我国体育经纪组织发展困境及破解路径分析

以文献研究、逻辑分析为主要研究方法，分析了当前我国体育经纪组织发展所面临的困境，指出了我国体育经纪组织品牌化发展的必要性。从五个方面提出了我国体育经纪组织品牌化发展的思路：增强体育经纪组织品牌意识、实施体育经纪组织品牌战略、设计体育经纪组织品牌要素、塑造体育经纪组织品牌文化、打造体育经纪组织知名品牌。     

Repression of SFRP5 promoter activity by hepatitis B virus X protein

AIM: To investigate the molecular mechanism that hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx) inhibits the promoter activity of secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5). METHODS: Serial truncated fragments of SFRP5 promoter were amplified and cloned into luciferase reporter vector pGL3-Basic. LO2 cells were transfected with recombinants, and then infected with the adenoviral vector expressing HBx protein (Ad-HBx) or the analogous adenovirus expressing green fluorescent protein (Ad-GFP) for control. The infection efficiency was examined under a fluorescence microscope and the activity of SFRP5 promoter was measured by luciferase assay. RESULTS: Truncated fragments of SFRP5 promoter were successfully constructed. Compared with the pGL3-Basic control, the luciferase activity was 6.32±0.04 of the -478 bp~+47 bp fragment, 5.79±0.32 of the -811 bp~+47 bp fragment, 3.59±0.34 of the -1 235 bp~+47 bp fragment, 3.86±0.39 of the -1 677 bp~+47 bp fragment and 3.26±0.42 of the -2 072 bp~+47 bp fragment, respectively. Overexpression of HBx inhibited the activity of SFRP5 promoter. The average inhibitory rates were 44% for -478 bp~+47b, 46% for -811 bp~+47 bp, 28% for -1 235 bp~+47 bp, 24% for -1 677 bp~+47 bp and 40% for -2 072 bp~+47 bp, respectively. CONCLUSION: HBx suppresses the activity of SFRP5 promoter, leading to down-regulation of SFRP5 expression.

文章首先分析了浙江省温州市机插的现状,指出加快突破插秧机械化技术瓶颈,已成为推进水稻生产全程机械化,实现农业现代化的重要主攻方向,要制订切实可行的水稻插秧机械化推进计划;从节省秧田、节水肥药、节本省工、高产稳产、避灾增效、五个方面阐述了机插的优势,从技术上可行、政策上有利、推广有依托、多数农民观念转变四个方面阐述了机插有利条件;最后提出推进水稻机插的对策与措施。

Design Method of Moment-strengthening on Tension Side When Load Un removed

Based on the linear strain distribution assumption, strain development of tensile bars and ultimate moment capacity of strengthening section, which strengthened on tension side with service load un removed, is investigated. It is showed that the higher the service load bending moment to original moment capacity ratio M 1k /M u1 is, the smaller the tensile strain of strengthening re barsis, and the more the amount of strengthening re barsis, the smaller the tensile strain of original re barsis. It also showed that,When original re bar area is relatively small and strengthening re bar area is adequate, both original and strengthening re bars may get yielded and a great increment in section moment capacity is achieved, even though the ration M 1k M u1 has a relatively high value.

退耕还林还草中．建设生态系统与经济系统“弹性资源”,对于良性生态经济系统调控机制的形成具有重要的作用。通过对其概念的界定．得出了生态系统与经济系统“弹性资源”的3个重要特征：(1)具有多种可供利用的途径．可满足不同阶段生态环境建设和商品生产发展的需求;(2)具有稳定的生态经济系统结构和良好的自我调控机制;(3)满足生态目标、经济目标和社会目标的有机统一。以县南沟示范区为例研究了其弹性资源建设标准和进展。     

A New Method for Measuring Bonding Shear Properties of Adhesives on Steel Substrates

Single-lap-joint adhesively bonded metal specimen which is the national standard experimental method in use has an extremely non-uniform distribution of shear stresses along the joint, and tensile stress concentration of high values is produced on the steel substrate interfaces. Therefore the test result, which is not the real bonding shear strength between adhesive and steel substrates, can only be used as a test index for qualities of adhesives not the strength criterion for load is capacity evaluation. The combined bonding disc specimen is adopted for measuring bonding shear properties of adhesive on steel substrates, has a very uniform distribution of shear stresses in adhesive and along the bonding surfaces of steel substrates, of which the uniform coefficient is greater than 0.97. Furthermore, when adhesive joint is treated as an arc and steel substrates are chamfered at both ends of the joint, tensile stresses on the bonding surfaces can be reduced to less than 20 MPa which can hardly cause tensile failure. Thus, the results of combined bonding disc specimens can actually represent the real bonding shear strength or bonding shear-compression strength between adhesive and steel substrates, which can be used as strength criterion for load capacity evaluation of bonding members.     

超声波循环提取大豆异黄酮的研究

大豆(Glycine max)种子中含有高生物活性的异黄酮类物质,但传统的提取方法耗时费事,效率低.实验采用超声波在常温常压下循环提取大豆中的异黄酮,时间短,效率高,并对超声波提取大豆异黄酮的工艺参数进行了研究,为超声波提取大豆异黄酮走向工业化提供了一定的理论和技术依据.
