添加糖蜜对青稞秸秆和多年生黑麦草混合青贮发酵品质及营养价值的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
试验在青稞秸秆与多年生黑麦草以6∶4混合的基础上,添加3%,4%和5%的糖蜜,旨在进一步改善混合青贮发酵品质和营养价值,为西藏地区青稞秸秆青贮利用提供理论依据。结果显示,青贮前14天,糖蜜添加组乳酸含量快速增加,pH值迅速下降。对照组pH值未能降至4.2以下,而糖蜜添加组均在4.0左右,乳酸、水溶性碳水化合物含量和乳酸/乙酸显著高于(P<0.05)对照组,氨态氮/总氮均低于对照组,且添加3%糖蜜已达到优质青贮饲料标准。青贮第60天糖蜜添加组有较高的粗蛋白含量,较低的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量,各组体外降解率均高于青贮材料。综合考虑,在青稞秸秆和黑麦草以6∶4混合的基础上添加3%的糖蜜可获得优质青贮饲料。 相似文献

Microbiological profiles during the processing of heshiko, produced by aging salted mackerel with rice bran for over seven months, were investigated in connection with the production
of organic acids and volatile basic nitrogen (VBN). Viable counts in commercial heshiko samples were in the range of 104–107 cfu/g in 2.5% NaCl-GYP agar medium, and over 80% of them were identified as Tetragenococcus halophilus via 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. When experimentally processing heshiko using conventional practices, viable counts in fish flesh increased to 106 cfu/g during the aging process with rice bran, which was accompanied by a marked increase in lactic acid but only slight
production of VBN. Although the dominant species among the microflora in raw mackerel was identified as a Staphylococcus sp., the microflora diversified during the salting process. T. halophilus was prominent during the early stage of aging. The microflora gradually simplified with aging, and eventually consisted of
only T. halophilus after five months of aging. These results suggest that a simple microflora consisting of T. halophilus forms when processing heshiko using conventional practices because of the stable environment present, which contains carbohydrates as fermentation materials

The yellowing strain of Soybean dwarf virus (SbDV-YS) causes yellowing and yield loss in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). The most effective control is achieved through breeding for resistance. An indeterminate climbing cultivar with a white seed coat, ‘Oofuku’, is resistant to SbDV-YS in inoculation tests. We crossed ‘Oofuku’ with an elite cultivar, ‘Taisho-Kintoki’, which is SbDV-YS-susceptible, determinate dwarf with a red-purple seed coat, and performed amplified-fragment-length polymorphism analysis of F3 lines. From nucleotide sequences of the resistant-specific fragments and their flanking regions, we developed five DNA markers, of which DV86, DV386, and DV398 were closely linked to Sdvy-1, a resistance gene. Using the markers, we developed ‘Toiku-B79’ and ‘Toiku-B80’, the near-isogenic lines (NILs) incorporating Sdvy-1 in the background of ‘Taisho-Kintoki’. The NILs had similar growth habit, maturity date and seed shape to those of ‘Taisho-Kintoki’. The quality of boiled beans was also similar, except that the NILs had more seed coat cracking than ‘Taisho-Kintoki’. The NILs showed no SbDV-YS infection in inoculation tests. We suggest that Sdvy-1 is a useful source of SbDV-YS resistance in common bean. 相似文献

为探讨西藏地区苇状羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)与箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa L.)不同比例混合青贮对其发酵品质的影响,筛选出适宜的混合配比。试验设苇状羊茅(CK)、85%苇状羊茅+15%箭筈豌豆(C15)、70%苇状羊茅+30%箭筈豌豆(C30)及55%苇状羊茅+45%箭筈豌豆(C45)4个处理。青贮后第7,24,45和60d开窖取样,测定青贮饲料发酵品质。结果表明:随着箭筈豌豆比例的增加,各处理组乳酸和水溶性碳水化合物含量显著下降(P0.05),pH和氨态氮含量显著上升(P0.05)。在青贮后期,C45组pH(4.72)和氨态氮/总氮(96.19g·kg-1)显著高于其他各组(P0.05),干物质、乳酸和水溶性碳水化合物含量显著低于其他各处理组(P0.05),而粗蛋白含量与C30组无显著差异。在整个发酵过程中,各组的丙酸和丁酸含量较低。从发酵品质和箭筈豌豆利用率的角度出发,建议以70%苇状羊茅与30%箭筈豌豆混合青贮较为适宜。 相似文献

We examined time-dependent histological changes of the calcified fibrocartilage area in a tibial cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) insertion after ligament resection in rabbits. The animals were divided into two groups: those undergoing CCL substance resection in the right stifle (resected group) and those receiving the same operation without CCL resection in the left stifle (sham operated group). Five animals were euthanized with deep anaesthesia at four time periods (1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks), and Haematoxylin-eosin and Safranin-O stainings and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining were performed. The average percentage of TUNEL-positive chondrocytes and the average thickness of the glycosaminoglycan (GAG)-stained area in the calcified fibrocartilage area were measured. Two and 4 weeks after the surgery, the average percentages of TUNEL-positive chondrocytes in the resected group (23.8 +/- 10.3% and 15.9 +/- 6.7%, respectively) were significantly higher than those in the sham operated group (8.9 +/- 3.8% and 7.4 +/- 1.6%, P<0.05, respectively). Six weeks after the surgery, the average thickness of the GAG-stained area in the resected group (7.7 +/- 13. 5 microm) was significantly smaller than that in the sham operated group (69.4 +/- 39.9 microm, P<0.05). Our results suggest that the average percentage of TUNEL-positive chondrocytes became a peak in 2 weeks and that histological changes occurred in 6 weeks. The chondrocyte apoptosis can induce decrease of GAG-stained area after resection of CCL. Therefore, chondrocyte apoptosis in the calcified cartilage area in the CCL tibial insertion might lead to histological changes. 相似文献
