个人合作建房者参与动机研究

随着个人合作建房热潮的兴起，参与和希望参与个人合作建房的人越来越多，个人合作建房者成为了具有一定影响力的消费群体。文章运用抽样调查数据，通过聚类分析方法对合作建房者的参与动机进行了研究，针对每种不同的参与类型给出了具体的管理建议。     

Unusual ultrasonographic presentation of cholecystolithiasis in a dog

The ultrasonographic artifact referred to as acoustic shadowing is the main finding that allows for an ultrasonographic distinction between canine cholecystolithiasis and other space-occupying masses inside the gall bladder. This report describes a case of canine cholecystolithiasis where acoustic shadowing was not detected on ultrasonographic examination of the gall bladder. Therefore, canine cholecystolithiasis cannot always be ultrasonographically distinguished from other space-occupying masses inside the gall bladder solely by the presence of acoustic shadowing.     

Surgical stabilisation of the stifle in cranial cruciate ligament injury in cattle

Surgical stabilisation of cranial cruciate ligament injury was performed on 23 stifles in 22 dairy cattle ranging in age from 11 months to 14 years. Duration of time from injury until surgery varied from two days to three years. A row of Lembert sutures was placed in both the lateral and medial retinacular tissues. In addition, an imbrication suture was placed from the lateral femorotibial ligament to the lateral or middle patellar ligament in five cattle. External support was used in 15 cattle in the form of a modified Robert Jones/Thomas-Schroeder splint. Thirteen cattle improved markedly, four recovered completely and three improved moderately. Surgery was unsuccessful on seven cases. When surgery was unsuccessful, moderate to severe lesions of degenerative joint disease were usually present.     

P2P网络中保证瓶颈带宽公平性的路由队列管理

在基于域结构的P2P计算网络环境下,针对RED(Random Early Detection)队列管理机制不能完全保证各流量公平共享瓶颈带宽进行改进,运用窗口滑动技术,根据网络流量状态,动态地设置阈值参数mint,maxt和maxp,使队列变化随网络流量变化动态调整,实现了一种Optimized-RED队列管理机制.仿真分析表明:Optimized_RED队列管理机制能有效地保证各连接流量公平共享网络瓶颈带宽,平滑网络瓶颈的阵发流.     

狼毒有毒成分的提取与毒性试验

用乙醇从狼毒中提得Ⅰ、Ⅱ两种组分，经糖类和黄酮类化合物检查，证明Ⅰ组分中主要成分为糖类，Ⅱ组分中含有黄酮类化合物。将组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别进行动物试验，结果表明Ⅰ组分连续饲喂3周后没有出现中毒症状，Ⅱ组分按800mg/kg^B.W给家兔灌胃后，表现为精神沉郁，试验第6-8天出现腹泻，3只家兔在试验第7-8天出现呼吸困难，于试验第9-10天因呼吸衰竭而死亡。病理变化主要表现为心肌松软，扩张、肺广泛性轻度气肿和淤血，表面有米粒样大小的白色病灶，肝脏轻度肿大、质软，呈暗紫色，肾色暗，胃内容物坚实，胃黏膜严重脱落。     

Differential inhibition responses caused by DDT on oligomycin-sensitive Mg2+-ATPase activity: Nature of the requirements for DDT sensitivity

Earlier communications from this laboratory have shown that DDT inhibited oligomycin-sensitive Mg²⁺-ATPase (EC 3.6.1.3) but that its active component, F₁, was not affected. In the present investigation evidence has been obtained to determine the nature of the requirements for DDT sensitivity. The results showed that DDT sensitivity was conferred to F₁ from pig heart mitochondrial preparations when it was bound to F₀ from the same preparation. The F₁ from house fly (Musca domestica L) thorax was able to bind to F₀ from pig heart. This combination showed similar sensitivity to that of the original F₁-F₀ combination from pig heart mitochondria. However, when F₁ from pig heart mitochondria was incorporated into F₀ depleted in oligomycin sensitivity-conferring protein (OSCP) from the same source, the resulting ATPase activity was insensitive to DDT. Addition of crude (50–200 μg) or purified (5–20 μg) OSCP in the above preparation restored DDT sensitivity. Presence of dioleyl or dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline or Triton X-100 in the reaction medium antagonized the DDT inhibitions. Depletion of phospholipids from submitochondrial membrane preparations (SMP) decreased ATPase activity. Addition of dioleyl or soybean phosphatidyl choline to this lipid-depleted preparation restored DDT sensitivity. Evidence presented suggests that DDT acted on F₁ in association with one or more membrane components and that OSCP and phospholipid were essential for DDT sensitivity.     

"疯草灵"解毒缓释丸预防绵羊黄花棘豆中毒试验

将8只绵羊随机分为试验组和对照组,每天按10 g/kg饲喂黄花棘豆Oxytropis ochrantha鲜草,同时试验组投服疯草灵解毒缓释丸3丸,对照组不投服,以探索疯草灵解毒缓释丸对绵羊黄花棘豆中毒的预防作用.结果表明:对照组在试验第16-21天出现黄花棘豆中毒症状,试验组在试验第50-72天出现黄花棘豆中毒症状;实验室结果为2组羊血清谷草转氨酶(SGOT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、尿素氮(BUN)含量比试验前明显升高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).表明投服3丸疯草灵解毒缓释丸对绵羊黄花棘豆中毒具有预防作用,但还不能完全防止黄花棘豆对绵羊肝脏和肾脏等组织器官的损害.     

脱毒苹果砧穗组合丰产栽培技术研究

应用脱毒苹果中间砧M7、M26、MM106、MM111与元帅系、金冠系、富土系品种组合,通过高标准建园、合理栽植、树形选择、花果管理、病虫防治等综合技术,中间砧的矮化性和早期丰产性从好到差为M26、M7、MM111、MM106。品种早期丰产性从好到差为元帅系、金冠系、富士系。4年生的产量为:元帅系8775～9015kg/hm2,金冠系8665～8715kg/hm2,富士系6600～7245kg/hm2。提出了当地不同立地条件适宜发展的优良砧穗组合,对调整天水苹果产业发展有较好的指导作用。     

Histomorphometric Analysis of Collagen and Elastic Fibres in the Cranial and Caudal Fold of the Porcine Glottis

The porcine glottis differs from the human glottis in its cranial and caudal vocal folds (CraF, CauF). The fibre apparatus of these folds was studied histomorphometrically in adult minipigs. For object definition and quantification, the colour‐selection tools of the Adobe‐Photoshop program were used. Another key feature was the subdivision of the cross‐sections of the folds into proportional subunits. This allowed a statistical analysis irrespective of differences in thickness of the folds. Both folds had a distinct, dense subepithelial layer equivalent to the basement membrane zone in humans. The subsequent, loose layer was interpreted – in principle – as being equivalent to Reinke's space of the human vocal fold. The next two layers were not clearly separated. Due to this, the concept of a true vocal ligament did not appear applicable to neither CauF nor CraF. Instead, the body‐cover model was emphasized by our findings. The missing vocalis muscle in the CraF is substituted by large collagen fibre bundles in a proportional depth corresponding to the position of the muscle of the CauF. The distribution of elastic fibres made the CraF rather than the CauF more similar to the human vocal fold. We suggest that these data are useful for those wishing to use the porcine glottis as a model for studying oscillatory properties during phonation.
