德国及蒙古沙棘品种无性系生物学和观赏性价值评估   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
沙棘由于其有丰富的内含物和多方面的用途正被作为"新兴水果"而赢得了人们越来越多的重视和喜爱.通过在柏林Baumschulenweg的育种工作,到目前为止,已经育成不同成熟期的5个雌性和4个雄性沙棘品种.更多的由欧洲和蒙古原生种产生的杂交选育工作仍在进行中.将这些无性系按照其生物学和果实性状进行评估.就单个性状来讲,各品种之间的差异非常大(比如维生素的含量在17~340mg/100g之间变动,胡萝卜素的变动范围为6.5~23.8mg/100g).这表明,进一步的育种改良完全有可能.所有用于比较的沙棘品种由在德累斯顿Pillnitz进行的育种工作获得,这些品种将被进一步研究.为了保险起见,以及为了解决后来有可能产生的育种及植物病理学方面的问题,必须尽可能保存现有的所有的某一品种的基因多样性.为此目的,由国家资助扶持的基因库的建立是很有必要的.  相似文献

The development of EC legislation is outlined using swine fever and foot and mouth disease as an example, starting with the possibility of vaccinating against both animal diseases in the 1980s without substantially restricting trade with vaccinated animals or products of these animals, right up to a policy of non-vaccination with the realisation of the single market with significant restrictions on intra-Community trade if the option of an emergency vaccination were to be used.The restrictions associated with emergency vaccination are basically tantamount to a vaccination ban. To that extent, vaccination needs to be taken into consideration as an instrument of animal disease control under the EU animal health legislation currently being discussed, the aim being for vaccinated animals that have tested as virus-free to be able to be marketed without any restrictions. This will, however, only be possible if all stakeholders (EU, member states, World Organisation for Animal Health, industry, consumers) achieve a broad consensus.  相似文献

We studied atmospheric CO2 enrichment effects on life form types, species composition, dominance structure and individual density of collembolans under cultivation of sugar beet and winter wheat. The study was part of a long-term CO2 enrichment field experiment (FACE: Free Air CO2 Enrichment) at the Federal Agricultural Research Centre (FAL) in Braunschweig (Germany), using isotopically labelled CO2. The stable C-isotopic signature (δ13C) of collembolan species, plant material, and soil indicated CO2 impacts on C translocation. The δ13C values of both crops significantly increased from above-ground to below-ground plant parts and significantly decreased under FACE conditions. The δ13C values of collembolan species differed significantly depending on CO2 treatment and crop and showed a distinct tendency depending on plant growth stage. The extent, to which δ13C values of collembolans decreased under FACE conditions, was species- and life strategy-dependent. The stable C-isotopic signatures of euedaphic and hemiedaphic species were similar in the control, but, depending on crop, differently affected by atmospheric CO2 enrichment. Under winter wheat cultivation, hemiedaphic species showed more negative δ13C values than euedaphic ones under FACE conditions. CO2 enrichment effects on occurrence, density and dominance distribution of the collembolan species differed strongly between crops and their developmental stages, which reveal crop-specific below-ground effects due to different food qualities in the rhizosphere. CO2 impacts were stronger under sugar beet compared to winter wheat cultivation. Independent of crop, CO2 enrichment enhanced the diversity of collembolans before harvest and increased the proportion of hemiedaphic in relation to euedaphic species in a community. Our results on collembolan communities imply CO2-induced changes in the root-derived carbon resources used by the soil food web. The present study reveals atmospheric CO2 enrichment impacts to specifically affect collembolan species according to their food preferences.  相似文献

