Industrial poverty alleviation is one of the most important aspects of targeted poverty alleviation. Identifying the mechanism influencing the spatial differentiation of the benefits of industrial poverty alleviation plays an essential role in optimising an industrial layout for poverty alleviation, consolidating poverty alleviation achievements, and revitalising rural industries. This study examined the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the benefits of industrial poverty alleviation at the village level using the household data collected from Jiangjin District, Chongqing, China. The results show that the benefits of industrial poverty alleviation presented obvious spatial differentiation in the villages with the overall performance being high in the north and low in the south and decreasing from the south of the county to the north and south. Spatially, there was a significant positively correlated agglomeration effect. High-value agglomeration areas were concentrated in the north with the characteristics of ‘one centre and two subcentres’. However, low-value and outlier agglomeration effects were not obvious, presenting sporadic distribution. Seven major factors affect industrial poverty alleviation in Jiangjin District, including average altitude and land transfer rate. The interaction between any two of the seven factors has a more significant impact than that of a single factor. 相似文献

Degradation of ZJ0273, a recently developed pyrimidynyloxybenzoic‐based herbicide, was investigated in five different soils under aerobic conditions. ZJ0273 degradation rate was strongly affected by soil physico‐chemical characteristics and the inoculation of ZJ0273‐degrading bacteria. Greater organic matter (OM) content, neutral pH and inoculation of ZJ0273‐degrading bacteria can increase degradation rate and decrease the half‐life value (DT50). At 30°C the biodegradation rate of ZJ0273 reached 41–85% in natural (unsterilized) soils. It ranged from 69 to 96% at 90 days after treatment (DAT) in five different types of soils after re‐inoculation of Amycolatopsis sp. M3‐1 and DT50 decreased by 34 , 81, 16, 20 and 32 days, respectively, in soils S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5. Furthermore, using the six metabolites (M1–M6) identified six metabolites (M1–M6) by liquid chromatography‐mass spectrometry (LC‐MS) and their behaviour, a biodegradation pathway of ZJ0273 in soils was proposed. New metabolites, M5 and M6, were found in soils. Biodegradation of ZJ0273 involved continuous biocatalytic reactions, such as de‐estering, hydrolysis, acylation, C‐N cleavage, de‐methyl and ether cleavage reactions. Finally, ZJ0273 was bio‐transformed into M4 and M6, which could be degraded and oxidized into CO2 and H2O through the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. 相似文献

This study describes the activity‐guided isolation of antioxidant agents from tartary buckwheat bran (TBB). The ethanol crude extract of oil‐free TBB was partitioned sequentially into ethyl acetate, n‐butanol, and residual aqueous fractions. The ethyl acetate fraction (EAF) had the highest phenolic and flavonoid contents and showed the strongest antioxidant activity. EAF was superior to rutin and inferior to vitamin C (Vc) in DPPH radical scavenging ability, had an advantage over rutin and Vc in ABTS radical scavenging ability, and again surpassed rutin and quercetin in reducing power. Then EAF was subjected to column chromatography, and isolated compounds were identified using nuclear magnetic resonance data by comparing with those reported in the literature. Finally, the bioassay‐guided fractionation of the crude ethanol extract of TBB afforded three known compounds (quercetin, p‐hydroxybenzoic acid, and daucosterol) responsible for antioxidant activity. p‐Hydroxybenzoic acid and daucosterol were isolated from buckwheat grain for the first time. Taken together, establishing of the three pure compounds is of paramount importance to the understanding of antioxidant activity of TBB, and there is an immense potential to process TBB or its EAF into value‐added functional foods and beverages. 相似文献

The aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides leaves has been commonly known as Du-zhong tea as a functional health food for the treatment of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and fatty liver. This study developed a centrifugal ultrafiltration-high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for screening and identification of bioactive compounds in E. ulmoides leaves binding with bovine serum albumin (BSA). Six active compounds were screened, isolated, and elucidated by their ultraviolet (UV), electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data as geniposidic acid (1), caffeic acid (2), chlorogenic acid (3), quercetin-3-O-sambubioside (4), rutin (5), and isoquercitrin (6). The interaction between active compounds and BSA was investigated in the absence and presence of other compounds by quenching the intrinsic BSA fluorescence. The results indicated that the structures significantly affected the binding process. The values of binding constants for compounds 2-6 were in the range of 10(5)-10(6) mol L(-1), while geniposidic acid (1) hardly quenching the BSA intrinsic fluorescence. However, the quenching process of geniposidic acid was easily affected in the presence of other active compounds. The formation of the geniposidic acid-phenylpropanoid (flavonoid) complex could increase the binding affinity of geniposidic acid with BSA; however, the increased steric hindrance of the complex may make phenylpropanoid or flavonoid dissociate from BSA and then decrease their affinities. 相似文献

To discover new synthesis technology and increase the degree of substitution (DS) of carboxymethyl starch (CMS), ultrasound‐modified CMS (U‐CMS) was successfully prepared under ultrasonic irradiation in the alkali condition with corn starch (CS) as the raw material, ethyl alcohol as the solvent, and monochloroacetic acid as the carboxymethylated reagent. The effects of ultrasound conditions (ultrasonic action sequence, ultrasonic radiation time, and ultrasonic power) and etherification time after ultrasonic irradiation on DS of U‐CMS were studied separately through single‐factor experiments. Meanwhile, the granule morphology, crystal type, and molecular structure of U‐CMS were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR). The results showed that DS of U‐CMS prepared under certain conditions (ultrasonic radiation time before alkalization, 40 min; ultrasonic radiation temperature, 35°C; ultrasonic power, 170 W; and etherification time, 180 min) improved 38.7% compared with that without ultrasonic radiation. The SEM, XRD, and FT‐IR results illustrated that crystal‐type change of the starch granule after ultrasonic irradiation was not obvious. However, the number of sunken points and holes on the granule surface increased, so that the specific surface expanded, which improved the carboxymethylation. 相似文献

An isoflavone conjugates hydrolyzing beta-glucosidase (ICHG) from endophytic bacterium, Pseudomonas ZD-8 was purified to homogeneity by successive ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel filtration on SephadexG-100, DEAE-sephrose CL-6B and DEAE-Sephacel chromatography. The enzyme was a monomeric protein with an apparent molecular mass of 33 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE and gel filtration. It was optimally active at pH 6.0 and 40 degrees C and had a specific activity of 1485 U mg of protein(-1) against genistin. The ICHG readily hydrolyzed rho-nitrophenyl-beta-glucoside, rho-nitrophenyl-beta-galactoside, genistin, daidzin, with Km values of 1.64, 1.87, 0.012, 0.014 mM, respectively. The ICHG showed a pronounced specificity for glucose in the 7-position of isoflavone and flavone conjugates and hydrolyzed effectively malonyl isoflavone glucosides as well as isoflavone glucosides with similar kinetics. Glucose and glucono-delta-lactone inhibited the enzyme competitively with Ki values of 84 mM and 23 mM, respectively. The enzyme did not require divalent cations for activity, and its activity was strongly inhibited by Hg2+, Ag+, rho-chloromercuribenzoate, iodoacetic acid, and N-ethylmaleimide while reducing agents such as beta-mercaptoethanol, dithiothreitol, dithioerythritol, glutathione slightly activated the enzyme. 相似文献

