The authors analysis detailedly deciding method of capability Vs. price of real estate combined with a practice example and application. The method adapts to a house as well as the type of the house. The method resolves the problem which capability Vs. price of real estate was only described by qualitatively for ages, which supplies theory basis to developer and consumer.

Through the examination, the authors prove the original intention is feasible.     

Detecting Technology of Cabel Surface Defect Based on DSP and Image Recognition

The damage of bridge cable directly hazards the normal use of bridge and the safety of people. The paper discussed the signal acquisition and detection system which takes embedded DSP processor as core technology, combined with CCD, video decode chip, SDRAM, FLASH ROM, and established the fast measuring algorithm of the surface corrosion and damage, which includes deteminating the processing region, improving medium filter, sobel edge detection and dynamic threshold segment, close operation of morphology, computing defect area and saving. The experimental resuits show that this method implemented the real-time, non-contact and intelligence detecting of cable surface defect and gives the specifications of the system.     

叶菜型甘薯新品种百薯1号的选育及其特征特性

百薯1号是由安薯07自交选育而成的叶菜型甘薯新品种。株型半直立,基部分枝数25~30个,茎蔓细嫩,最长蔓长80~100cm,叶片小,全身无茸毛,适口性好,茎尖产量一般22500kg/hm2以上。薯块产量夏栽30000kg/hm2以上,春栽37500kg/hm2以上。在茎尖产量22500kg/hm2左右条件下,薯块产量可达19500kg/hm2左右。     

干旱对棉花叶片碳水化合物代谢的影响

以3个不同铃重的棉花基因型为材料,研究了土壤干旱对棉叶碳水化合物代谢的影响.结果表明,干旱胁迫使主茎叶片与不同部位内围果枝叶片可溶性糖含量均有不同程度的增加,而淀粉的积累受到明显抑制.虽然干旱条件下不同基因型棉叶的可溶性糖与淀粉含量的变化趋势一致, 但小铃基因型开花 (7月5日)后的主茎叶可溶性糖含量较中、大铃基因型变化小,淀粉含量则低于大铃基因型.上部内围果枝叶淀粉含量在棉铃发育过程中波动明显大于中、下部果枝,而小铃品种相对稳定.研究结果加深了对干旱胁迫下棉叶碳水化合物时空变化特征的认识.     

屏蔽泵抗汽蚀性能的试验

介绍了低汽蚀屏蔽泵的结构和工作原理，分析了该种泵的性能特点以及汽蚀产生的原因等，提出了提高抗汽蚀性能所采取的措施。从改善叶轮进口几何形状的设计方法方面来降低泵的汽蚀余量，例如叶轮进口直径Dj，叶片进口安放角β1，叶片进口边的形状，叶片数，叶轮进口流道形状等。对两台屏蔽泵进行了性能试验：通过能量性能试验确定出扬程H、输入电机功率N、机组效率ηgr与流量Q之间的关系，通过汽蚀性能试验确定临界汽蚀余量△hc与流量Q之间的关系。结果表明，两种规格屏蔽泵的性能均达到了设计的要求。