The continuing increase in atmospheric CO 2 concentration is predicted to enhance biomass production and to alter biochemical composition of plant tissues. In the present study, winter wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. cv. 'Batis') was grown under ambient air (BLOW, CO 2 concentration: 385 muL L (-1)) and free-air CO 2 enrichment (FACE, CO 2 concentration: 550 muL l (-1)) and two different nitrogen (N) fertilization levels (normal N supply: N100, 50% of normal N supply: N50). Mature kernels were milled into white flour and analyzed for the contents of crude protein, Osborne fractions, single gluten protein types and glutenin macropolymer. Elevated CO 2 caused significant reductions in crude protein and all protein fractions and types ( p < 0.001) except albumins and globulins. Effects were more pronounced in wheat samples supplied with normal amounts of N fertilizer. Crude protein was reduced by 14% (N100) and 9% (N50), gliadins by 20% and 13%, glutenins by 15% and 15% and glutenin macropolymer by 19% and 16%, respectively. Within gliadins, omega5-gliadins (-35/-22%) and omega1,2-gliadins (-27/-14%) were more affected than alpha-gliadins (-21/-13%) and gamma-gliadins (-16/-12%). Within glutenins, HMW subunits (-23/-18%) were more affected than LMW subunits (-12/-15%). According to these results, flour from high CO 2 grown grain will have a diminished baking quality. To our knowledge, these are the first results of elevated CO 2 concentrations impacts on wheat grain protein composition gained under relevant growing conditions at least for Central Europe.  相似文献

Despite their diversity, vertebrate retinae are specialized to maximize either photon catch or visual acuity. Here, we describe a functional type that is optimized for neither purpose. In the retina of the elephantnose fish (Gnathonemus petersii), cone photoreceptors are grouped together within reflecting, photonic crystal-lined cups acting as macroreceptors, but rod photoreceptors are positioned behind these reflectors. This unusual arrangement matches rod and cone sensitivity for detecting color-mixed stimuli, whereas the photoreceptor grouping renders the fish insensitive to spatial noise; together, this enables more reliable flight reactions in the fish's dim and turbid habitat as compared with fish lacking this retinal specialization.  相似文献

Proliferation of rainbow trout peripheral blood leucocytes in vitro is usually assessed by measuring incorporated tritiated thymidine. In this report we monitored the in vitro proliferative response to the mitogen Concanavalin A (Con A) by means of flow cytometry (FCM) and 3H-thymidine incorporation. When analysed by FCM, blood leucocytes displayed two main cell populations with distinct forward and side scatter (FSC/SSC) characteristics: lymphocytes with low FSC/SSC values and non-lymphoid leucocytes (NLL) with increased FSC/SSC values. The nature of these cell types were confirmed by microscopy. Interestingly, the FSC/SSC pattern of lymphocytes remained unchanged after in vitro stimulation with Con A, whereas cells from the NLL population showed a marked shift towards increased FSC values. In stimulated cultures, the increase of FSC values of the NLL population significantly correlated with contemporarily measured 3H-thymidine incorporation (r = 0.7, P < 0.001). The mitogenic response of blood leucocytes originating from different individual fish varied over wide ranges. It was found to be related to the numbers of NLL present in the leucocyte sample. The present results show that qualitative and quantitative FCM analysis of morphological parameters (FSC/SSC) of blood leucocytes makes it possible to discriminate between leucocyte populations of the rainbow trout and to monitor cell proliferation experiments.  相似文献

Pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and bacterial superantigens have many effects on mononuclear cells (MNC) and macrophages. Influences on neutrophilic granulocytes (PMN), especially by non methylated CpG motifs, gained less attention. Here we investigated whether PAMPs and the superantigen SEA have a direct or indirect influence on the survival rate of bovine PMN. Different CpG motifs, a reverse GpC motif, Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and SEA did not result in a loss of viability of pure PMN. In the presence of MNC or in vitro generated macrophages (MdM), however, they induced an accelerated dying of PMN. The simultaneous stimulation of MNC/MdM with combinations of CpG motifs and LPS or SEA resulted in an additive or over additive effect: compared to control set ups, only 28-36% of the PMN remained viable in SEA/CpG stimulated MNC/PMN cocultures. Comparing autologous with allogeneic MNC/PMN or MdM/PMN cocultures, it showed up that not only the stimulated MNC or MdM population but also the individual reaction state of the PMN have an influence on the degree of PMN dying. Taken together, CpG motifs and other PAMPs as well as superantigens act in concert to reduce indirectly the viability of neutrophilic granulocytes and hence the functional capacity of an important effector cell population.  相似文献