Large‐scale grassland rehabilitation has been carried out on the severely degraded lands of the Tibetan plateau. The grasslands created provide a useful model for evaluating the recovery of ecosystem properties. The purposes of this research were: (1) to examine the relative influence of various rehabilitation practices on carbon and nitrogen in plants and soils in early secondary succession; and (2) to evaluate the degree to which severely degraded grassland altered plant and soil properties relative to the non‐disturbed native community. The results showed: (1) The aboveground tissue C and N content in the control were 105·97 g m−2 and 3·356 g m−2, respectively. The aboveground tissue C content in the mixed seed treatment, the single seed treatment, the natural recovery treatment and the severely degraded treatment was 137 per cent, 98 per cent, 49 per cent and 38 per cent, respectively, of that in the control. The corresponding aboveground tissue N content was 109 per cent, 84 per cent, 60 per cent and 47 per cent, respectively, of that in the control. (2) Root C and N content in 0–20 cm depths of the control had an average 1606 g m−2 and 30·36 g m−2, respectively. Root C and N content in the rehabilitation treatments were in the range of 26–36 per cent and 35–53 per cent, while those in the severely degraded treatment were only 17 per cent and 26 per cent of that in the control. (3) In the control the average soil C and N content at 0–20 cm was 11 307 g m−2 and 846 g m−2, respectively. Soil C content in the uppermost 20 cm in the seeded treatments, the natural recovery treatment and the severely degraded treatment was 67 per cent, 73 per cent and 57 per cent, respectively, while soil N content in the uppermost 20 cm was 72 per cent, 82 per cent and 79 per cent, respectively, of that in the control. The severely degraded land was a major C source. Restoring the severely degraded lands to perennial vegetation was an alternative approach to sequestering C in former degraded systems. N was a limiting factor in seeding grassland. It is necessary for sustainable utilization of seeding grassland to supply extra N fertilizer to the soil or to add legume species into the seed mix. Fermentation performance of eight waxy, seven nonwaxy soft, and 15 nonwaxy hard wheat cultivars was compared in a laboratory dry‐grind procedure. With nitrogen supplements in the mash, the range of ethanol yields was 368–447 L/ton. Nonwaxy soft wheat had an average ethanol yield of 433 L/ton, higher than nonwaxy hard and waxy wheat. Conversion efficiencies were 91.3–96.2%. Despite having higher levels of free sugars in grain, waxy wheat had higher conversion efficiency than nonwaxy wheat. Although there was huge variation in the protein content between nonwaxy hard and soft wheat, no difference in conversion efficiency was observed. Waxy cultivars had extremely low peak viscosity during liquefaction. Novel mashing properties of waxy cultivars were related to unique pasting properties of starch granules. With nitrogen supplementation, waxy wheat had a faster fermentation rate than nonwaxy wheat. Fermentation rates for waxy cultivars without nitrogen supplementation and nonwaxy cultivars with nitrogen supplementation were comparable. Ethanol yield was highly related to both total starch and protein content, but total starch was a better predictor of ethanol yield. There were strong negative relationships between total starch content of grain and both yield and protein content of distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS). 相似文献

本研究以牡蛎、咬齿牡蛎鳃细胞为材料,采用PHA处理法、低温同步化法及活体去壳法进行预处理,制作成染色体标本;以马氏珠母贝、企鹅珍珠贝担轮幼虫为材料,采用PHA促繁殖获取胚胎法,制作胚胎染色体标本。对不同时间不同处理方式获得牡蛎染色体分裂相比例、PHA促繁殖获取胚胎法获得马氏珠母贝染色体分裂相比例进行统计。结果发现,PHA处理法在24h时能获取最多分裂相(3.50‰),低温同步化法在72h时能获得最多分裂相(2.20‰),活体去壳法始终保持较高分裂相比例(3.60‰),PHA促繁殖获取胚胎法获得最大分裂相比例(10.00‰)。4种方法都能获得理想的中期分裂相数目。其中,低温同步化法缺点是温度难控制、预处理时间长;活体去壳法易导致贝类死亡;PHA促受精获取胚胎法缺点是胚胎的获取受繁殖季节限制。PHA处理法预处理时间短、获取分裂相数目多,无疑是贝类成体染色体制备的最好的方法。同时,PHA也为贝类人工繁殖提供了一种更为有效的手段。 相似文献
