针对压力蒸汽灭菌器对液体进行灭菌时造成事故的现象，分析了事故发生的主要原因是由于限压阀瞬间降压造成的。指出应慎用于液体的灭菌处理。     

and laminin on adhesion and proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell

AIM:To explore the effects of PMA(phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate, a tumor promoter, mimicking the action of diacylglycerol on PKC)and laminin on the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and provide a new clue to liver cancer treatment.METHODS:Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line(BEL-7402)was used to identify the endogenous laminin and protein kinase C-α(PKC-α) expression, and the effects of laminin and PMA on the adhesion and the proliferation were also investigatedin vitro.RESULTS:By the effect of exogenous laminin, human hepatocellular carcinoma cell (BEL-7402) possessed endogenous laminin expression and increased the adhesion and the proliferation, which was showed the synergistic action by the effect of PMA in combination. By the action of PMA alone, the proliferation and the PKC-α expression increased by exogenous laminin were decreased, and the adhesion and the endogenous laminin expression were increased.CONCLUSIONS:The finding suggested that the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell were closely related to the effects of endogenous or exogenous laminin, which were associated with cPKC-α activity. Therefore, the application of anti-laminin antibody in combination with PKC antagonist might be a new clue to find out the therapy for liver cancer.     

Importance of Cell Wall Degrading Enzymes Produced by Fusarium graminearum during Infection of Wheat Heads

Cytological studies were carried out to elucidate the importance of cell wall degrading enzymes (CWDE) during infection of wheat spikes by Fusarium graminearum. Scanning electron micrographs revealed that at 6–24 hours after inoculation (hai) of single spikelets with macroconidia of F. graminearum, the fungus germinated by forming several germ tubes and developed a dense hyphal network in the cavity of the spikelet. At 24–36hai, the fungus formed infection hyphae which invaded the ovary and inner surface of the lemma and palea. Transmission electron microscopical studies revealed that the fungus extended inter- and intracellularly in the ovary, lemma and rachis and caused considerable damage and alterations to the host cell walls. In different tissues of healthy and F. graminearum-infected wheat spikes the cell wall components cellulose, xylan and pectin were localized by means of enzyme-gold and immuno-gold labelling techniques. Localization of cellulose, xylan and pectin showed that host cell walls which were in direct contact with the pathogen surface had reduced gold labelling compared to considerable higher labelling densities of walls distant from the pathogen–host interface or in non-colonized tissues. The reduced gold labelling densities in the infected host cell walls indicate that these polysaccharide degrading enzymes might be important pathogenicity factors of F. graminearum during infection of wheat spikes. The results revealed that, infection and colonization of wheat spikes by F. graminearum and reactions of infected host tissue were similar to those reported for F. culmorum.     

渭河阶地全新世土壤粒度成分高分辨率研究

通过对渭河阶地全新世土壤的野外考察和粒度成分的高分辨率分析研究，揭示了该区域褐色土的成壤作用过程与季风气候变化的关系。研究表明渭河第二级阶地褐色土形成在全新世气候最适宜期（8500－3100a B.P.），从8500a B.P.开始该土壤开始发育，老官台文化兴起。从3100a B.P.开始的气候干旱化和沙尘暴堆积形成了黄土L。层。西周时期对应于该干旱期的初期。     

丛枝菌根真菌对芋组织培养苗生长的影响

 于温室盆栽条件下研究了丛枝菌根(AM) 真菌Gigaspora rosea、Glomus mosseae 和Glomus versi-forme 对芋(Colocasia esculenta) 组织培养苗移栽成活率、矿质营养、光合速率及生长的影响。结果表明, 接种AM真菌能提高芋组织培养幼苗移栽成活率和叶片光合速率, 降低气孔阻力; 其叶片和根内氮、磷、钾含量和生长量显著高于不接种对照。认为接种有效AM真菌是促进组织培养苗健康生长的重要技术。     

玉米螟赤眼蜂适宜生境的研究和利用:I.玉米螟赤眼蜂在不同生境中的分布与种群消长

本文通过对华北地区有代表性的作物生境，采用人工挂卵的方法，系统调查研究了玉米螟赤眼蜂在１７种生境中的分布和种群动态。结果表明，玉米螟赤眼蜂在不同生境中的分布、发生时间和种群数量有所不同，说明其对生境有一定的选择性。玉米螟赤眼蜂自然种群消长有４个峰，其中以春甘薯田的发生时间最长，种群数量最大，最具代表性。这４个峰在春高粱间作菜豆、春花生、平作夏玉米和夏玉米间作直立型绿豆这４种生境中也不同程度地出现。间作豆科作物可在一定程度上提高玉米螟赤眼蜂的寄生率。玉米螟赤眼蜂种群数量年度间变异较大，特别是干旱的影响最为明显。     

奶牛"两病"的监测与思考

奶牛“两病”是指奶牛的结核病和布鲁氏菌病，是世界动物卫生组织(OIE)规定强制报告的两种疫病，二病都属人畜共患病。人的牛型结核感染主要是通过饮用生奶引起，尤其是儿童常因喝生牛奶被感染而患肠结核杆菌病；饮用生奶或制品也易感染布鲁氏菌病。奶牛“两病”严重威胁着人民的身体健     

稀土元素铈对‘红地球’葡萄组培苗生长的影响

 以‘红地球’葡萄组培苗茎段为外植体，在培养基中添加1～100 mg·L^-1 Ce(NO₃)₃，，研究 不同浓度Ce(NO₃)₃对其生长的影响。结果表明适宜浓度的Ce(NO，)，(1～10 mg·L^-1 )对‘红地球’葡萄组培苗的生长具有促进作用，加快外植体生根，侧根数及侧根总长显著增加,根、茎、叶鲜样质量和干样质量也增加，根系活力提高而增加移栽成活率，增加叶绿素含量，有利于植株对矿质营养的吸收。而100 mg·L^-1。Ce(NO₃)₃对葡萄组培苗生长起明显抑制作用。     

小麦叶锈菌生理小种MFR的分子鉴定研究

 用AFLP方法对来自中国和墨西哥的23个小麦叶锈菌生理小种进行分析,共筛选了64对引物,获得一对引物(M₀₅/E₀₃)可在MFR小种中扩增出一条特异性DNA片段,进行回收、克隆、测序,结果表明该片段具有325个碱基。根据特异性片段序列设计出SCAR标记引物,对60个叶锈菌生理小种分离物进行回检结果表明,研制的SCAR标记能够准确区分MFR生理小种。本实验结果为小麦锈菌生理小种分子检测体系的建立奠定了基础
