通过模拟不同水位、污染度的地下水在不同质地土壤耕层中的迁移,进行了地下水中盐分和重金属对土壤耕层污染规律的研究。结果表明,不同水位、不同质地土壤中,污染地下水在土壤中EC值的垂直分布规律相似,土壤底层和表层EC值较高。轻质土耕层内EC值变幅较大;水位越高,耕层中EC值总体越小。地下水中Na和SO4^2-在土壤耕层中的分布以表层浓度较高,其他层上浓度较低。Cr^6 在土壤表层分布浓度较高,Hg^2 在近地表层浓度较高,而Pb^2 在土层上的分布没有明显的规律。对单一离子来说,随着地下水污染度的增加,在某一土层上该离子的浓度也有所增大。 相似文献

采用田间小区试验方法研究了氟氯氰菊酯在茶叶中的残留动态和最终残留量。残留动态试验结果表明,在本地特有的自然环境条件下,氟氯氰菊酯在茶叶中的消解速度很快,其半衰期为1.88d。最终残留量的测定结果表明,按照推荐使用剂量和推荐安全间隔期,氟氯氰菊酯在茶叶中无残留。 相似文献

热变性动力学研究结果表明,在pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液中,PlgG热变性的反应级数为1.1级。在60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃、80℃条件下,PlgG热变性的D值分别为833.33min、131.58min、37.04min、7.32min和2.54min.在此温度范围内PlgG热变性的Z值为7.9℃。PIgG热变性的表观活化能EA=284.45kJ/mol。当加热温度低于65℃时.PlaG比较稳定。 相似文献

The use of appropriate source of phosphorus (P) fertilizer at different planting densities has considerable impact on growth, grain yield as well as profitability of maize (Zea mays L). Field experiment was conducted in order to investigate the impact of P sources [(S0 = P not applied, S1 = SSP (single super phosphate) S2 = NP (nitrophos), and S3 = DAP (diammonium phosphate)] on maize growth analysis, yield and economic returns planted at different planting densities (D1 = 40,000, D2 = 60,000, D3 = 80,000, and D4 = 100,000 plants ha?1) at the New Developmental Agricultural Research Farm of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agricultural University, Peshawar, Pakistan, during summer 2006. This paper reports the profitability data with two objectives: 1) to compare agronomic efficiency and profitability of P-fertilizers, and 2) to know whether plant densities affect agronomic efficiency and profitability of P-fertilizers. Application of DAP and SSP resulted in higher partial factor productivity (PFP) (63.58 and 61.92 kg grains kg?1 P), agronomic efficiency (AE) (13.01 and 13.71 kg grains kg?1 P) and net returns (NR) (Rs. 16,289 and 16,204 ha?1), respectively, while NP stood at the bottom in the ranking with lower PFP (57.16 kg grains kg?1 P), AE (8.94 kg grains kg?1 P) and NR (Rs. 4,472 ha?1). Among the plant densities, D3 stood first with maximum PFP (69.60 kg grains kg?1 P), AE (18.21 kg grains kg?1 P) and NR (Rs. 21,461 ha?1) as compared to other plant densities. In conclusion, the findings suggest that growing maize at D3 applied with either SSP or DAP is more profitable in the wheat-maize cropping system in the study area. 相似文献

Barley plants were grown hydroponically at two levels of K (3.0 and 30 mm) and Fe (1.0 and 10 μm) in the presence of excess Mn (25 μm) for 14 d in a phytotron. Plants grown under adequate K level (3.0 mm) were characterized by brown spots on old leaves, desiccation of old leaves, interveinal chlorosis on young leaves, browning of roots, and release of phytosiderophores (PS) from roots. These symptoms were more pronounced in the plants grown under suboptimal Fe level (1.0 p,M) than in the plants grown under adequate Fe level (10 μm). Plants grown in 10 μm Fe with additional K (30 mm) produced a larger amount of dry matter and released less PS than the plants grown under adequate K level (3.0 mm), and did not show leaf injury symptoms and root browning. On the other hand, the additional K supply in the presence of 1.0 μM Fe decreased the severity of brown spots, prevented leaf desiccation, and increased the leaf chlorophyll content, which was not sufficient for the regreening of chlorotic leaves. These results suggested that the additional K alleviated the symptoms of Mn toxicity depending on the Fe concentration in the nutrient solution. The concentration (per g dry matter) and accumulation (per plant) of Mn in shoots and roots of plants grown in 10 μm Fe and 30 mm K were much lower than those of the plants grown in 10 μm Fe and 3.0 mm K, indicating that additional K repressed the absorption of Mn. The concentration and accumulation of Fe in the shoots and roots of the plants grown in 10 μm Fe and 30 mm K were higher than those of the plants grown in 10 μm Fe and 3.0 mm K, indicating that the additional K increased the absorption of Fe under excess Mn level in the nutrient solution. The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of arsenic (As) on the physiological and mineralogical properties of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. ‘Minorimugi’). The plants were grown in nutrient solution treated with 0, 6.7, 33.5, and 67 μ M As (0, 0.5, 2.5, and 5 ppm As, respectively) in the phytotron. Dry matter yield of shoots and roots decreased significantly with the As treatments, indicating that barley plants are As-sensitive and As-toxicity depends on the As concentration in the rooting medium. Necrosis in older leaves and chlorosis symptoms (whitish color) in the fully developed young leaves were observed at the 33.5 and 67 μ M As treatments. Arsenic concentration, accumulation, and translocation increased with the increase of As concentration in the rooting medium. Arsenic was mostly concentrated in roots and a little amount was moved to shoots, indicating that As was not easily translocated to shoots of barley seedlings. Concentrations and accumulations of phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), and copper (Cu) decreased significantly in shoots for 33.5 and 67 μ M As treatments as compared to the 0 μ M As treatment. Concentrations of P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Cu decreased in roots, but Zn concentration increased in roots at 67 μ M As treatment. Accumulations of P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, and Cu in roots also decreased significantly at 67 μ M As treatment. Accumulation of P and the cations showed negative relationship with As. Concentration of Fe decreased in shoots at 33.5 and 67 μ M As treatments where chlorosis was induced in the young leaf but increased in roots at 33.5 and 67 μ M As treatments. It was suggested that As might induce iron (Fe)-chlorosis in the plants. Among the micronutrients, Fe translocation was more affected than others by As. Phytosiderophore (PS) accumulation in roots, which is a symptom of Fe-deficiency in grasses, did not change significantly between 0 and 33.5 μ M As treatments; indicating that As-induced chlorosis did not enhance PS accumulation in roots and decreased due to As-toxicity at 67 μ M As treatment. 相似文献

