在35±1℃,60~85%RH,全黑暗环境中用中蜂旧巢脾饲养的大蜡螟,其卵、幼虫、蛹、雌蛾、雄蛾的历期分别为8.6、49.4±9.4、10.8±1.9、5.5±2.6、9.2±3.3天.雌蛾平均产卵量为725.2 ± 148.3粒(258~1415粒).平均产卵前期为0.6天(0~2天).平均产卵期为4.3±0.8天,但平均有效产卵期只有3.4±0.6天.雌性蛹、蛾的体重比雄性蛹、蛾的极显著重,雌雄蛹重分别为162.1±5.1mg和122.2±1.9mg,雌雄蛾重分别为122.3±1.6mg和74.0±7.5mg.卵多产于0.23~0.27mm缝隙中,单层扁平成片,大小为0.34±0.04×0.34±0.06mm. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Magnaporthe grisea (Hebert) ME Barr infection is one of the most serious diseases for cultivated rice in the world. Sterol 14α‐demethylase (CYP51) is an important drug target for microbial pathogenic infections. To exploit specific and effective fungicides for M. grisea better, the authors have analysed the characteristics of interaction between sterol 14α‐demethylase from M. grisea (MGCYP51) and azoles. MGCYP51 with truncation of N‐terminal residues was cloned and expressed in E. coli, difference binding spectra of MGCYP51 induced by addition of four commercial azoles were determined and molecular modelling of MGCYP51 based on the crystal structure of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Lehmann & Newman and docking with the azoles were performed. RESULTS: The affinity of the azoles for MGCYP51 was positively correlated with their hydrophobicity. Amino acid residues Tyr112, Phe120, Phe220, His308 and Phe497 of MGCYP51, forming a large hydrophobic cavity, are the key residues interacting with azole fungicides. Furthermore, Phe220 and Phe497 are fungus and species specific respectively. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the more potent azole fungicides for MGCYP51 should possess more hydrophobic groups interacting with residues Phe220 and Phe497. 通过分析猕猴桃溃疡病菌在中国的适生性,为科学制定有效的检疫监管措施,防范其入侵和扩散,确保猕猴桃产业健康发展提供理论依据。本研究根据前人研究结果,采用模糊数学综合评判的原理和方法,定量分析猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病菌(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae)在我国各个地区的适生性。猕猴桃溃疡病菌在我国最适宜的省份主要分布在四川、云南、贵州、福建、安徽、湖南、湖北、河南、江西、陕西、浙江、重庆、西藏。鉴于该病具有发生发展迅速,危害性强,防治难度大等特点,应当加强猕猴桃种苗等繁殖材料的检疫,加强对果园的管理和病害监测,积极采取有效的防治措施并加强抗病育种方面的研究。 相似文献

收集华东省市当家的甘蓝型、白菜和芥菜型油菜籽品种20个,经105℃30分钟处理,小型62机冷榨取饼,测定OZT.ITC,得出甘蓝型高硫葡萄糖苷品种在饼中的总苷量最高9.36mg/g,比苷蓝型低硫葡萄糖苷品种含总苷2.95mg/G高出2倍。白菜型平均总苷3.13mg/g;芥菜型含3.56mg/g。以淮油6号、秦油2号菜籽作破碎或干热与否的前处理比较,总苷量以未破碎、未干热的菜饼最高,分别含9.82mg/g、10.64mg/g;破碎又干热的菜饼总苷最低,分别为8.69、7.01mg/g。以宁油7号品种为例用62型冷榨总苷最高为10.77mg/g,95型其次5.14mg/g,200型最低2.55mg/g。采集本省各地大、中、小型油厂、油坊的菜饼粕21个样,200型菜粕总苷为2.8mg/gcv45%,95型3.39mg/g,cv39.6%。200型与95型在加工过程中产生游离总苷量接近,分别为0.38和0.41mg/g。由芥子酶或酶水解产生的腈类化合物以200型的菜粕中含量高,平均含1318mg/kg,cv79.7%;95型含318mg/gcv132%,其中36%样本未检出腈量。菜饼粕单宁平均含0.82%;植酸平均? 相似文献

Gelatinization temperature (GT) is an important quality predictor that determines the cooking quality of rice. GT is genetically controlled by the starch synthase IIa (SSIIa) gene. Two functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) inside the SSIIa have already been found to be responsible for the variation of GT. One of these, GC/TT SNP at 4329/4330 bp, could be genotyped by four primers in a single PCR ( Bao et al., 2006a), but another one, G/A SNP at 4198 bp, has not been detected by a PCR-based marker. Here, we developed cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) and derived cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (dCAPS) markers to detect these SNPs. A dCAPS marker that the PCR products were cleaved by the BseR I restriction endonuclease was designed to detect GC/TT SNP. Both CAPS and dCAPS markers were designed to detect G/A SNP using the restriction endonuclease Nla III and Tsp45 I, respectively. All the markers developed were co-dominant. It was known that the A allele of G/A SNP was rare among rice germplasm, but it was still in use by rice breeders. 11 rice accessions including landrace and breeding lines with A allele of G/A SNP were detected. The F2 individuals from two crosses were used to analyze the co-segregation between the SNP alleles and the GT. The segregation ratio of two SNPs did not conform to the expected Mendelian ratio of 1:2:1, but the SNPs were co-segregated with GT.
