achachino under both fully irrigated and drought conditions. Titicaca had higher xylem nutrient concentration in comparison with Achachino in both fully‐watered and drought plants at day 2 after onset of soil drying. It was concluded that Titicaca was more sensitive to progressive drought than Achachino which avoided water loss by means of lower growth rate and smaller leaf area.  相似文献

本研究以抗虫水稻恢复系9311(Bt)及其杂交种F1(Bt)为研究材料,以非转基因的9311为阴性对照,利用ELISA方法研究9311(Bt)及F1(Bt)各生育时期可溶性总蛋白和Bt蛋白的时空变化规律,为转Bt基因抗虫水稻的安全监管提供科学依据。结果表明:外源基因的导入没有引起水稻组织中可溶性总蛋白含量的明显变化;9311(Bt)的Bt蛋白表达量在整个生长周期的各个部位均高于相应的F1(Bt)植株;同一植株不同组织器官中Bt蛋白表达量为:叶片跃胚乳跃颖壳及茎秆跃根;同一植株不同发育期叶片Bt蛋白的测定结果整体表现为:营养生长阶段跃生殖生长阶段跃成熟衰老阶段。研究结果为转Bt基因抗虫水稻适宜检测时期的选择提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

The pledge of stock rights is a method for measuring the external horizontal connections of enterprises, which is more suitable to represent the city network compared with the vertical connections of enterprises. Meanwhile, it is greatly significant to express the relationships of regional spaces. The paper characterizes and explores the evolution of urban spatial structure with complex network research methods to enrich the relevant works on city networks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2017. The results are as follows: First, from 2011 to 2017, the pledge of stock rights among cities was enhanced significantly, and the trend of the city networks' characteristics become strengthened and more complicated. Second, cities in the Yangtze River Delta have relatively high connection values, however, cities in the western area are holding peripheral positions within the city network. Third, due to the advantages of economic agglomeration and radiation, the provincial capital have become the core nodes in the city network. Fourth, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanjing have dominant positions within city networks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Particularly, Shanghai, as one of the leading financial centers in China, has a growing influence on other cities and gradually evolved into a regional growth pole city and the first core city.  相似文献

The vigorous development of rural E-commerce reveals a powerful pattern of economic clustering. Recently, many Taobao Villages have formed in more than 80% of the provinces in rural China, and increasingly households are using E-commerce for entrepreneurial innovation in Taobao Villages. However, the effect and mechanism of the Taobao Village model on households' entrepreneurship behavior remain unclear. Using survey data and structural equation modeling, we analyzed the factors of households' entrepreneurship behavior and investigated the mechanism of rural E-commerce clustering on the households' entrepreneurship behavior in Taobao Villages. The results show that: (1) rural E-commerce clusters stimulated entrepreneurial enthusiasm and increased entrepreneurial behavior; (2) local resource endowment, entrepreneurial atmosphere and culture, threshold for entrepreneurship, and demonstrative leadership had significant positive effects on households' entrepreneurship behavior; (3) external environmental support, including government, and external business environment support had significant positive effects on E-commerce development. All these results indicate that rural E-commerce clusters promote households' entrepreneurship behavior.  相似文献

Salinity tolerance of 47 wild barley genotypes and six barley cultivars was evaluated under control and salinity stress (300 mM NaCl) conditions. Shoot and root dry weight (DW), plant height, membrane stability index (MSI), relative water content, survival rate, leaf malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline contents, root and leaf Na, K, Ca and K/Na ratio, and chlorophyll a fluorescence were measured. Salinity stress caused significant increase in the MDA, proline content, Na and Ca concentrations of the roots and leaves, but resulted in a decrease in the other traits. H. spontaneum genotypes were considerably less affected by the salinity than the genotypes of H. vulgare. Plant survivability was negatively correlated with the Na concentration (r =−.66) but positively correlated with the leaf K/Na ratio (r = .67) and MSI (r = .68). Tolerance mechanisms such as ion exclusion (Na) were likely to be present in the wild barley causing K/Na homeostasis as well as the much lower root and shoot Na, resulting in the higher survival rate.  相似文献

2002年10月—2003年4月,在西北农林科技大学林学院进行了魔芋葡甘聚糖保鲜板栗试验,通过四种处理对比,结果为,0.3%的魔芋葡甘聚糖水溶液和0.3%的魔芋葡甘聚糖水溶液+0.2%的丙酸钙两个处理分别比对照降低呼吸强度53.7%、54.1%,减少水分损耗34.1%、41.3%,处理后的板栗在0~2℃条件下贮藏6个月后无霉坏发生,保鲜效果较好。  相似文献

果林下六种牧草的光响应特性与地上生物量关系的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在果林下间作菊苣、紫花苜蓿(新疆大叶)、紫花苜蓿(驯鹿)、红三叶、鸭茅、无芒雀麦,对6种牧草的产量和光响应特性进行测定分析,研究不同牧草在果林的生长状况。结果表明:六种牧草产量的高低依次为菊苣>驯鹿苜蓿>新疆大叶>鸭茅>红三叶>无芒雀麦。利用叶子飘新模型[15~16]对6种牧草的光响应曲线拟合表明菊苣、紫花苜蓿(新疆大叶)、紫花苜蓿(驯鹿)的光合能力较强,最大净光合速率均大于15μmol CO2.m -2.s – 1。六种牧草的光补偿点的大小为鸭茅<菊苣<新疆大叶<驯鹿苜蓿<无芒雀麦<红三叶,光饱和点为驯鹿苜蓿>新疆大叶>无芒雀麦>鸭茅>红三叶>菊苣;六种牧草在光量子小于400μmol m-2.s-1时Pn均值与第一茬鲜草产量存在显著相关关系。  相似文献