Effects of Al (0–100 μM) and Si (0–2,000 μM) supplied singly or in combination on root growth of different rice varieties were examined under hydroponic conditions. Al addition inhibited root elongation of rice plants, and the inhibition increased with increasing amount of Al in the culture solution. Among 22 indica varieties and among 8 japonica varieties tested, IAC3 and Nakateshinsenbon were relatively tolerant to AI, respectively, whereas IR45 and Norinl were relatively sensitive to AI, respectively. Si exerted a beneficial effect at all levels of Si treatment on indica varieties, whereas Si supply resulted in a slight increase in the root dry weight of japonica varieties only at the highest level (2,000 μM Silo The alleviation of Al inhibition of rice root growth by Si was observed in the combination of Al and Si treatments. Alleviation was more pronounced for all the Si treatments in indica varieties than in japonica varieties, and the alleviation was maximum with 2,000 μM Si in IR45. The alleviation effect by Si was more pronounced in the AI-sensitive varieties than in the AI-tolerant varieties. Perioperative hyperglycemia is common in patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery and there is a direct relation between postoperative hyperglycemia and mortality rate in these patients. The aim of the present study is to determine the efficacy of metformin on glycemic control in diabetic patients after CABG surgery. In a randomized double blind clinical trial, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in open heart ICU after CABG surgery in Mazandaran Heart Center were enrolled. They were randomly assigned to two intervention and control groups. Three hours after extubation, therapeutic antiglycemic regimens were applied in these two groups and continued for three days. Intervention group received regular insulin infusion along with two metformin 500 mg tablets per twelve hours while control group received regular insulin infusion with two placebo tablets per twelve hours. Blood glucose level and other parameters were measured and recorded in determined intervals. To analyze the data, independent T-test, paired T-test, Mann-Whitney and repeated measure ANOVA tests were employed. Mean blood glucose level was not significantly different in the two groups at the beginning of the ICU admission; however, mean glucose level in insulin-metformin group, twelve hours after the initiation of the study, was significantly lower than insulin group (p < 0.05). In addition, mean doses of potassium and insulin demand as well as mean number of episodes of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia and glucose levels out of the accepted range were significantly lower in insulin-metformin group (p < 0.05). Alterations in mean levels of lactate, BE, pH and creatinine were not statistically significant in these two groups. It seems that adding metformin to insulin leads to a better glycemic control in type two diabetic patients undergoing CABG surgery without causing metabolic acidosis. Bio-based CaCO3 powder was synthesized via size reduction method from waste eggshells. The XRD analysis revealed that eggshell powder consists of CaCO3 in calcite form. The inclusion level of CaCO3 contents were varied of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 wt.% of prepared CaCO3-polyester film. Effects of different proportions of prepared chicken eggshell and commercial CaCO3 filler on the polyester resin composites films were compared by means of mechanical and physical test. It was found that the addition of CaCO3 filler to the polyester films leads to improve the mechanical properties. The findings revealed that the best and optimum CaCO3 filler content was 10 wt.% and among the prepared polyester films, eggshell CaCO3-polyester films showed the best performance. The mechanical properties of CaCO3-polyester films were measured in terms of tensile strength, elongation-at-break, tensile modulus, flexural strength and impact strength. For eggshell CaCO3- polyester films, the maximum values of the aforementioned mechanical properties were 52.70 MPa, 4.63 %, 1868.70 MPa, 101.20 MPa and 8.40 kJ/m2, respectively, whereas for commercial CaCO3-polyester films those values were 48.12 MPa, 4.50 %, 1790.30 MPa, 97.50 MPa and 8.21 kJ/m2, respectively.
